I am surprised radio didn't at least send this top 10. It still remains one of my favorites from the cd. I actually supported a song for the sixth single that almost no one else supported though. I Know Places. I think it would have been a bit different from her and perhaps would have led to a video that was also pretty different for her. I am not entirely sure it would have done better though. Sometimes radio just decides it is done with a project and there isn't an automatic enough hit to overcome that.

I want TS6 this year. One part of me likes this is flopping but another it's crying since it's deserved to do much better :c

I can't be the only one who wanted "Clean" for sixth single, right?

I don't think it is struggling at all. It's losing spins on Pop radio....

I just want her to surprise us all and perform New Romantics tomorrow night and announce that as the actual 6th single. OOTW was just a buzz single for the Grammy's ;)

Sometimes radio just decides it is done with a project and there isn't an automatic enough hit to overcome that. Which makes the Teenage Dream era even more crazy in terms of radio support. Not only did Pop radio send the 6th single to #1, but the next two re-release songs to #3 and #1 respectively. Now that was a long era for radio.

It was a long era for radio and definitely not a norm. I think the difference between TD and 1989 is that 1989 was everywhere in a different way. When TD was out, Katy was sharing the spotlight with Gaga, Britney, Adele, and others during the era's two years of singles. It was easy to be distracted by others and not get sick of her. For Taylor, she had no one else. It was all about Taylor last year. News articles, opinion pieces, praise from unlikely places, the Ryan Adams cover album, Taylor was the only female pop star of the last year and then some before Adele dropped Hello. As soon as that happened, Taylor swiftly moved to the back burner and the era was cut. Not to say Adele is to blame but I think the general spotlight just sort of moved off of Taylor by default because there was finally someone else to be excited about again. She's not really an event right now because she was the main event for a long time that a collective break is being taken from her. I'm surprise OOTW isn't doing better but at the same time, it does make sense that it's not and I don't think any of the other remaining choices would have done any better. I'd still be okay with a seventh single ('stay') but the smart thing to do is go out on the Grammy performance and take a year or so away.

I don't think it is struggling at all. It is currently down -242 spins from last week outside of the Top 10 and down at #56 on iTunes. What do you consider struggling to be? Anything further than this just turns to freefalling.

This is still my favourite thing she's ever done. I hope the Grammys can somewhat turn this around, and at least let her peak in the top 10.

Anything further than this just turns to freefalling. Yeah, I'm talking about Adele. I'm not gonna consider it a struggle yet because we still have a music video, a live performance, and radio stations still adding. One of my local stations just dropped hello this week and. Added wwwy so I'm sure at least a few other stations out there are the same.

Gosh, I'd love it to get enough of a push to send it to H100 Top 10. I know, it's a very, very long shot.

I thought the performance was very underwhelming. They skipped the second verse and there was so much backtracking of the song, that it didn't even feel like Taylor was singing that long. I see this helping the song some, but not much like I was hoping for. Oh well. Hopefully she can win tonight.

I enjoyed her performance. It wasn't the best, but I hope this helps out OOTW some.

Yeah, that wasn't big or buzz worthy enough to save this. It seemed like she was up there for five seconds, cutting out the second verse killed any momentum... and all she did was pose.

That was an awesome performance. The missing element was the camera work. The viewers at home had one thing to look at – Taylor's visage iconique – at the most frantic point in the song while there are a hundred things going on onstage. If this was the Brit Awards, there would have been a million cutaways and quick zooming. And the public would have a huge hardon.

Yeah, the camerawork at the Grammys last night was awful overall. It seemed like the technical crew had no idea what they were doing on camera shots and audio.
