Higher has Flo Rida but has he actually helped artists in the US.. I know by himself he has had a few hits in the us under his belt, but has any of the tracks he featured in done well here?
He seems to just be in everything these days and it usually doesn't make any sense. I'm anticipating Susan Boyle featuring Flo Rida... but seriously though would he help Higher at all here in the us?
I will say What about Us has grown on me. I thought it was so weak at first, but I do hope that this does accomplish something. Guess they haven't had any radio interviews yet?

Adds date is mysteriously gone, looks like they might be pulling this I'd be in favor of higher being their lead American single if this gets pulled..

Great insight on the song Intuition and how it came around: Also it seems the album entered the charts at #73 with around 7.000 copies sold. The fact that it's not available in every store really worked against it though. Do people still buy CD's in stores? I mean I know I do on occasion but usually that is only if it's an artist I really support or in the rare cases where the physical cd is cheaper than the digital version..

I assume they are planning something.. Maybe small club tour. I know if you buy the cd on their website you are entered for a meet and greet for a us show.. Yet they didn't announce anything official so who knows;

The duet with Kelly is not as good as I was expecting... I like it but the first 2 minutes of Jewel singing the song are just kind of awkward, just something about the way she sings it.

I do like Dido but this really doesn't sound like anything other than some Life For Rent spare track that she wanted to use on a new album. I like the song but it doesn't seem to show any kind of growth to me anyway.

I would love for this to be a smash hit! She needs to start getting some more tv appearances and performing this!

I don't really care if a performer mimes it! If I am going to get entertained in the process then I am happy. Of course I do prefer an pre recorded live vocal over the album version.. Although if you see a Drag Queen that can sing live then that is talent!

I have yet to get a feel for this song.. It's not instant and it is different for her.. That is one of the reasons I never cared for her second album just felt like an extension of autobiography.. I loved how strange Bittersweet world was...

I'm surprised that some of you made such a big deal out of this. Its really a non-issue. Every year someone gets trashed for lip-synching. Its done to give people something to talk about. This year it was Beyonce. Next year it will be someone else. Everyone comes out of this unscathed (with the exception of Ashlee Simpson & Mini Vinilli). If the singer can't sing live and gets caught, that's when problems happen. But when a singer lip-synchs that has shown in the past that she can sing well live, then the lip-synching drama slides right off them. Beyonce will be fine. I wouldn't say Ashlee Simpson was in the same boat as Milli Vanilli or however you spell it. Her next album came out a few months after that, and including that disastrous performance at the orange bowl, yet I am Me, managed to debut at #1, went platinum too i think.., and I don't recall Boyfriend being a complete flop of a single either, so I wouldn't say that it killed her career, might have put a dent in her career but not a total halt. I think what else helped her out was having that Reality Show... The one episode acted as a behind the scenes look at the SNL thing and people tuned in to see what really happened.

Again slightly off topic, Missing You would never get any airplay over here! With how everyone is anti-violence in songs these days.. Even though this song is not violent in anyway, but apparently a lot of people hear Stab instead of Slap, the way they sing "Don't know if I should slap you kiss you".. People would hear that and over react, and demand it be taken off radio! I wish I was joking, but people can be that stupid!
Back on topic! The second episode of the Show was way better than the first and showed off their individual personalities a bit more, now I have no idea why Radio isn't adding the song yet, or why E hasn't decided to air the music video in any manner, like on E News or even have a PREMIERE after that episode

I am hoping Foolish Games gets a release! You never know, who knows Clarkson seems to be a Grammy Magnet so maybe a duo nomination! Wishful thinking of course!

I do love this song... I just think it's too odd for radio to play, I could be wrong, but I do personally think it is one of Jewel's better lead album singles in years..

The new song sounds like something Jewel should have done after Pieces of You. Felt like that was the direction she was going but then she went with Spirit..

Did you guys see the Chelsea Lately appearance? They didn't really talk too much about the show, just that they pitched it to E and did not even make any mention of a music video or the single. Yes I hope they do some radio appearances I'm expecting the other appearances to be a lot better. Chelsea Handler isn't exactly the greatest at interviews and her show doesn't get a whole lot of viewers. I expect their appearances on Today and Jay Leno to do a lot more for them. I HOPE SO!! I'd like for them to do well in The US! We need a good solid girl group to get some chart success in the us.. Since the Pussycat dolls and Danity Kane have broken up there really hasn't been a dominating girl group... I had high hopes for Jada but they sadly couldn't catch a break. The only thing that concerns me with the Saturdays is that Destiny's Child is rumored to be getting back together for a greatest hits album or something? So not sure if the us can handle 2 girl groups at once

I am also hoping that this takes off and becomes a hit! This song hooked me from the start. I think this is the song that sounds the most radio friendly on the album, so I do agree with everyone else if this doesn't become a smash than I don't see any other song working out.

Compared to The Saturdays normal stuff I consider this more like crap than gold! I do like the song but it doesn't have the flare their usual stuff has, but that's understandable this just sounds like it was made with the intention of cracking America. I am curious and eager to see how it will perform. I'll watch the reality show but it doesn't look trashy enough to be on E! so I am wondering what that is all about..

SO I guess I was wrong about the just being Cheryl thing but you never know. I love her of course but Cheryl is a rather generic name, and I am not sure how it compares to other one name artists.

It isn't as spectacular as Promise This and Fight For This Love but it is still an awesome track. I really enjoyed it and I think it is the first single that has some potential to get airplay in the us! Let's hope that actually happens for a change.

The same Just being known as Cheryl was also a rumor that happened last year. I can't see that actually happening. Cheryl Cole is a brand and, while she hasn't cracked the American market yet she was introduced here thanks to X Factor. She may have to estrablish herself a bit more before dropping the cole.
