They can go ahead and release Don't Panic, Don't Need Nobody, or Keep On Dancing following Army. Don't Panic has REALLY grown on me.

Okay so after listening to Delirium for like the 5th time it's actually a good album. I didn't like it at first.

As of now I might consider this my favorite album of the year.

Yeah I might agree. I just enjoy so many songs so much that even if I remove the few I'm not super crazy about, I still have an album that's longer than most full ones today, let alone what's left once you cut off the fat.

The few songs I don't care for are Outside and Powerful and those weren't originally for the album. I initially hated I Do What I Want but it has grown on me as has On My Mind but those 4 songs are the bottom of the album for me. Everything else is either good to amazing which for a 25 song collection (including the bonus songs) is quite impressive.

Army is confirmed as a second single? I wish Lost and Found would be single at some point.

Army is confirmed as a second single? Yes. Ellie was on Capital FM last week where she talked to Max and she mentioned that "Army" is the next single from Delirium. However, PlayIGA's Top 40 playlist has been listing "Something In the Way You Move" as the next one, so if this keeps going until the freeze ends/early next year, looks like a split release is indeed happening: "Army" will be released in the UK and Europe, while "Something In the Way You Move" in the US. That said, I don't know which one Australia (and, by default, New Zealand) will pick, but I assume it could be the former. Also, it should be mentioned that "Army" was on their playlist before until it was replaced by this one.

I got tickets to her Toronto show in June!!!
Who's opening? Is there a confirmed opener yet? I really really really hope Years & Years do.

The production on this album is just... Like...seriously, what the fuck is going on in Keep On Dancin'. The producers gave it their 210% on this album. It's ridiculous.

The production on this album is just... Like...seriously, what the f**k is going on in Keep On Dancin'. The producers gave it their 210% on this album. It's ridiculous. That song alone can make people shut up about Ryan Tedder being one-noted as a producer. That "Codes", "Don't Panic", "We Can't Move To This" and "Aftertaste" are my absolute favorites. Some African safari sh!t going on in the productions.

Codes and We Can't Move To This are just OK but I totally agree about Ryan Tedder. I assumed it was Kurstin or someone else and when I went back to my booklet, I was shocked. Aftertaste is wild. It reminds me of Who Will Survive In America by Kanye.

MOCK UPDATE:
CHR/Pop: ?? ?? ELLIE GOULDING Army 27 12 15 0.13
CHR/Pop: ?? ?? ELLIE GOULDING Something In the Way You Move 20 0 20 0.0693
"Army" is receiving spins from WQEN-FM (Birmingham), KZZP-FM (Phoenix) and WZEE-FM (Madison, WI), while WAPE-FM (Jacksonville) is spinning "Something In the Way You Move". Seriously, Interscope needs to make a decision ASAP!

I just had to enter this thread to say that not only is Delirium absolutely sensational (except for CD2, which sounds a bit stale), but Ellie is my favorite artist, by far, of this decade. I immensely enjoy her entire discography, from her raw debut to the dreamy sophomore album all the way up to the perfectly polished present album. She is exactly what has been missing in music for a long, long time. Unabashedly pop with the talent and technique to legitimize even the most mainstream of sounds. And her voice is astonishing and glorious, with Celine's soul, Kylie's girlishness and Bjork's quirkiness all wrapped into one searing, resonant instrument. Love you Ellie.

Now that "Something In the Way You Move" is going to be the next US single, while "Army" will be the one in the UK, I guess that my rant is over.
Ellie uploaded a cover of Jaheim's "Just In Case" on SoundCloud, which is a collaboration with Canadian producer Jordan Evans. https%3A//soundcloud.com/elliegoulding/ellie-goulding-vs-jordan-evans-just-in-case

I can't decide what i'd like to see as the 3rd US single. If they don't go with Army, I think they'll go with 'Don't Panic'. The production seems too big of an effort to sit on. But I think any of the songs chosen would perform about the same. I could see 'Around U' being a wildcard thrown out there in the spring after SITWYM peaks, or attempting to make it a summer thing.

At least one more of the Kurstin/Martin tracks will be made a single. Don't Panic is the one I keep coming back to as the best choice. It borrows a good amount from Boom Clap but stands out in its own way with the music box sounds. With Keep On Dancin' being Tedder's only contribution, I can see that getting pushed too. After those if they want to keep it conservative and go with the hitmakers there's Around U, Lost And Found, Scream It Out (there's no other ballads left for the UK), or imo there's better choices from the other people, Mainly Codes and Don't Need Nobody. Seeing as Army seems to be going in the UK now, I won't be surprised if they push Scream It Out there even if that one won't make it to all markets.
