I Hate This Part also spent one week at #10 on Pop 100 Airplay and it has peaked at #6 on Hot Dance Airplay. Plus it peaked at #4 on Hot Digital Songs and #5 on Hot Digital Tracks. Thanks very much for the additional info. I also remember how well it was doing on iTunes but at the time of my posting, I almost forgot about that. Also reached as high as #2 on iTunes Pop and #4 on iTunes Top 100 sometime back in January.

12 12 PUSSYCAT DOLLS I Hate This Part 5145 5137 8 35.981 Spins: -39 Bullet: -45 Audience: +0.040 12 13 PUSSYCAT DOLLS I Hate This Part 5134 5169 -35 36.038 Spins: -11 Bullet: -43 Audience: +0.057 First time that this single is unbulleted on the actual chart and not just day-to-day. Yet the audience continues to gain and this single remains in power rotation on both KIIS (95 spins) and Amp Radio in LA (120 spins). New York's Z100 is at 60 spins. And as expected, it's been passed by Ne-Yo's "Mad". Lady GaGa's "Poker Face" will pass this single in a few days.

Does anyone know if AMP has been added to the panel on mediabase yet? because it still says 132 stations like it used to.

Does anyone know if AMP has been added to the panel on mediabase yet? because it still says 132 stations like it used to. I know that AMP was beginning to be listed sometime this weekend, but I'm not really sure if it's been added to the panel yet. Perhaps it has not yet been added, because if it was, this single (along with several others) should be getting a major boost in spin count, based on comparisons with the figures from Quick Cut which includes stations that are not on the published panel. In that case, only the spins from KIIS presently count towards this single on the panel.

Overall, this is done. Yet from today's update, it's strange how some big-market radio stations are only beginning to push this single for increased spins now. Surely the momentum from this single is switching over to "Jai Ho!" and eventually "Bottle Pop" (which is scheduled to be released today although a date for adds has yet to be confirmed).

For sure. I thought it had a chance of even outpeaking "When I Grow Up" on certain charts including Mediabase's CHR Airplay. Seriously, this single deserved more than just a two-day stint in the Top 10 at #10. Even that alone was still not enough to give this official Top 10 status... :(

^ But it has been a good run :) in continuing the momentum. And now it is passing the baton to Jai Ho which is going to do even greater for PCD.

Yeah this wasn't the huge hit some wanted, but let's not forget, it also wasn't the tsunami inducing flop that preceded it

I would say that this should have more longevity than WIGU, even though it didn't reach that high. I always try to look things at the brighter picture, so longevity + peak. Of course I think it deserved a slot in the Top10, but well sometimes ish happens

this is actually up to a new peak of #25 on hot 100 airplay this week (+3) and it's back up to its peak of #5 on the Canadian Hot 100.
final thoughts on this song's performance:
i think we need to make sure we don't forget how we felt near the beginning of this song's run. people in this very thread were saying this was dead before it even made the top 20, but it went on to reach the top 10 for two days and has been in the top 12 for a few weeks.
This song survived the chart freeze, managed to maintain its position at #11 even though it was getting passed by monster songs, and it continued to rise steadily for months from its entry to its peak. it is now rising quickly on hot ac, gaining some spins on urban, and has done pretty well on rhythmic in the us. in canada, it has done very well on hot ac and chr. lets not forget about how it hit #3 on us itunes and #2 on canada itunes.
this song went against all of our early expectations and went on to become a hit. it will also have much more longevity than when i grow up, and it basically saved the DD era from self-destructing completely. it will also pave the way for both jai ho and bottle pop. the fact that this still did well after the mega-flop whatcha think about that makes this song's performance even more amazing.
unfortunately, this song didn't peak as highly as many people feel it deserved, but this is mostly due to the fact that its run was so spread out and it peaked in sales far before it peaked in airplay. its plays at certain stations were also greatly spread out, some stations jumping on it early and then cutting back, and some playing it the most now (such as kiis, where it is the second most played song right now). but peak isn't everything, and longevity is actually much more important, especially when it comes to album sales.
peaks on billboard charts:
hot 100: 11 pop 100: 10 hot 100 airplay: 25 (at its peak and rising) pop 100 airplay: 10 top 40 mainstream: 11 hot digital songs: 4 hot digital tracks: 5 hot dance club play: 1 (for 2 weeks) hot dance airplay: 5 (at its peak and rising) hot ac: 36 (at its peak and rising) rhythmic: 24
canada hot 100: 5 (at its peak and rising) canada digital songs: 2
this song did great worldwide too. it went top 5 in canada and on the european hot 100, top 10 in australia, and #11 in the US. this song did great and people need to realize it.

Yup I guess it's run is over... like many others I wish it had gone up to #1... IMO it had a lot more potential to do so than WIGU.

And this song did not even chart in Russia as the unofficially released singles fared a whole lot better. It did reach #1 in Romania and #4 on the European Singles Chart. But not to take anything away from your post, this single still did amazingly well all over the world and like many others have said, it not only saved this era and showed a lot more longevity than "When I Grow Up". BTW, that was a great analysis to wrap up this song's absolutely wonderful run. :)

Which remix is the one CHR and Rhythmic is playing the most? I know it's definitely not the Moto Blanco one, but I can't differentiate between the other three on iTunes.
