I would condsider every single one of those songs hits. The only questionable one is maybe "Crack a Bottle."

So? Again, that isn't the point of anything I'm trying to say lol. All I am saying is that he doesn't care about radio, not that no other act can do great without radio. Of course there are plenty of acts out there. I was responding to the other post of the person saying he, like everyone else, needed radio to have a career. At least I don't think it was your post. The quote thing kept screwing up. :/

Yes, but there's a big difference in being a top 10 hit on billboard chart when you have big sales on your first week like Eminem and being top 10 on airplay charts. Taylor Swift made a lot of top 10's with Red songs when she released the album, some of them underperformed when they were released as singles. A big name can do some splash when release a new album, and Eminem numbers are generally very very big. yes, but there are songs you can strike off from both categories. If you take off, let's say "Crack A Bottle" from the no features list, you can take off "We Made You" from the features list. Clearly the strong majority of Eminem's hit songs are without singing features.

The question was that he can't score a big hit on pop airplay without a featured artist anymore. And as i say, i don't think this has to do as much with Eminem himself but with the fact that the rap songs that end getting success on pop have a sang chorus, right now it seems a melody on the chorus is a requisite to achieve that success on pop

I listed many that didn't have a singing feature. It had nothing to do with whether he can score a hit today, it was referring to his history as an artist and whether more of his big hits had a singing feature or not. You've completely misunderstood the point I was trying to make, just look at the initial posts I was responding to. I wasn't talking about the difference between then and now, clearly that trend has been established and it's due to the current pop climate. I'm saying it's unfair to claim Eminem has never been successful without featured artists.

Sorry, i thought he was talking about hits on airplay charts, wich is totally true, all his big hits in recent years are with a featured artis. In billboard hot 100 he always score a couple of top 10 every album

Wow I thought he had more number ones then that! I guess my CHR just really loves Eminem because pretty much all of those singles were overplayed here!
