I figure I'll start one now and maybe another one will be made just before the Grammys to compare. I'll leave this one up for a few weeks.
Results will be shown after the poll is locked in 2 weeks.

Too hard to predict. But I'm rooting for Florence. If not her, then Esperenza Spalding.

Ke$ha
I actually think Florence will take it. She seems to be the critics darling this year. Tbh i will be shocked if she loses.

I'm rooting for Florence for shure! But who was the last artist to win New Artist without any other nominations? Shelby Lynn?
If not Florence, I hope Drake get's it! Although I'm still ticked Ke$ha got snubbed :(

I hope Drake, but I don't see them awarding anyone very mainstream this year in this category.

I think that Drake or Florence have this. I feel like they may give it to Florence, since it's her only nomination.

Justin is indeed good but he won't win the category. Being as the grammy voters are different than the people voting in the award shows he does win. IF it was a fan voted category of course he would.
I just don't see the Grammy voters latching on to Justin and taking him seriously. Considering Baby was his only top 10 hit as i recall. I think the others cracked the top 40.
Florence won the big prize at the Brits last year and was well deserved. So i hope Florence get's it in the bag. Although It could go to Mumford.

If there's any hope for these awards, Drake.
If not it will likely be Florence and her Machine, unfortunately.

Bieber's nomination is a joke.

Funny that in a year with so many big choices (B.o.B., Kid Cudi, Susan Boyle, Ke$ha, The Script, Adam Lambert, Vampire Weekend), a complete unknown made it in.

Esperanza Spalding is an amazingly talented musician and singer. Even though she's relatively unknown and has no chance of winning, the nomination alone is great exposure for her. I know lots of people who have already checked out her music, just out of curiosity after the noms were announced.

Florence but Espanarza deserves it. Prince has been backing her for awhile and she's the real deal

+1 I think B.o.B should have made the cut, since he's up for some big awards and all. Plus his music is very good.

I'm rooting for Florence for shure! But who was the last artist to win New Artist without any other nominations? Shelby Lynn? Yup. She was also the last winner to not achieve success in the years afterward (depending on how you define 'success,' of course). What's more, she's also the last winner to have already put out a Compilation album before winning. (The album for which she was nominated was, in fact, her sixth).
