#18. "Mr Magic Touch" (Demo) Album: None An upbeat R&B/Soul track, it was a demo recorded for Spirit. I think it's amazing and love her voice on it. Would have loved a final version! I really want Leona to record a straight up R&B/Soul album, but I don't think that will happen anytime in the near future.

Decent song. I definitely would like to compare to a final version. That production was very basic/cheap sounding lol

It's so high on the list because I just really love the way she uses her voice in the song. Plus, my list is personal, not objective. Otherwise it would likely be a lot lower down.

#17. "Homeless" Album: Spirit
A huge ballad, Leona never fails to send shivers down my spine with this song. The simple production allows Leona's voice to build and propel the song at the end, before leaving it on a softer note.

#16. "Save Myself" (Demo) Album: None
A Ryan Tedder produced song, I love it! Her vocal delivery and the interesting and different production make it my 2nd favourite demo that Leona has recorded.

Nice song! The production can use some change, or at least balancing sounds better, and then it would be quite good.

#15. "Shake You Up" Album: Glassheart Light, catchy and just plain amazing! I was really surprised that this is what she came up with, when working with Rodney Jerkins and I love it! Leona's vocals and the 80s production gives me Whitneyesque vibes also!

#14. "Footprints In The Sand" Album: Spirit A ballad based off a poem, and who's idea was Simon Cowell's (he has a writing credit lol), this song is a clear highlight of Spirit and is sung so beautifully!

#13. "Happy" Album: Echo The lead single from Echo, there was a lot of hype surrounding this song. Did it live up to it? I think it did and it remains one of my favourite songs she's done. Her and Ryan Tedder produce amazing songs together!

#12. "I To You" Album: Glassheart The most R&B sounding song on Glassheart, "I To You" is excellence. Leona's dark and emotional tone is different to what she normally has to offer and is further enhanced by the production. Perhaps even influenced by previous work from Alicia Keys, with the drums reminiscent of the ones in "Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart". Not to mention the lyrics are well written, which I feel intensifies the song.

#11. "Broken" Album: Echo "Broken" is a huge ballad, with huge vocals. I love the production and the epic feel of the song overall. I hope that Leona will one day perform it live (she never has) and nail it!

#10. "How Everything You Are" (Demo) Album: None "How Everything You Are" is my favourite demo Leona has recorded. She uses her voice in a very soft, restrained and haunting manner. The splendid tone of her lower register, very soft sound of her chest and head voice and the use of just a piano for the production have created an extremely beautiful song!

Wow I love this! But why I see You and I got You so low? Those are amazing songs :'( "I See You" is lovely, but I've never really connected to it. "I Got You" is nice, but in the long-term, it hasn't been a song I repeatedly come back to if you get what I mean. :)

*BONUS* "Piece Of Your Heart" (Demo) Album: None I completely forgot about this! It would have made the list, but instead I'll tag it on as a bonus if that's ok. :) "Piece Of Your Heart" is an uptempo song with a good production for a demo. I really love the sound of Leona's voice on this too and it works well with the production!

"Happy" is incredible. I hope that my favorite ("Outta My Head") is still to come on your list! :) Edit: Never mind, I see it on the last page. It should have been higher, but I'm still glad it made it.

#9. "Take A Bow" Album: Spirit Flawless. This song SCREAMED single and it was a mistake not to release it as one. "Take A Bow" is a mid-tempo with an epic feel to it. This falls mainly down to the great production, done by Ryan Tedder. Not to mention the production meshes well with Leona's voice and that really takes the song to soaring heights, much like the vocals at the end of the song.

#8. "Yesterday" Album: Spirit Light, airy and beautiful. I really love the softness of Leona's voice, the message, the production and pretty much everything about the song. It is one of the few Leona songs I really relate to. That is due to my lack of experience of being in a relationship though, so my fault not hers.
