I just think it's bulls**t that we got the One Direction track list today, a month before the album, but less than 2 weeks we still don't have Taylor's. That shouldn't even be legal! I agree. Even Ariana Grande released her track listing for "My Everything" a month before that album was released in August. The way it is going the track list will be come out when the whole album leaks.A big mess for Big Machine Records/Republic Records if the track list comes out first from the leakers. Now it is officially 10 days till release,it is basically what is called the final run toward release and a lot of other Taylor Swift fans want to know the track list also. Biggest mistake so far for the era at the moment.

Snooze & Sound. I pass.
She excels at songs like Out Of The Woods. If her pop sound must continue for the next era, I really hope she moves into this direction. She'll most likely be 27-28 by the time it comes out. A Halcyon/Bleachers/HAIM sound would suit her perfectly. She can still be commercial and age appropriate. Out Of The Woods gave me HAIM/Bleachers teas.

"Safe & Sound" was and is amazing; she wears that stripped down sound like a damn glove. Some of y'all cray.

Safe & Sound is far from Taylor's worst song. Taylor has done much worse before[Today Was A Fairytale and Both Of Us]. But Taylor does well at every sound she has tried so far.I'm sure there will be a few surprises on "1989" that we will be talking about come release week.

Bonus track from the 1989 lyrics. And, also, this happened.

Biggest mistake so far for the era at the moment. I don't understand why it's a mistake. Basically the people who are worried about it (you guys) are huge Taylor fans. I doubt that is going to keep anyone from buying the album. If anything, it just builds anticipation which is a good thing.

Meh. The Civil Wars do it better. I loved Eye-Eyes Open and thought Safe & Sound (or whatever) was just OK, despite how much I love The Civil Wars. I don't think that sound really suits her. Now, songs like Ronan, Last Kiss...yes, but even those seem a little more...idk,,,fleshed out somehow. You can talk that bullshit to the Grammy that she won for 'Safe & Sound' (or whatever) boo thang!

To each his/her own. Personally, I don't want to hear Taylor in that setting but maybe y'all who like it will get the album of your dreams one day.

Bonus track from the 1989 lyrics. Lena Dunham responded that this was her wedding song. Since I only recall reading Jack Antonoff worked on two songs--"Out of the Woods" and his future wedding song--does that mean that only one of his songs appears on the main tracklist? Or did he work on a third song?

lol at her having a song called Style. She's not being that subtle this era it seems.

I don't want an album full of "Ronan"s but "Last Kiss" is such a perfect song so I can't say I'd be disappointed with an album full of those.

You can't say that OOTW selling 400K (maybe) means that all 400k of those people have either 1)pre-ordered or 2) will actually buy the album when its out. How many million downloads did Rude sell and I dont think Magic!'s album has even cleared 75K.
I'm pretty excited about this Imogen Heap track tbh

Just noticed a lot of complains on twitter about the tracklist leaking. The way artists' albums leak nowdays,This is something that if it didn't leak today,We would of known about when this album tracklist at least by Next Friday/Saturday. It is hard for artists to keep projects a secret unless you're a Beyonce.

Oh, track two is Lorde's favorite? Interesante. I just remembered that she turned down being Katy's opener for this tour. I don't think it's a mere coincidence. Bad Blood is honestly the track I'm looking forward to most.

There is a pretty narrow field of subjects that most pop artists write about in general-like, love or fun partying dance club songs. Throw in some generic inspirational songs that usually somehow fall in the category of fun/love anyway and you have pretty much what every pop star focuses on. I don't think its a big deal that Taylor does the same and I even think some of her songs do show some personality or creativity even when writing about technically the same subject. Like, Back to December/Out of the Woods are very different to me from You Belong With Me or Love Story or I Knew You Were Trouble or the John Mayer songs even though they are all technically about love. I am assuming Taylor gets it a bit more than others because they are all high profile relationships with celebs that she discusses sometimes with press, but then again everyone is all over Ed Sheerhan for doing the same thing to Ellie Goulding right now.
