I wouldnt be surprised if she released another album and then combined the tours but thats just a THOUGHT.  At this point I hope that's what happens. If she were to announce dates now it would still be a few months until the tour started and by then it'll be almost a year since the album. I think a new album that connects BTW in some way followed by an immediate tour would almost be fun because it would be a. a new album and b. more to tour with. I would have to agree. In the marketing sense, that would be the best idea...unless she's not planning on releasing the lead single from the next album Q4 of 2012 or early 2013. |

THIS is what needs to happen. As much as her little monsters want a new tour & album sometime next year, she needs to take a break. She's been touring & releasing material non stop for about 3 years now. & in those 3 years, she's been EVERYWHERE. I don't want her to burn out.

A new album next year is too soon.
She hasn't started touring yet and that will start either spring or summer 2012.
GaGa shows no signs of slowing down, but I doubt she'll spread her energies into more than one project at once. She's putting a lot of effort behind BTW and this era is nowhere near done yet.

No, a Born This Way Ball tour must and will happen. I'm almost one hundred percent certain that Lady Gaga will not take a break as long as she's physically able to get up on stage, she cares too much about her fans to let them down by not touring. The Marry The Night video is going to slay my life. I can't wait. Barneys New York presents Gaga's Workshop Lady Gaga will be taking over the Christmas display windows of Barneys New York store this month. The department store is transforming the entire fifth floor of its Madison Avenue men’s store into Gaga’s Workshop, a "unique and individual celebration of the universality of gift giving and charity during the holiday season." The workshop will be divided into eight mini stores for candy, toys, accessories, collectables and a media library. The will also be a "boudoir" area in the shape of a giant wig, and a jewelry shop created out of an oversized spider. Among items that shoppers will be able to buy inside the workshop are Lady Gaga-inspired snow globes, chocolate poker chips, bronze studded cuffs, pearl tea cups, books, and holiday stockings in the shape of a claw. Barneys New York will donate 25% of sales from all items featured in Gaga's Workshop to the Born This Way Foundation. The newly-launched organization will focus on youth empowerment and issues like self-confidence, well-being, anti-bullying, mentoring, and career development. To promote the opening of the workshop, Barneys has launched a micro-site, which will unveil one exclusive, limited-edition product during each of the 12 days leading up to November 21st. Lady Gaga Fires Choreographer Laurieann Gibson Looks like Christmas came early for some monsters. Lady Gaga has reportedly fired her “Born This Way” era choreographer, Laurieann Gibson. Apparently the two had a “bitter fight”. This was coming, given Gibson’s recent shade towards Gaga. And its been a steady buildup – with Laurieann telling the LA Times she is responsible for developing Gaga’s images. She said, “Listen, [Madonna] should be bitter because I [made Lady Gaga in her image] on purpose and you can quote me. LAG has done just fine in the past without Gaga, so I assume the same will be true in the future. She made Gaga's best videos. |

Ooooh. I wonder what this will mean now for her tour and stuff. Depending on whether any contracts and other stuff were signed with LAG prior to all the fallout, she may not be completely out of the picture. I wouldn't be surprised if she were to call Jamie King to do her tour and stuff in place of LAG. |

And tbh, I was just a little steamed about her comments but Gibson really did do a lot of good work so I also assume she will get along fine, although I think she reached the peak of her career working with Gaga. You never know though. :) |

Laurieann getting the boot was inevitable. I liked some of the choreography that she gave Gaga but when she was bumped up to also being her Creative Director the change was evident. Maybe if she would have kept her soup coolers closed, this wouldn't have occurred. Nevertheless, I wish her the best. |
