Rince, sir, I've seen you around these parts lately and I wanted to say that I really like your posts and your music taste. Now that the formalities are out of the way, I've never understood the hate for Desperate. What is it about it that no one likes it? Thanks, man. Right back atcha! I always enjoy reading your posts. As for Desperate, it's just too OTT cliche, dark and emo for me. lol But I do love David's vocals on it. It fits his range really well, unlike some other songs on the album which were set way too high (Somebody Out There).

I feel like I should know it, but my mind's blank. Somebody Out There would be much better if the vocals were just a little bit lower. I like the song, it reminds me of You Can.

You, Rurry, are the flop. Bolded Flop even. I forget how solid Archie's debut is until I decide to play it. The only un-listenable song in my opinion was Your Eyes Don't Lie, and that was just for the obnoxious whistle intro. Waiting For Yesterday should've been on the album over that mess. I feel the EXACT same way as you. I decided to go back and listen to his debut and I forgot how much I really enjoyed the songs on it. I love David and can't wait for his new stuff!

I have no idea why Krompass made the recorded version so high. David ain't no Justin Beiber yo. lol

Justin wishes he could sound like David on his worst day.

I really like Somebody Out There, even with the high vocals. It's amazing live.
And yes, Justin Bieber could never.

David's humming is better than Justin's best vocal performance. David doesn't even have to open his mouth.

LOL at this thread. Five pages and 2,600 views and we don't even know the name of the song for sure or what it sounds like, lolol. David is such a Pulse Diva.
And funnily enough, we all seem to have very similar views about what the strong and weak songs on the album/bonus tracks were. I agree with everyone who says DLG, Desperate, and Angels should have been dropped (or made bonus tracks) in favor of WFY, ZG, and WFM. I also do not much like the castrato tones of the recorded version of Somebody Out There, lol. The live version is fine, tho.

Your Eyes Don't Lie is not a mess. Sassy lyrics + barnyard whistling + explosions = WIN. Desperate and Don't Let Go should not have made the cd. I've only listened to DLG 2 times in two years. :o I thought I was the only Your Eyes Don't Lie fan in existence. That song is so full of epic win.

Yeah we all love YEDL. Except Billy. Actually, last night I played it a couple times to see if I could see the big deal over it. It's not as terrible as I remember it being, just the whistling will never cease to annoy me.

I'm assuming it will be previewed via his mobile fanclub? He hinted he had "something coming up for us" on there on Twitter the other day.
Anyways I'm so excited! Even though it will probably be a relatively short clip, I just want to know what the general sound of the song is.

It would be nice if they would put the clip up on the OS so we might actually be able to hear it in decent quality.

lol It's probably on the mobile fan club. But whatever! I wasn't expecting anything so soon anyway. Hopefully somebody who gets clear reception records it and posts it on youtube. I doubt my sucky AT&T reception is really going to do the song justice.
