Thanks to Krhazy for nominating me to start the new thread and also Dudley said it would be alright to start it . today we got word that the first single will be called Battlefield which is written by Ryan Tedder. i will add more to the first post throughout the day . Jordin has hinted the album will be released in September though if the first single is released soon it might mean it is being pushed up. i will change the title if there is info on a date change .Jordin will be touring with the Jonas Brothers starting June 20th.

We had a listen to the new Jordin Sparks comeback single earlier today. Here is what we have to report about the song.

JORDIN SPARKS ROLLS WITH CARLOS "L.O.S. DA MAESTRO" MCKINNEY ON SOPHOMORE CD

Songwriter/producer Carlos "L.O.S. Da Maestro" McKinney is scheduled to work with Jordin Sparks on her upcoming sophomore album, which is due later this year via Jive Records. The hitmaker is best known for his work with Usher Raymond ("Trading Places"), Karina Pasian ("Winner"), The Dream ("My Love") and Bobby Valentino ("Butterfly Tattoo").

Other contributors on the still-untitled project are Lucas Secon (Jordyn Taylor, Paula DeAnda), Andrea Martin (Leona Lewis, Melanie Fiona), Claude Kelly (Alexandra Burke, Britney Spears), Tawanna "Frankie Storm" Dabney (Rihanna Fenty, Samantha Jade), Toby Gad (Ashley Tisdale, Selena Gomez), Lindy Robbins (Ashley Parker Angel, Skye Sweetnam) and Victoria "Lady V" Horn (Christina Milian, Fantasia Barrino).

also Jordin is supposedly performing on American Idol top 3 week which would be May 13th to perform the new single . MJ was right about David Archuleta for this week so this is probably legit as well.

She's also apparently been working really hard with a personal trainer. I don't want to get on the weight subject, but I'm interested to see if she looks different.

Straight up she needed the personal trainer because when I saw her front row at alicia keys she was sweating and huffing and puffing around the stage, and she looked HUGE in person compared to photos

Well, it's not like her debut album was number 1. So she doesn't have to worry about getting a number 1 like most artist who want to keep a perfect record.
