It's up to 33 on MB and 35 on BB (I could be wrong on BB because I'm doing this off the top of my head)

I've never understood why Jen wasn't a bigger star. She's pretty, her voice is unique and unmistakable in addition to being great, and her material is damn solid. I thought "That Girl" had a shot to breakout, but was unfortunately wrong. I'm afraid that "Unlove You" is getting pushed at the wrong time of year for major FM impact.

I don't get why they label some of this stuff "static" version I literally hear no difference.

raylatch98 It is the same thing. They label it that not as in a static sound sense or remix. It's more a technology term - "Generally refers to elements of the Internet or computer programming that are fixed and not capable of action or change." No real difference, just a technical thing. I could be wrong though.

It's the current state of the format since the abysmal bro'country stuff continues to clog the chartd and the 'Power Gold' chart in particular.
I've been saying for over a year that the first hour of CT40 and even hour #2 in some cases have routinely veen stacked with substantially better songs than the top of the charts, and sadly there's no end in sight.
Lon Helton's next posting of the 'Power Gold Top 100' should be released in an upcoming issue of CAW, and undoubtedly before the July 4 weekend, and it won't be pretty.
This flawless song is merely the latest victim of the format's addiction to cliche-choked product as Clive Davis recently warned in Billboard, and the same goes for 'I Met A Girl'.

I like "way back home" but I'm way more excited to hear "Drunk in Heels". Oh, and I always thought "static" was meant to be the video, as in static video and if they end up adding a proper music video for the song you have a "Way Back Home static version" and a music video.

You need to come up with another name than, "bro country" for songs you don't like. Most of the songs on the charts are not bro country at all.

Well despite what appears to be a lot of audience gains, don't let today's update fool you. "Unlove You" has gotten a lot of help from Westwood One this week, as they've accustomed about 1.3 million in "Unlove You" gains this week. If you take that out Jennifer Nettles has gained a little over 200k in audience so Jennifer still isn't moving a whole lot. Hopefully with the amount of songs in freefall or close to it (Brantley, Chris Stapleton, Cole Swindell, Rascal Flatts, FGL, Chase Bryant), hopefully Jennifer Nettles can start getting some Top 30 conversions.

Westwood One (W1MC) added "Unlove You" this week. Jenn's song is now getting help from both Westwood Country stations -- that'll help her audience gains on Mediabase immensely. W1MC accounts for roughly 100k in audience for every spin (18 spins for "Unlove You" over the past seven days).
They also added "I Met A Girl" this week as well. Both songs could really use this help right now. It doesn't count towards Billboard but it can only help. Higher audience = more points. More points = higher chart position. Higher chart position entices stations to add/convert.

"Unlove You" broke the Mediabase top 30 this week, at #30.

"Unlove You" broke the Mediabase top 30 this week, at #30. Yay! That means "Unlove You" is going to get countdown spins from ACC and CCUSA, hopefully Jennifer Nettles can manage to stay in the Top 30 in the coming weeks so this song doesn't get an automatic negative update. I'm not sure how much longer this song can climb as while the sales are great, it feels like this one hasn't been moving a whole lot.

As indulgecountry impeccably stated earlier, being on BMLG is a huge asset for Jennifer since her voice is still as distinctive as ever, and this superb song is definitely going to be on the radio well into summer.
Given how routine and commonplace chart runs exceeding 30 weeks have become, here's another tune that's not going anywhere but up the charts.
Works for me!

Can someone make a thread for her album and we can discuss? I am too lazy. but...she is one of my favorite female voices, ever since I got into Sugarland and I loved her last album but this...is just magnificent. Starting Over, Stupid Girl, and Three Days In Bed are career highlights. It's criminal she is not a star on her own.

Jennifer performed Unlove You and Hey Heartbreak this morning on the Today Show. She's also announced on twitter this morning that she'll be on the cover of Redbook for their June issue!

I hope this means that "Hey Heartbreak" is a strong contender for the next single. I think that's her best shot at a massive hit from this album. I'd be surprised if she didn't release "Drunk In Heels" at some point, but I don't think it should be next. Album release week was good to "Unlove You"....it made the Mediabase top 30, and picked up 5 more adds. I hope we'll see the same on Billboard later on tonight, but I think she may come up just short.

It's the clear uptempo standout on the album.

Jennifer will be performing this song on the Voice Finale with #teamxtina's Alisan Porter. You might know Alisan if you've ever watched Curly Sue back in the early 90's. I can't wait to hear this collaboration. Alisan has been one of my favorites since Blind Auditions.

Very cool. I think Alisan is amazing, so this should be pretty incredible. I'm hoping Adam wins the whole thing but I love Alisan too.

That was beautifully done. I've rewatched it like 4 times now. They both sounded amazing and their voices blended really well.

This song shot up into the top 40 of the all-genre iTunes chart after the performance.
