Certified Gold by the RIAA. I'll be upset if this doesn't wind up with a Platinum certification at the very least. Sincerely, Noah Eaton

M83 was the openining act and :o was all tha could come from me. I've heard of them but I've never HEARD them and I was just amazed. I love their synthy alternative vibe that they had. Very reminiscent of Prince and The Revolution with the heavy 80s synth intertwining with the vocals. And I am in love with the female vocalist of the group, Morgan Kibby. When she starts to echo along with the synths I just got chills. I really didn't need lyrics at all with them. Instrumentals were enough to have me hooked. Now on to The Killers! One word: PERFECTION! Brandon Flowers is AMAZING vocally because there isn't a real apparent contrast between the album and live vocals. And I really wanted to snatch that damn D&B jacket he's been sporting this era. That sh!t is just fresh LOL! Now on to the setlist:
Spaceman [PERFECT OPENER!] Losing Touch Somebody Told Me Smile Like You Mean It This Is Your Life Joyride I Can't Stay Bling (Confessions of a King) Shadowplay For Reasons Unknown Ruby, Don't Take Your Love to Town [w/ Morgan Kibby of M83] Neon Tiger Human [Same visuals as MTV Europe Awards performance] Sam's Town [Abbey Version] Read My Mind Mr. Brightside All These Things I've Done ENCORE! Bones The World We Live In Jenny Was a Friend of Mine When You Were Young
Before they did the encore I was like I know they arent about to leave without doing When You Were Young!
M83 went on at 8:00 sharp and left at 8:30 The Killers went on at 8:45 and was done at 11:00 sharp

^Same basic set list as when I went to see them, except they did "The World We Live In" as part of the main set and started the encore with "Ruby, Don't Take Your Love to Town," because this is Nashville and so they wanted to make it seem, like, special.

The setlist last night was the same, except insert "Dustland Fairytale" for "The World We Live In" and jumble around a few of the other songs. It was a fucking excellent show, on the parts of M83 and The Killers.
The only problem was the fucking annoying as hell 45-50yo man sitting two seats down from me who kept TALKING LOUDLY during M83's set. Not only that, he described them as TECHNO. FUCKING TECHNO!?!?!? I'm so sure. Anyway, his friend, who was equally as obnoxious, came up in between M8K and The Killers. He said something about getting dressed and looking too gay, so he changed "out of that gay shit." I wanted to fucking punch the bitch, but I don't believe in violence.
So here's some video of me singing along to "Sam's Town":

I am so mad that you got A Dustland Fairytale! That was the one song along with Human, Spaceman, Losing Touch and I Can't Stay that I wanted to hear from the album. Oh and I see you started to sing Read My Mind prematurely aswell LOL!

Oh and I see you started to sing Read My Mind prematurely aswell LOL! Yeah, I was overly anxious to hear that song. I totally forget that I wanted to get video of M83 doing "Kim & Jessie" and "Graveyard Girl" until after they were done, so that sorta pissed me off. And then every time I tried to get a good pic of Brandon on the screen, something else would show up by the time the pic was processed. But I did happen to get the I Heart Brandon, which is great because that's my name too.

I tried to get tickets the SECOND they went on sale when they played in Boston but it sold out. Then, they came back to NE and played Foxwoods MGM and same thing happened, smh. A friend of mine, for $100 scalped ticket (a gift from his ex-gf) was able to see the Boston show at the shittastic Agganis Arena. I'm actually glad I didn't get tix to that show because of the few bands I dared to see there, only Muse was able to overcome the crappiness of that venue. BU should be shut down for even having a venue like that. Anyway, at least I get to see them at Coachella and they BETTER play Dustland or ELSE. They didn't play it in Boston apparently. They will probably play it at Foxwoods.

I was stupid and waited until last week, when I noticed that M83 was opening, to buy tickets, so I got seats way on the right side of the theatre. But the show did reinvigorate my love for The Killers.

The only problem was the f**king annoying as hell 45-50yo man sitting two seats down from me who kept TALKING LOUDLY during M83's set. Not only that, he described them as TECHNO. f**kING TECHNO!?!?!? I hate them for only having ONE show in California...and in San Jose of all places. WTF. I really wanted to go to this tour.

Wow. My least favorite song on the CD as the 3rd single?! GREAT!! It's the only song I skip on purpose. If it comes on, I don't turn it off but I never seek it. Why not Joy Ride?? They give it enough love live!
