Wow! That's huge! She won't be making it to North America until later on though. :(
I wonder how close she'll get to my city? My bf and I decided we'll be traveling to see her again, either back to NYC, Toronto or Montreal or maybe a new venue to Boston or DC. Or even London!

Good, gives me more time to save money for both her and Madonna.

Awesome! This will be my 3rd time seeing GaGa (once at a small theater in Boston and then at Lollapalooza). Looking forward to it!

450 dates in 2 years? That's a HUGE reach, even if you do multiple dates in many cities. I'll take this with a grain of salt.

Not a huge fan of the dress (a different fabric may have worked better) but damn her face/hair look amazing.

Classy, sophisticated and elegant. Nice job, GaGa. She is quite the chameleon. I'm glad people get to see all sides and not just the zany ones.

I don't think that article is very credible. Artists usually low-ball their tours as well and there's no way she would add more shows to a 450-date world tour. I don't think this one is true, guys.

Hmm with gaga working with Fernando garribay again I wonder what they will do. I'm hoping she does a cross between his era and the fame era.

GaGa was at the White House yesterday! Lady Gaga is a source of strength for many young people who feel isolated and scared at their schools. Today, I had the opportunity to welcome her to the White House, where we discussed ways we could work together to make sure that no child comes under attack, regardless of his or her race, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other factor. One of Lady Gagaβs newest projects is joining together with the MacArthur Foundation and Harvard University to launch the Born This Way Foundation, which will explore ways to help change the culture, the policies, and the curriculum surrounding the safety of our children in school. Lady Gaga has described this cause as a personal one β she has said that as a child, she was often picked on for being different. I am deeply moved by the way she has used her story, and her success, to inspire young people, and shine the spotlight on important issues. I am proud to be part of an Administration that has taken steps to address bullying. In 2010, the Department of Education made it clear to schools that allowing bullying against LGBT students can violate anti-discrimination statutes. In 2011, the Department reaffirmed studentsβ rights to form gay-straight alliances and other similar groups. Earlier this year, President Obama and the First Lady held a White House Conference on Bullying Prevention. And today the Administration released a new analysis of state bullying laws and policies, summarizing the efforts currently in place to prevent bullying in and out of schools. The report shows that while states have made recent progress in enacting policies and legislation to address bullying, more must be done. Over the last three years, we have seen that when we work together on behalf of human rights, we can accomplish truly amazing things, yet too many young people still remain at risk. As we continue protecting our children, we look forward to working with Lady Gaga, the Born This Way Foundation, and with every American who is willing to help make our society more kind, inclusive, and equal. Valerie Jarrett is a Senior Advisor to the President. www.whitehouse.gov/blog/2011/12/06/meeting-lady-gaga-inclusion-and-equality-our-young-people

This era is very sucessful for GaGa. Even if some people are getting sick of her. Th media isn't yet. I thought she was going to get it but then she switched things up with EOG and Y&I. She seems to be back in with the media again and with an Album of the Year Grammy nomination and all. Plus she has fought through a possible raido backlash with the unconventional singles EOG and the surprise hit Y&I. This era may end up being bigger than some people expected when Judas was underperforming.

I want a cd as interesting and with as much variety as BTW, but with at least 2-3 easier radio friendly hits. That would be the PERFECT era for me. Oh, and keep the style from the last half of BTW as opposed to the first half (except for the Judas video).

As much as I love this album/era, I do admit that it lacked a bit of the exciting factor that her previous ones had. I'd love a return to the dance/pop + zany, campy music videos for the next album/era with a mix of the great experimental nature of Born This Way.

I'm ready for a new single by the summer. I love the "Marry The Night" video, but the single release killed my interest in this project. It's just so pedestrian. I'm over it now. Next album. Just because she knows the album title and has written a lot for it doesn't mean it's right around the corner though. We knew about "Born This Way" several months in advance too.

The era would have been so much better if she had released Government Hooker. I agree that I just want campy, catchy, dirty GaGa music. Leave the over-analytical, pretentious bullshit for your interviews like the last era, please.

How has she been pretentious? That's the second time today I read someone saying that about her. I feel like I'm missing something.
I'm wondering, since she's revealing stuff about the next album, whether it might come out sooner than later. Is it possible that it could be out before the summer or around the time her tour starts? Has she even been recording for it yet or is she still simply in the planning stages? I love Born This Way but I definitely wouldn't say no to a new album either... however, part of me is afraid of being disappointed. All of my previous loves in music have disappointed me with later albums and it's bound to happen with Gaga so part of me would almost like to keep the perfect track record she has had so far.

Do not over think it.
Right now she is still rehearsing and maping out the BTWB Tour as well as doing promo for the album and single. It's now fall going into winter, so talking about summer and a next album is far too premature.
