She looks so much better in actual high fashion than she does in her circus costumes. Legitimate style always trumps attention seeking rubbish. She looks good now, and the public was going to tire of the wacky outfits and weird image anyway, if they hadn't already.

...well she looks great. ^^ agree. By her standards I guess 'normal' is a fair enough word to use, but it's out-there enough. The pattern, the sunglasses, the shoes. It's reassuring that she has the ability to go both ways, musically and in terms of style - and make it work. Definitely one of my favourite looks of hers, along with her initial style this era.

Leaving the Chateau Marmont I love this look from her. I guess she's succumbing to the pressure of folks wanting her to tone it down. I guess I don't mind if she'll start looking like this more often. |

I don't mind this kind of "toned down" look. She still looks very much Gaga, and she has little accents that set her apart.

I don't mind this kind of "toned down" look. She still looks very much Gaga, and she has little accents that set her apart. I agree. It's all very reminiscent to her early 'The Fame' days.      Even since that time, Gaga has had moments of wearing toned down attire. |

Her newer look is more like a slightly more mature version of old Fame/some Fame Monster Gaga.

I can totally hear Shania singing this song. (I still doubt this is true though). edit: and I think the news she is revealing will be that she is hosting the VMA's. it's too soon to reveal that she is performing with Shania even if it does happen. |

I absolutely love her more "toned down" look. It's not her going bland and blah at all because it still definitely has the Gaga stamp to it. Very pleased and the look sort of goes really well with the "You and I" release for some reason.
I'm so amped for the tour. My family and I are all patiently awaiting tour dates. LOL. Everyone from my dad (in his 60s) to my little cousin (14) are dying to see her. That's the magic of her appeal. She transcends demographics.

I don't know if I have said this on here, but I REALLY hope one scene from the You and I video is literally her in a slightly trashy bar with high heels on. Too literal? I just find slightly white trash Gaga in bars or other places so freaking hot. Like, her on SNL lately=UGHWIUDGWEIUGFDEYIUDFG.
