She looks beautiful, especially in that second picture.

Wow, seriously, Laurieann is truly gone? Well, they both will do good without each other. Laurieann will find her way, and so will GaGa. One thing for sure, is that it will be a nice change up to have someone else do GaGa's choreography in her next era's videos. I just hope that the next person is great. *crosses fingers*

Did Laurieann do the Marry The Night choreography? It's some of her best this era IMO.

I don't think so-I believe that was a new choreographer (I forgot his/her name though). I have mixed feelings-I have loved some of the choreography they did together, but I feel like it has gotten stale. Like, Judas was cute, but nothing else this era has really worked for me choreography-wise except for MTN which wasn't her. So, maybe the relationship has just stopped being fruitful and they can both go on to do better things apart.

Gaga and Laurieann created some magic together but have plateaued creatively. Everything has felt so 'been there, done that' recently. Gaga in general has somehow stopped being exciting in some ways, to me. I guess because everything she does now just falls under 'that's Gaga being Gaga.' I'd love for her to do a 180 and just completely do something different and maybe it's time she surrounds herself with some new blood and creative juices.

Not so sure they really ended on such a sour note. But yeah, the Marry The Night choreography is so awesome. I hope to see her do it herself in the music video.

I'm starting to worry about an Album of the Year nomination at the Grammys this year. The competition is intense. I mean, I know she won't win if she's nominated, but I'd at least like a nomination :/

But just imagine if she did get nominated AND she won! And won 3 or 4 others as well. Can you imagine how this board will respond?! INSANE!

I would be ecstatic but I have a feeling the Grammy Board will be sucking on Adele's bloody dick this year. She does deserve to win awards and I love her but I'm sick of everyone acting like she's the best thing since sliced bread when they talk about her. and I enjoy listening to BTW more than 21, even though both are fantastic albums.

I doubt she will be a big winner at the awards this year. I am hoping for one big nomination (AOTY, SOTY, ROTY) and then a win in one of the smaller formats (Dance, pop, or hell even one of the crazy small ones like editing). I am thinking she won't get AOTY, but they usually do have a pop/dance cd in there and I am not sure who else will get it. Rihanna/Katy/Kesha aren't eligible, Black Eyed Peas either? Britney and Jennifer Lopez didn't sell much or garner that much critical attention and haven't been as Grammy beloved as Gaga in the past few years. Foster the People probably have the best pop cd of the year, but don't have the power behind their names. I cannot see them giving Kelly an AOTY nomination if she was even submitted. I am blanking on others of that genre or I guess it is possible they may just not really nominate a pop/dance artist this year. Or call Adele/Taylor their pop nominee.
Anyway, in short I would like a few noms, at least one big one, one win though it would probably be minor, and a performance. That would leave me happy!

I wouldn't count her out but realistically I don't think she'll be the big winner. I think overall she'll probably pick up enough nominations to put her amongst some others in headlines.
"Adele leads Grammy nominations with 8. Lady GaGa, Tony Bennett and Foo Fighters pick up 6 a piece"
Or something like that.
Which reminds me, I should go make some predictions. Has anyone even mentioned the Foo Fighters for Album of the Year? They feel like one of the odd unexpected choices that might make it in there.

I think she's 50/50 for an AOTY nomination. 0% chance at a win unless something major happens between now and the voting deadline.
I don't expect to see her in ROTY or SOTY. "Judas" is a non-issue and "You And I" didn't make that impact of BTW or TEOG. Maybe a ROTY nod for "The Lady Is A Tramp" but I doubt it.
I think Y&I will get a Pop Solo Performance nomination and lose to "Someone Like You". Born This Way will get a Best Pop Vocal Album nomination and lose to 21.
No submissions for Best Dance Recording. I think she can manage a Best Short Form Video nod but I don't know why they submitted 2 videos (BTW, Y&I) - it only encourages vote-splitting.
I guess she'd technically get the nominations/wins for AOTY and Traditional Pop Album for Duets II.

I am still in denial they sent Judas and You and I for a lot of the nominations. TEOG would have seemed like a lock for SOTY or ROTY. It is the type of song Grammy people love especially looking at it against other dance pop songs about how Fridays are awesome.

I wouldn't rule her out and just accept defeat. BTW did get that huge 1st week sales. Adele was the underdog when she won all those w/ 19. She's not the underdog that voters root for. (granted I still think she will most likely clean up)

"You and I" I can see as a nomination because of the lyrics and production, but "Judas". No way. Edge of Glory should have been sent in for SOTY and ROTY.

I think they decided that those would both split the votes though. And they knew they had to pick one. So they went with You and I thinking it sounded more "grammys." It was probably a tough choice. My only guess is they threw Judas in cause Gaga is still hung up on and its flopage or they did it to prevent vote splitting.
