King was an undeserved flop, so glad to see it #1 on your dance chart.
Glad to see Magnets, Business of Emotion, Say It and Uptown Funk on your all-format chart.

"Cheerleader" over "How Deep Is Your Love" and "Pray to God". Really? Aside that, great Top 10 and awesome to see "King" atop on your dance chart. Regarding your all-format year end countdown, good to see Ella Eyre, Disclosure, DJ Fresh, Vance Joy, Gorgon City and Tinashe, among others, so far.

Totally agree Daryl - "King" deserved much better. Thanks for following! Glad you enjoy those. I'll try to get the next 50 up tomorrow. LOL! I KNEW you'd have something to say about that. It comes down to the numbers though unfortunately. And "Cheerleader" charted for 24 weeks which was more than PTG and HDIYL thus giving it a few more weeks to get more points. I was kind of annoyed at myself for that too but it is what it is. I try not to play with the numbers at the end - I did what I did throughout the year, ya know?
Glad you like those others. There will be more good stuff to come I think. Thanks for commenting!

Don't worry. :) I don't like "Cheerleader" and, by default, it's my least favourite from the group, so it was upsetting for me to see it over Calvin's tracks and the rest of the Top 10. However, I understand that you like it and it comes down to the numbers, so I have to tolerate that.

"King" is really the Pet Shop Boy-ish bop that everyone needs in their life and should've been so much more massive really. Great choice as your number one! Generally speaking this was a lovely list to follow as well too. A+ taste as always and plenty of variety to boot.

Truffle Butter landed at #123? Ugh. At least your Dance chart was awesome :( I'll give that one to you. It really should have done better but I didn't chart if for long enough. Don't ask me why. Hopefully you'll find some things that will make up for it further in the countdown. And I will warn you now - yes Carly will do well and no "Hello" will not appear. Good BU. Thank you! Stay tuned for the rest. "King" is really the Pet Shop Boy-ish bop that everyone needs in their life and should've been so much more massive really. Great choice as your number one! Generally speaking this was a lovely list to follow as well too. A+ taste as always and plenty of variety to boot. Elle you are correct as always. "Pet Shop Boy-ish" is SUCH a good way to describe this sound. Thank you for your comments. We'll see how well "King" does amongst when it competes against everything else. King is so good, as is your taste! Looking forward to your all format list! :) Thank you friend! Stay tuned. It continues now.

Albie's All-Format Top 100 of 2015: #'s 100-96
I'm back to keep the countdown going. I fully anticipate finishing this up by the end of this long weekend so on Monday #1 should be revealed. Once again, this tracks the Top 100 songs that charted on my weekly All-Format Top 100 which features pretty much any sort of song I'd like. There was a pretty good batch of songs in the 200-101 range but you've gotta do really well to get into the top 100 and with 332 songs that hit the chart, its a tough contest. 33 songs hit #1 in 2015 and that alone pretty much guarantees a spot somewhere in the top 100 so that only leaves 67 spots for other songs - the best of the best. Most of the songs in the Top 100 placed somewhere in the top 10. There are quite a few cases though where the song didn't actually peak that high but it had a long, consistent chart run and that helps a lot as well.
I won't be including album covers until probably the top 40 but there will be some commentary. Here are #'s 100-96.
#100.
Lost Frequencies “Reality” | Total Points: 1139 Peak: 10 Weeks on Chart: 19 Chart run: 91-75-62-57-44- 38-32-25-17-17-13-10-15-23- 31-54-73-86-96
| The first of two songs on the chart to feature the Tropical House sounds of Lost Frequencies. "Reality" I actually ended up enjoying more than "Are You With Me". This peaked at #10 and had pretty good placement within the top 20 otherwise so it kicks things off at #100. | #99.
Passion Pit “Until We Can’t (Let’s Go)” | Total Points: 1141 Peak: 15 Weeks on Chart: 18 Chart run: 90-71-55-42-33- 30-22-15-18-27-27-23-29-34- 52-60-73-94
| Also the first of two for Passion Pit, one of my most favorite bands. Its a shame the album hasn't done better and the releases haven't continued as I really liked the direction they took. "Until We Can't" reached #15 and had a shorter run that I'd expected but its good enough to get it to a #99 finish. | #98.
Listenbee f/Naz Tokio “Save Me” | Total Points: 1147 Peak: 13 Weeks on Chart: 19 Chart run: 93-88-84-67-52- 43-33-23-19-14-13-13-21- 23-34-60-62-81-98
| The first I'd really heard of Listenbee and I enjoyed it quite a bit. Didn't quite get into the top 10 but was relatively close with a pretty steady chart run getting it to #98 EOY. | #97.
Incubus “Absolution Calling” | Total Points: 1160 Peak: 17 Weeks on Chart: 22 Chart run: 99-92-92-89-48- 34-28-28-38-23-17-21-18- 26-35-44-53-58-73-86-100
| This was a return that I was highly anticipating and while we didn't get quite a full album, "Absolution Calling" was a nice appetizer. A good sound for them and hopefully they can return to true form. This is the only song on the chart for Incubus which didn't quite hit the top 10 but it charted for 22 weeks which is good for #97. | #96.
Florence + The Machine “What Kind Of Man” | Total Points: 1166 Peak: 5 Weeks on Chart: 19 Chart run: 68-45-19-17-13- 9-7-5-7-10-20-28-37-44-61- 74-83-89-96
| Yet another return I was highly anticipating and I can truly say that FTM are one of my favorite bands. Florence is simply ethereal and I find it very difficult to find fault in anything she does. Plus she slays live shows. Cool sound for FTM and great album. Loved the whole "Odyssey" thing. WKoM had a short but effective run peaking at #5 and it finishes the year at #96. We will hear from FTM again much, much later. |
Note 1: In the 'chart run' breakdown (*) symbolizes charting for 2014. Those points are not accounted for but a song's entire chart run is included anyhow for completeness
Note 2: In the 'weeks on chart' (**) symbolizes that the song is still charting. This is also denoted in the 'chart run' as the last chart position is followed by a (-).

Albie's All-Format Top 100 of 2015: #'s 95-91
#95.
Muse “Mercy” | Total Points: 1183 Peak: 39 Weeks on Chart: 20** Chart run: 90-78-63-56-49- 47-47-45-49-53-53-49-48-46- 42-40-39-53-67-79-
| I've long been a fan of Muse and Drones was no disappointment. "Mercy" is the first of two songs from Muse and it was one I enjoyed but it kind of got stuck in the mid point of the chart. Lots of stuff jumping over it constantly. Great track though and I liked it as a follow up to "Dead Inside" but apparently not quite as much. It peaked at #39 and its still charting but is on its way out. We'll hear from Muse again much, much later. | #94.
Glass Animals “Gooey” | Total Points: 1202 Peak: 1 (2) Weeks on Chart: 23 Chart run: 96*-86*-81*-64*-57*- 47*-42*-33-19-8-4-3-1-1-5-12 -13-25-47-66-68-85-94
| Weird ass video but super cool song that introduced me to this band. I mean this song just grooves and it continues to be my favorite thing off of Zaba. This hit #1 for two weeks at the beginning of the year which means it spent a good chunk of its climb in 2014 otherwise this would have placed better EOY. I still jam to this though. Its the only entry for Glass Animals. | #93.
Jason Derulo “Want To Want Me” | Total Points: 1203 Peak: 20 Weeks on Chart: 21 Chart run: 80-59-52-36-33- 27-25-20-24-27-34-33-31-38- 56-60-64-71-81-95-98
| Jason is incredibly hit or miss with me but this was a very pleasant surprise. To me, he does Pop better than anything he's tried and this fit right in with super poppy retro sound that's been strong the last few years. I probably should have had this peak higher but #20 is ok. This is the only appearance for Derulo on the EOY. | #92.
Armin Van Buuren f/Mr. Probz “Another You” | Total Points: 1206 Peak: 7 Weeks on Chart: 19 Chart run: 89-82-58-39-21- 23-16-13-8-9-7-7-16-30- 45-59-70-85-100
| The only thing that I remotely liked from Armin this year and I thought it was a nice collaboration with Mr. Probz. His voice is well suited for this sound. This is the only entry for both artists and its a pretty nice showing - better placement than I would have expected. | #91.
Martin Solveig f/GTA “Intoxicated” | Total Points: 1207 Peak: 21 Weeks on Chart: 20 Chart run: 97-78-60-46-32- 24-21-22-26-30-27-32-33- 31-22-35-59-68-82-85
| I mentioned this in the Dance countdown that I really loved the sound that Martin came with this year. "Intoxicated" was great and I remember wanting it to peak higher but I had a lot of other songs going at that time so #21 it was. This is the first of two entries for Solveig. We'll hear from him again much further down the chart. |

So many great songs so far! Good to see Listenbee here. I thought that the track was going to be huge, but its release date was a mess up, so I guess that ruined it. Anyway, "Reality", "Until We Can't (Let's Go)", "What Kind of Man", "Mercy", "Gooey" and "Intoxicated", along the aforementioned, are the ones I like.
Oh! And looks like someone is still pressed. :kii:

Albie's All-Format Top 100 of 2015
#'s 90-86
Thanks for the comments all!
#90.
Clean Bandit f/Jess Glynne “Real Love” | Total Points: 1212 Peak: 1 (3) Weeks on Chart: 24 Chart run: 96*-80*-74*-62*-45*- 33*-25*-10*-5*-3*-1*-2-4-1-3- 1-4-10-20-27-53-70-88-92
| I'd mentioned during my Dance countdown that this is one of my favorite Clean Bandit songs ever and it absolutely is. "Real Love" is a highlight for both CB and Jess Glynne. It spent 3 weeks at #1 and one of those was during 2014 which means several of its big chart weeks during its climb were in 2014 so it ends the year at #90 but I think its good given that a big chunk of it was 2014. Clean Bandit have one more appearance on the chart while Jess has three more still to come. | #89.
Billie Black “This Simple Pleasure” | Total Points: 1213 Peak: 7 Weeks on Chart: 19** Chart run: 88-80-67-68-66- 56-49-46-47-41-38-32-39- 24-16-13-11-9-7-
| I discovered a fantastic new artist this year and its thanks to the fabulous horchata that I now know and love Billie Black. The This Simple Pleasure EP is just amazing and this is probably my fave off the album. She mixes her smooth vocals along with a cool electro sort of vibe and yet its got soul. I can't stand how good she is. This one is still charting and, in fact, still climbing. One more to come from Billie. | #88.
Arches f/Karen Harding “New Love” | Total Points: 1218 Peak: 11 Weeks on Chart: 20 Chart run: 93-73-66-47-38- 32-25-14-14-11-12-11-12- 15-29-45-68-83-91-100
| I just loved the production on this one which married so well with the hot vocals from Karen Harding. The chorus is pretty basic but Karen is what makes it and the beat just gets me going. This was flirting with the top 10 for weeks so it managed to get some good points in despite peaking at #11. This is the only entry for Arches but Karen has 2 more to come. | #87.
Rihanna “Bitch Better Have My Money” | Total Points: 1221 Peak: 18 Weeks on Chart: 21 Chart run: 87-66-62-61-46- 35-37-37-36-19-18-39-35- 29-31-49-54-71-85-92-99
| To say that the Anti era has been a disappointment is an understatement as I'm usually a pretty big fan of Riri but this has been less than stellar to me. BBHMM was by far the best thing to come out of it. Its not for everyone but I thought it was hot. I need her to continue sort of down this path in the future - either that or the dancey side which works. This only peaked at #18 but it was hovering around the 30's forever which helped. This is the only entry for Rihanna. | #86.
Tove Lo “Talking Body” | Total Points: 1232 Peak: 7 Weeks on Chart: 21 Chart run: 99-89-88-68-60- 37-15-12-7-8-7-11-10-18- 28-43-53-63-80-92-97
| Loved this one from Tove. Its just a fun pop song that you bop to and sing along to because the lyrics are so dgaf. I think I should have taken this into the top 5 but #7 was close enough. This is the only entry for Tove Lo this year. |

Albie's All-Format Top 100 of 2015
#'s 85-81
#85.
Fetty Wap “My Way” | Total Points: 1239 Peak: 9 Weeks on Chart: 17** Chart run: 91-75-59-37-28- 24-22-25-24-22-16-14- 9-12-12-12-23-
| Not too much to say about Fetty that you haven't heard. Great debut album at a time when good hip-hop comes few and far between. This is actually one of my faves off Fetty Wap and honestly "Trap Queen" wasn't my favorite so when this followed I was excited to be hearing it on radio. This had a pretty steady climb and ultimately peaked at #9 though I should have taken it into the top 5. Its still charting but it is on its way down. This is the only entry for Fetty Wap. | #84.
Pep & Rash “Rumors” | Total Points: 1240 Peak: 12 Weeks on Chart: 21 Chart run: 88-77-53-51-56- 43-32-21-14-16-13-12-12- 19-20-31-40-56-76-78-90
| This continues to be my favorite release of Pep & Rash's to date. Its pretty much perfect production-wise and its so good on the dance floor. They have a pretty signature sound which kind of messes me up when listening to follow up material because it sounds pretty similar. This came close to peaking top 10 and had pretty long chart climb so it ends the year at #84. This is the only entry for Pep & Rash on the top 100. | #83.
Death Cab For Cutie “The Ghosts Of Beverly Hills” | Total Points: 1242 Peak: 1 (2) Weeks on Chart: 18** Chart run: 86-78-63-53-40- 32-20-24-14-10-9-9- 5-2-1-1-2-9-
| I think this was the longest break between albums that Death Cab had taken so it was really excited to hear new music from them. Kintsugi did not disappoint though I didn't love "Black Sun" but TGoBH was a great follow-up. It had a pretty long climb to the top and ultimately spent 2 weeks at #1. Its still charting but seems to be on its way down. This is the only entry for Death Cab this year but I think 2016 will be good for them. | #82.
Years & Years “Shine” | Total Points: 1246 Peak: 9 Weeks on Chart: 21 Chart run: 84-63-46-24-23- 18-21-19-9-11-13-15-31-34- 58-68-75-84-88-93-92
| Bummed that "Desire" was just outside the Top 100 but it spent a lot of its chart run in 2014 so that brought it down a bit. That's ok because "Shine" is here! I actually ended up liking the Sanna & Pitron remix to this better than the original but I did like this well enough to peak at #9. It had a pretty steady chart run as well allowing it to end the year at #82. This is the first of two for Y&Y and the next one will come much later.
| #81.
Lost Frequencies “Are You With Me” | Total Points: 1248 Peak: 13 Weeks on Chart: 20 Chart run: 82-73-51-26-19- 17-21-13-13-20-20-25-23- 24-46-56-69-74-78-92
| I mentioned before that I was really into the Lost Frequencies sound this year and this one started it. Its so chill and groovy. I was hoping this could have a Pop crossover but that didn't work out. This ended up peaking at #13 but I wish I had put it into the top 10. Still did decently though and it ends the year at #81. This is the highest entry for Lost Frequencies. |

Albie's All-Format Top 100 of 2015
#'s 80-76
#80.
Joywave “Somebody New” | Total Points: 1260 Peak: 16 Weeks on Chart: 24 Chart run: 99-97-88-79-70- 59-58-60-57-39-23-22-16-28- 25-28-31-34-43-46-54-68-88-95
| Probably my favorite thing to come off of How Do You Feel Now just ahead of "Tongues". I think I like them better with this type of sound than anything. I think I always meant for this to go top 10 but I had a difficult time getting it there. Still, it managed to chart for 24 weeks and it had a rather long descent so it ended up doing pretty well at the end. This is the only appearance in the top 100 for Joywave. | #79.
JMSN “Addicted” | Total Points: 1263 Peak: 8 Weeks on Chart: 23 Chart run: 89*-66*-42-32-20- 14-12-9-8-8-10-20-21-13-11- 18-29-30-43-56-65-72-80-93
| I discovered JMSN through a friend a few years ago but I really got into his stuff late in 2014 after we saw him at a show. I'm into this whole PBR&B thing and I liked his vibe. He moves so fluidly throughout this song despite the angsty sound. This managed to peak at #8 and had a really steady chart run so it ends the year at #79. This is the first of two songs on the chart for JMSN. | #78.
Passion Pit “Lifted Up (1985)” | Total Points: 1269 Peak: 9 Weeks on Chart: 21 Chart run: 76-56-42-19-18- 15-10-9-9-10-12-16-22- 36-48-58-64-77-91-95-97
| I said before that this is one of my most favorite bands and I was beyond excited to get new music from them. This as the lead single was perfect to me. Its so uplifting and therefore aptly titled. I moved this up pretty fast and I thought it might get into the top or even #1 but...guess not. Still it had a good chart run and a #9 peak so this ends at #78. This is the highest appearance for Passion Pit. | #77.
Redondo & Boiler f/She Keeps Bees “Every Single Piece” | Total Points: 1277 Peak: 4 Weeks on Chart: 19 Chart run: 85-70-55-51-44- 30-28-18-11-8-5-4-8- 15-30-41-61-70-90
| I think I mentioned in my dance countdown that I grew tired of this song. I actually really liked it when I first heard it and it even peaked at #4 here but I was over it soon after. I remember I really liked the vocals. It only managed 19 weeks on the chart probably because I was ready for it to drop out but it still ends at a respectable #77. This is the only entry for Redondo & Boiler as well as She Keeps Bees. | #76.
Jack Ü f/Justin Bieber “Where Are Ü Now” | Total Points: 1280 Peak: 7 Weeks on Chart: 20 Chart run: 84-69-52-41-28- 15-16-12-9-9-8-7-15-25- 42-48-58-66-82-98
| I haven't been the biggest fan of Skrillex or Diplo in the past but the Jack Ü project has been interesting and refreshing. I think they've done a great job with the collaboration and this release was well-done with Justin Bieber. I thought at some point this would hit #1 but it managed to peak at #7 and had a few weeks in the top 10. It spent 20 total weeks on the chart which is pretty good and it ends the year at #76. This is the only entry in the top 100 for both acts. |

Great last three batches. Good to see "New Love", "Talking Body", "Rumors", "Shine" and "Lifted Up (1985)", among others.

Albie's All-Format Top 100 of 2015
Thanks guys! popstop lol yay! Thanks for not abandoning me despite our differences.
#'s 75-71
#75.
Sam Feldt “Show Me Love” | Total Points: 1285 Peak: 19 Weeks on Chart: 22 Chart run: 99-92-72-69-63- 44-33-20-31-19-19-22-29-24- 27-28-32-34-53-65-70-87
| As I had mentioned on my dance countdown, this is definitely my favorite release from Sam Feldt to date. Despite being a remake of a song that has been remade many, many times this one is different just in that its tropical house and doesn't use Robin S vocals. Whatever it was it was really worked for me. I always wanted this to peak in the top 10 but I had a hard time getting it there. It did peak at #19 though and lasted 22 weeks on the chart which brings it to #75 EOY. This is the only appearance for Sam Feldt. | #74.
Disclosure f/Gregory Porter “Holding On” | Total Points: 1286 Peak: 4 Weeks on Chart: 20 Chart run: 90-72-54-48-26- 17-14-9-10-8-4-6-5-10- 21-36-60-82-92-100
| This was a great way to kick off the new era for Disclosure. Another well- done song from a fun, well-produced album. I actually really like the vocals from Gregory Porter on this too. These guys just make great house music so not much else to say. Four other songs charted for Disclosure but this one did the best though "Jaded" and "Magnets" are still charting so we'll see about 2016. This is the only entry on the top 100 for Disclosure. | #73.
Clean Bandit “Stronger” | Total Points: 1287 Peak: 10 Weeks on Chart: 21 Chart run: 91-70-60-57-44- 33-23-13-11-10-12-14-11- 22-34-48-59-68-74-84-96
| Whether it was Alex Newell/Sean Bass or Olly Alexander this song was so good! I liked both versions and the production was great anyway so whatever. But I still do wonder why the vocals were re-recorded. Anyway, this should have peaked higher in the top 10 - maybe in the top 5 but that's ok. I was finally able to see Clean Bandit live this year and it just made me love this song even more. I can't wait to see what's next from them. This is the highest entry for Clean Bandit. | #72.
Kygo f/Conrad “Firestone” | Total Points: 1297 Peak: 9 Weeks on Chart: 23 Chart run: 97-95-89-77-67- 62-52-40-20-19-9-11-12-12- 16-23-29-45-53-67-76-87-95
| So on my dance chart I was upset that I didn't take this to #1 and on this chart I am mad for not taking this at least into the top 5. I absolutely love this song and it should have been higher but it did manage to spend 23 weeks on chart and it does continue to be my favorite trop house song of last year. Its perfect and we'll leave it at that. This is the only entry for both Conrad and Kygo. | #71.
Andrew McMahon In The Wilderness “Cecilia And The Satellite” | Total Points: 1306 Peak: 6 Weeks on Chart: 29 Chart run: 99*-98*-92-82-74- 55-43-30-33-32-26-26-19-10- 7-6-12-26-35-44-55-64-70- 85-91-94-97-93-100
| Andrew McMahon always has something cool going on. I'm a fan of Something Corporate and Jack's Mannequin and now this is another cool project. I was excited to see what this solo project brought and Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness did not disappoint. And "Cecilia..." was a really good way to kick it off. Lyrically, its so well done and I like how melodic it is. This is the only entry for Andrew. |

Wow, four of those songs charted for me as well, and three of them did pretty well. I am surprised Kygo hasn;t done better on your chart though!
