I Want To know What Love Is was a huge WW hit also. According to Mariah Daily: • Mariah's "I Want To Know What Love Is" drops to #2 in the June 2010 issue of Billboard Brasil Hot 100 Airplay after staying at the summit of the chart for 6 consecutive months - the longest a song has spent at #1 in Billboard Brasil's chart history. Being a big hit in 1 country (It was huge in Brazil) doesn't make a song a "huge WW hit." Top 10 in Japan, France, on AC, Top 20 in the UK, Top40 in almost every European country... Carey scored an almost same sized hit as NMT with her 2nd single!

They really need to pick a song and stick with it. 'You Lost Me' should have been released digitally and sent to radio right after the AI performance. Why did they wait so long?

Other than 'glareeeeee' at 1:10-1:12, where her voice sorta gave out, she did pretty well, IMO- better than on Game 6 day.

P.S. I'll give someone $1000 to take that lipstick from her

It gave out a little 'free' too, but other then those two instances it was pretty goo I missed that- you are right. On 'free', she was a bit strained throwing her just a tad off-key. Although that note is not that high at C5, she sometimes seems to have trouble holding fifth octave notes in full chest voice as of late, which is probably why she prematurely ended 'free' with (unnecessary) melisma, IMO. I am slightly concerned because she has such a good voice and previously had a significantly higher threshold of encountering difficulty while holding fifth octave notes (~ E5). Please correct me if I am wrong. I'm anxiously awaiting, Mike Hunt's opinion on the matter as well.

I really liked when she was going with the softer look and the pink lipstick.

I've never had a good ear to say which note were hit and stuff like that

She still f*cked up on "free." I noticed the announcer got her name right this time. I'm surprised she didn't get him fired sent to the guillotine after he pronounced "Ag-wi-lera" last time. ;)

You Lost Me is actually one of my favourites off Bionic. It could go top 40 if promoted properly

^ Yep. :) I also think it can peak in the top 20 of HAC and top 10 of AC under the same circumstances. I see it going top 10, perhaps even top 5 in several countries worldwide as well.

I'm thinking this would have been the way to go:
1. Bionic 2. Elastic Love 3. Lift Me Up
Sure, they're not incredibly radio-friendly, but people would probably be more interested if they thought she was bringing something relatively fresh to the table. Also, let's be honest, they would all probably do better than NMT.

Hmmm.... "Lift Me Up" is so much more suited for HAC radio though. "You Lost Me" is just too slow!

ya 200.000 copie worldwide is not bad, and the album is #1 in Europe !!! btw i guess YLM is a bad 2nd single choice..it isn't a summer song !!! RCA should release Bionic or Primadonna or Desnudate in Latin areas !!!!!!
RCA suc*s !!!!

Bionic should be the 2nd single PERIOD. Then they should scrap the era.

People that guessed 200k were on the money. LOL at Gaga being #3 last week, though.

Down to #18 on todays UK midweek. She's certain to break the record for biggest drop from #1 now. Could she fall all the way out of the top 20?
