Man! I was looking forward to that. I really enjoyed their debut. It's sad that we have to wait longer for it now. June 5 was looking so close and adding another 6-7 weeks doesn't help that much. :(

^Yeah, they probably just want "Angel Eyes" to be a bigger hit by then. I think it's fine--AE looks like it's gonna be another one of those songs that hits the top 20 and keeps climbing slowly from there. Anyway... ---------------------------------------- Rose Falcon " 19th Avenue [the EP]" (Show Dog-Universal Records) Release Date: May 1Track List:1. Thinkin' 'Bout You 2. Guitar Man 3. I'm OK with that, too; I'm sure it'll be worth the wait. By the way, Carrie looks really beautiful in that picture. I pretty much can't stop looking at it.

(Yes, Carrie looks incredible in that picture. I think it's the best picture of her EVER. I have nothing else to add to the conversation. Dudley, don't yell at me.)

Girls Look Hot In Trucks #'s 10 & 11 look like they'll be rewrites of "Country Girl (Shake It For Me)" I was really looking forward to this album back when it was announced but with the weak lead single and now those two titles I'm not so sure.

Zac Brown Band will release their next album "Uncaged" on July 10 and in E Street Band style, they've added another member, this time a percussionist named Daniel de los Reyes

^So Zac is gonna kinda be on his own now? I mean, it wouldn't be the Zac Brown Band, but rather Zac Brown with his band? (if that makes sense)

Earlier today Love and Theft were in Connecticut at WWYZ and I was lucky enough to go in an see them and Canaan Smith do an acoustic set and they did perform "Girls Look Hot In Trucks" and its a great song and I could defiantly see it being a single at one point.

^So Zac is gonna kinda be on his own now? I mean, it wouldn't be the Zac Brown Band, but rather Zac Brown with his band? (if that makes sense) well, he's the frontman for his namesake band. The members haven't ever changed like Bruce's band but have grown throughout the years. the new member is a 'full member'. another comparison would be Jimmy Buffett's coral reefer band.

^Thanks. So you're thinking they'll stick together? I was just a little confused, since Zac said that the upcoming album would be the last for Atlantic so they/he could do his own thing. I didn't know if that meant they were gonna focus less on country radio (now that they have a following) or if it was gonna be kinda Zac and his band, and like Bruce's E Street Band, the rest of the members could do their own thing sometimes and play with Zac at other times, but they wouldn't just be one "entity" like they've presented themselves so far, if that makes sense.

I don't recall seeing anything posted about these albums yet

Definitely looking forward to Joey + Rory's new album. His & Hers is an interesting title. I'm curious to see if that is perhaps alluding to a more dual role of the two as vocalists, since we've now seen Rory step in front of Joey once on Album Number Two and share the spotlight with her on several other songs, while their debut album was all about Joey's voice. Regardless, I love both of their voices and can't wait for the record. ;)

Oh, they'll just release their albums through Bigger Picture and Zac's own Southern Ground Records label. Zac, as good as he is, knows he's better off having a band environment and given their success at country radio, it'd take a lot for country radio to say new to new ZBB singles.

^ The song titles here all sound very solid. Hopefully the album is a solid set all-around, because I know a lot of his fans were disappointed by his last record or two. I'm not a fan of LWTG, but the current single is perfection, so I am at least interested to hear what else comes out of this project.

Isn't there supposed to be a Danny Gokey EP out today too? I don't see it anywhere. He was tweeting just last week about it coming out this week (or so I thought), but I don't see anything about it anywhere. ???

I haven't heard anything from him in awhile really, because I'm pretty sure he lost his record label. So, I'm guessing that if he's releasing an EP, it's going to be self-released, unless he found an obscure indie label home.

Anybody have any word on when Canaan Smith's debut CD will be coming out? Last I heard they had all the tracks recorded and ready and they were just deciding what to put on the album and the order so just wondering if anyone has any updates?
