^And it should become avaiable before that anyways. I just hope one of her future singles to be something other than boy/girl relationships.

i wouldn't expect that^ from this album. an insider told me she's already decided the 2nd and 3rd singles will be album tracks called FEARLESS and PERMANENT MARKER which are both relationship songs.

I just hope one of her future singles to be something other than boy/girl relationships. I second that. How many more sides of teenage love can one sing about? Looking back at past love with fondness (Tim McGraw) or with bitterness (Picture to Burn), during the bitterness (Should've Said No), current love (Our Song), love that never was (Teardrops on My Guitar). So the next single is Love Story. Good to see she's branching out.

Hopefully she doesn't go down in flames like Gretchen's redneck theme did....

A lot of us have already heard 'Permanent Marker' and 'Fearless' live. I wish she'd consider releasing songs that are actually new.

LOL. yeah, I swear all her songs were written years ago before she became famous, they show no progression. either way she is turning out to be more pop than country as far as I can see. Still though, I love the music.

I guess it's how the old saying goes: 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'. She'll definitely have to show some maturation on her third album, though. I love Taylor's music, but she can't sing about the same topic forever. And I really hope she doesn't turn into a pop singer, because I want her to stay country.

either way, her song 'Tim McGraw' is such a classic, I think its one of the great country songs of this decade. :)

Is she singing this in concert yet? I went to see her and Rascal Flatts on Saturday and she came back out for the last song as a duet with Rascal Flatts, and even with it being kind of hard to hear, it did sound like she was singing the words "love story" every now and then... and it was mid-tempo... sounded great to me!

"Fearless" and "Permanent Marker" are already chosen as the next 2 singles? why? that doesn't make sense that they would already decide the next singles from the album before the first one is even out.
well anyways, i have live versions of both of them. not great quality on Perm marker but its decent. you can understand the words and everything. i thinks its an alright song, it just like Picture To Burn to me. her and her boyfriend break up and she writes on his picture with permanent marker instead of burning it this time. not much difference. although i haven't listened to it for a while so i could be remembering it differently.
and "Fearless" is amazing (IMO). i am glad that it is being released. it is a little different than her other songs but you can still tell Taylor wrote it. i am really looking forward to a studio version of this one with Taylor's voice maturing more.
i am really looking forward to her album and all the songs that i have already heard somewhere before, but it will be nice to have new studio material from her soon.

Taylor's first song from her new album, called "Change" is released as a non-country single and even has a video she filmed for it this Friday. the song appears on her new album and also the Team USA Olympic soundtrack, that's why she's putting it out this early. scroll through to the end as she is the last artist if you want to preview her video and new song. www.attblueroom.com/sports/teamusa/soundtrack/english/artist_lineup.php

According to Wikipedia, Colbie Caillat is helping/helped Taylor write songs for her new album. Just and interesting tidbit of information I found I thought I'd pass along.

Yes! I love "Change", she sang it in concert and sounded AMAZING! Glad it will be on the soundtrack so I won't have to wait until her album in November.

The song they do for encore is called "It's Only Love" by Bryan Adams and Tina Turner. :)

she also co-wrote a song about John Rich and it'll be on the new album
"15" is a song about herself.
even though most of her songs are about relationships, her lyrics are better than most of the same sort of songs these days, imo.

About John Rich? Oh God, I've never loathed a celebrity so much in my life. Not good news.
