Those of you speculating about Cassadee's singles being sent to other formats should know that there actually has been some of it. "Everybody Sings" was sent to Radio Disney a few months ago and played in low, but regular rotation.

That's...different because there are several drinking references in the song. Anyways, this got a nice update today.

She really is adorable and it was awesome how Blake gave her the award. Too bad she didn't get to sing.

Can someone explain this to me?
Yesterday this had an update of I believe +46 spins... which is great.
But today the update was -44 spins. How, in one day, did it lose all the spins it gained from the day before. Im confused... and I hope the song isn't over. -44 spins is a huge loss. :(

Nothing to write home about but this song is far from done to me. BMLG is in this for the long haul and it's only been charting for 11 weeks. With the Flatts going recurrent and Eric the only one to jump ahead, she'll most likely move to #35 from #36 on Mediabase this week. I don't feel this will be a huge hit or anything, but you really have to be patient with these new artists chart runs and give things a chance to play out a bit more.

By not a "huge hit"... what do you mean?
Do you think it can match WATT peak?

By not a "huge hit"... what do you mean? Do you think it can match WATT peak? Yes I do. "Huge Hit" to me would be at least a top 5 that last 30 plus weeks or a #1. Right now I'm not going to predict that (though nothing surprises me anymore), but top 15 is a realistic possibility and perhaps a top 10 like "Wasting All These Tears" accomplished. Again, it's really hard to pin down where singles will peak now and days with so much label pushing and competition. There's just a lot of variables that go in to it.

Newer songs from newer artists see up and down day-to-day fluctuations all the time.

This pulled in 14 new adds this week. I take that as a good sign of things to come.

I'm thrilled. The adds this week makes me think this will keep gaining steam and go Top 20 eventually.

Apparently it's a live video, from what HITS Daily Double's VEVO programming update is listing.

I have just decided: I am in love with Cassadee Pope. I am hearing this song more lately, and it sounds so good on the radio. I was blown away by Wasting All These Tears, and never got tired of it, and now this one is turning out the same way. I just went out and bought her album, and while it may be particularly poppy, I still found almost everything to be enjoyable. I love her belty style; she has range, and she does not shy away from demonstrating it. That is a hallmark of all my favorite artists, from Martina and Carrie and Sara and Reba to Josh Turner and Chris Young. She may not be the most country sounding, but I am really hoping she has what it takes to garner long-term success in this industry. I have loved both singles so far, and there are really not many ways they could go wrong with the next single. Her prospects seem pretty good!
About this song, I am predicting it will take off soon and end up at least shaking a stick at the top 10 when it is all said and done. I won't go so far as to say it will enter the top 10 until we see more evidence of said take-off, but I think top-20 or even 15 could be a real possibility.

This feels like its going nowhere. And Big Machine isn't doing squat for it. Your posts in this thread have all said basically this same thing, and I question whether it's because you don't quite understand how the charts work (which is fine; up until a few years ago, I didn't either) or if this is some form of "concern trolling" (ie, worrying over your favorite artists/songs and bumping the threads if they haven't seen a lot of recent discussion). "I Wish I Could Break Your Heart" is indeed moving slowly but I repeat, for like the 7th time, this is oftentimes how newer artists move up the charts... very slowly. Regarding the label's handling of this song, they are definitely promoting it, but dozens of other labels are promoting dozens of other songs, and radio promotion is something we can't see, so to say that "Big Machine isn't doing squat" for this doesn't make much sense. I don't want to suggest that you shouldn't post in this thread, but I will ask that you please only post if you have something to add to the discussion, legitimate questions to ask, etc. Posting the same concerns every week or every other week isn't helpful and doesn't serve to advance discussion, especially when several posters--myself included--have tried to reassure you. Anyway...despite a couple of slow updates once again, this song has established a new peak position at Billboard, moving 34-32 in its 16th chart week. It's also sitting at #32 on Mediabase. Progress is slow, but I must point out that the #31 song on Billboard, David Nail's "Kiss You Tonight", is following up a #1 song ("Whatever She's Got"), yet KYT has taken 17 weeks just to get to its current position. Scotty McCreery is following up a top 10 hit as well, and his "Feelin' It" is at #38 (Billboard) after 13 weeks. Jon Pardi is following up a #11-peaking hit and his new one "What I Can't Put Down" is #40 after 16 weeks.

Where was WATT at in comparison to this at this time? In its 16th week on (like I Wish I Could Break Your Heart), Wasting All These Tears was at #25 on the airplay chart.

So clearly this is moving slower. Ugh. Looks like it won't go top 10. :(
Was really hoping Cassadee could crack it again.

Heard this on the radio for the first time the other day and then heard it again today. I'm glad that I'm starting to hear it on the radio!

Yeah I have been hearing this one on the radio for awhile now (one of my local radio stations plays a newer song that isn't on regular rotation yet every 20 minutes or so, and this has been played through that several times). But I have heard it a couple times just as part of regular programming lately too! We definitely cannot count it out yet.

Dear lord the chart run of this song is bugging the crap out of me.
Seems as if it is taking forever to crack the top 30. And to top it all off Aldean is getting a clear channel deal, another song to surely cockblock this from reaching t30.
