Love the video pic, it's going to be amazing. I always forget that Katy is a natural blonde..with her eyes she can pull off like, any hair color. lol

She looks gorgeous in that pic! Love her with long black hair. Yeah, most chicks who are blonde naturally can't really pull off black hair, but she does it fantastically. I disagree. Most pretty blondes pull off black hair really well. Its the blue eyes/black hair combination that always looks good. |

Looks like there are mixed reviews on this song. I'm late and have yet to hear it, hope it can live up to the success of Cali Gurls.
And the video pic looks like what the Cali Gurls video SHOULD'VE looked like.

Wow at the update, I wonder if this is gonna have a quick chart run similar to California Gurls. I've noticed that many new songs get gigantic updates on a daily basis, has it ever happened before to more than 1-2 instant hits? I'm curious. It was more common in the early 90's for songs to fly up and down the charts, which made it possible for more single from an album. |

Lol that's awesome. Go Katy! I personally thought One of the Boys was a fantastic debut album all around. It's much better than what I've heard off of this album so far.
I'm wondering that too, as I'm debating doing the iTunes countdown thing and getting the extra track when you complete your album or buying the physical copy.

I honestly can't see how people don't like this song? The build to the song, the bridge and Katy's delivery are spot-on! I up my earlier prediction and say this hits #1 on CHR/pop top 3 BB! Katy is coming for 'em this era!

Damn, Katy is coming hard this era. And the vid looks so freakin amazing. The vibe of the vid fits perfectly with the song and Katy looks gorgeous. And its about time an artist casts a hot lead male in their video. She is trying really hard to convert me into a Katy-stan.
p.s. Kudos to Max and Luke for not rehashing any of their old hits on this. It sounds pretty original in my book (disregarding that Jordin Sparks song somebody mentioned before since I've never heard it)

She looks hot in those pictures! So glad she isn't sporting the dark hair with those Gwen Stefani bangs [Like on the cover of Billboard]. They don't look good on her. -_-
Also glad that hideous blue hair is gone.
Oh and I have to disagree with the comment above about them not using a rehash. It reminds me a bit of "Kissin U" by Miranda Cosgrove but with less drums.

Wow, this has already started to grow on me after only a 2nd listen. The chorus is actually really catchy (I didn't think so on the 1st listen). I think this will be another #1 for her, just not as huge as CG. Go Katy!
