RIAA.com: SWIFT, TAYLOR NEVER GROW UP OCTOBER 25, 2010 JULY 13, 2015 BIG MACHINE RECORDS, INC. DIGITAL GOLD SINGLE SOLO TOP ARTISTS (DIGITAL SINGLES)Artist Certified Units in Millions RIHANNA 100xP SWIFT, TAYLOR 89.5xP Actually Taylor is at 90.5xP, but RIAA is still failing to count Everything Has Changed (Platinum) under her totals. You have to actually bother to look through all "Big Machine Records, Inc" certifications to actually find it because it doesnt list under "Swift, Taylor" as it should!

But for some reason it doesnt list under her certifications when you look at their database and they dont count it for her "Top Artists (Digital Singles)" ranking either. According to that she is at 89.5x Platinum: Love Story - 8x Platinum You Belong With Me - 7x Platinum (Subtotal = 15x Platinum) Shake It Off - 7x Platinum (Subtotal = 22x Platinum) I Knew You Were Trouble - 6x Platinum (Subtotal = 28x Platinum) Blank Space - 6x Platinum (Subtotal = 34x Platinum) We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together - 6x Platinum (Subtotal = 40x Platinum) Our Song - 4x Platinum (Subtotal = 44x Platinum) Mine - 3x Platinum (Subtotal = 47x Platinum) Teardrops On My Guitar - 3x Platinum (Subtotal = 50x Platinum) Mean - 3x Platinum (Subtotal = 53x Platinum) 22 - 3x Platinum (Subtotal = 56x Platinum) Back To December - 2x Platinum (Subtotal = 58x Platinum) Fifteen - 2x Platinum (Subtotal = 60x Platinum) Picture To Burn - 2x Platinum (Subtotal = 62x Platinum) Safe & Sound - 2x Platinum (Subtotal = 64x Platinum) Bad Blood - 2x Platinum (Subtotal = 66x Platinum) White Horse - 2x Platinum (Subtotal = 68x Platinum) Style - 2x Platinum (Subtotal = 70x Platinum) Crazier - Platinum (Subtotal = 71x Platinum) Red - Platinum (Subtotal = 72x Platinum) Begin Again - Platinum (Subtotal = 73x Platinum) Should've Said No - Platinum (Subtotal = 74x Platinum) Sparks Fly - Platinum (Subtotal = 75x Platinum) The Story Of Us - Platinum (Subtotal = 76x Platinum) Tim McGraw - Platinum (Subtotal = 77x Platinum) Im Only Me When Im With You - Platinum (Subtotal = 78x Platinum) Fearless - Platinum (Subtotal = 79x Platinum) Ours - Platinum (Subtotal = 80x Platinum) Eyes Open - Platinum (Subtotal = 81x Platinum) Today Was A Fairytale - Platinum (Subtotal = 82x Platinum) Out Of The Woods - Gold (Subtotal = 82.5x Platinum) Welcome To New York - Gold (Subtotal = 83x Platinum) Wildest Dreams - Gold (Subtotal = 83.5x Platinum) Never Grow Up - Gold (Subtotal = 84x Platinum) Better Than Revenge - Gold (Subtotal = 84.5x Platinum) Invisible - Gold (Subtotal = 85x Platinum) Forever & Always - Gold (Subtotal = 85.5x Platinum) Jump Then Fall - Gold (Subtotal = 86x Platinum) Ronan - Gold (Subtotal = 86.5x Platinum) Hey Stephen - Gold (Subtotal = 87x Platinum) Enchanted - Gold (Subtotal = 87.5x Platinum) You're Not Sorry - Gold (Subtotal = 88x Platinum) Speak Now - Gold (Subtotal = 88.5x Platinum) Change - Gold (Subtotal = 89x Platinum) Breathe feat. I'm reading rumors Gaga will join Taylor on stage tonight in Chicago... I am not ready for this.
Edit: Sam Hunt is tonight's special guest. :(

LMAO!!! GMA interviewed Jake Gyllenhaal while Taylor Swift's 'Bad Blood' played in the backgroundby Amanda Michelle Steiner • @amandamichl Either somebody at Good Morning America has a brilliant sense of humor, or the stars aligned for one perfectly awkward moment. As Robin Roberts interviewed Jake Gyllenhaal on Monday to promote his latest film, Southpaw, Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” could be heard playing in the background. For the uninitiated, Gyllenhaal and Swift dated briefly in the fall of 2010 — just long enough for him to allegedly be the muse for her 2012 album Red on songs like “All Too Well,” “Never Ever Getting Back Together,” “Red,” and more. (According to specific hints in the album’s liner notes, anyway.) We weren’t the only ones who noticed — the Twittersphere also delighted in the funny coincidence: www.ew.com/article/2015/07/20/jake-gyllenhaal-taylor-swift-bad-blood-gma

Nominated for 9 VMAs, 7 for Bad Blood and 2 for Blank Space. Personally I think Blank Space should have gotten the noms over BB, but it's whatever. She'll be taking home a bunch of wins either way.
-----------------
Also some more tour numbers have come in and they're...insane.
5 Taylor Swift, Haim, Vance Joy, Shawn Mendes MetLife Stadium East Rutherford, N.J. July 10-11, 2015 $13,423,858 110,105 / 110,105 2 / 2 $139.50, $102, $69.50 The Messina Group/AEG Live
6 Taylor Swift, Haim, Vance Joy, Shawn Mendes Nationals Park Washington, D.C. July 13-14, 2015 $9,730,596 85,014 / 85,014 2 / 2 $139.50, $97, $59.50 The Messina Group/AEG Live
10 Taylor Swift, Vance Joy Bell Centre Montreal, Quebec July 7, 2015 $1,499,040 14,770 / 14,770 1 / 1 $118.47, $84.79, $31.30 The Messina Group/AEG Live
13 Taylor Swift, Vance Joy Canadian Tire Centre Ottawa, Ontario July 6, 2015 $1,325,480 13,480 / 13,480 1 / 1 $118.82, $85.04, $39.34 The Messina Group/AEG Live
The tour has made a total of $58,138,485 from 15 dates, 70 dates to report left (and they're going to be announcing more eventually). She is killing it.

oh lord. Was Taylor replying to a specific tweet from Nicki? If so it's looking like Nicki deleted it, because it's not showing up as a reply to any of her tweets for me.

She was referencing the fact that Nicki tweeted out that if "other" female artists (read: white) had a video that impacted pop culture like Anaconda did, with a video that was as popular and well-received, they would be lauded and praised and given all of the awards. Taylor took it personally because she is the face of WhiteFeminism and does not get it any more than her main hellspawn Lena Dunham does.
Edit: Didn't see the tweet about slim bodies but lol that makes even less sense so good going @taylorswift13.

Nicki's tweet was in reference to another tweet she made drawing parallels between 'Wrecking Ball' and 'Anaconda', but stating that 'Anaconda' wasn't as awarded because 'Wrecking Ball' was recorded by a white artist.
As ~Tumblr~ as Nicki's tweet reads, Taylor's is THAT much worse though. Mess.

It's sad Nicki seems to be dragging Taylor in on the VMA argument. It must feel bad when an artist you like turns against you like that.

The video certainly created an significant cultural and media impact, which I neglected to mention so I deserve the spanking.

In 2016 I expect to see Taylor put out a Greatest Hits. I'd love it to be a double disc, one of her Country hits and one of Pop hits. Something like
Disc 1 1 Tim McGraw 2 Teardrops on my Guitar 3 Our Song 4 Picture to Burn 5 Shoulda Said No 6 Love Story (Country mix) 7 White Horse 8 You Belong With Me (Country) 9 15 10 Fearless 11 Mine 12 Back to December 13 Mean 14 Sparks Fly 15 Ours 16 Begin Again 17 Red 18 New song
Disc 2 1 Love Story (Pop Mix) 2 You Belong With me (Pop Mix) 3 Today was a Fairytale 4 The Story of Us 5 Safe and Sound 6 Eyes Open 7 We Are Never Ever... 8 I Knew You Were Trouble 9 22 10 Everything Has Changed 11 Shake It Off 12 Blank Space 13 Style 14 Bad Blood (Remix) 15 Wildest Dreams (if next single) 16 1989 Final single 17 New song 18 New song
That would be awesome for Christmas 2016!

Oh I see it now. I missed that first tweet. What sucks is that the media is calling it a fued. Well Nicki IS re-tweeting people saying that Taylor owes her an apology... Anyway, as much as I disagree with Nicki's behavior today, Taylor didn't do herself any favors either. She needs to chill with her passive aggression because little by little she's starting to show her ass.
