I'd respect their opinion too if their favs could actually sing, or if they said it in a more mature matter. We all know Whit's voice has changed from her prime. Whitney in her prime blew everyone out of the water. But to say she CAN'T SING now is blasphemy, especially when she's on a good day. Hopefully this Sunday will show that, once again. |

I love when I hear Whitney on a station that plays Rihanna, Drake, Trey Songs, Ke$ha, etc. Someone just requested YOU GIVE GOOD LOVE during the request hour.  Let these youngins know what it's all about!! Now HEARTBREAK HOTEL is on this same station.  And HEARTBREAK HOTEL is on again right now. This station is showing Whit mad love this week. Wooo I can't wait to hear the whole thing! The last time she sang this song live in the states was a mess, and this will completely outshine it. I know some people will probably complain about it regardless, but we have to accept Whitney's voice changed and it's been changed for 10 years now. But looking past any tiny flaws, her voice sounds very rich, and I really can't wait to hear the whole thing. Now is it just me or does this edited version sound weird??? It's like they took out any audience screams and the real feel of singing live in the mic. This is why I like watching specials the day they were filmed. All this extra editing is soooo not needed. |

Whitney is currently in Boston with Bobbi Kris because her grandma (Bobby's mom) passed away last week, and the funeral is tomorrow. Sad for the fam.

Oh wow it was so moving! I really enjoyed it. It wasn't vocally perfect, but who cares?! And judging from twitter, they all loved it too. Most people have seemed to accept Whitney isn't vocally 90's Whitney anymore, and for those who have yet to accept it, there's the door bitches. ------------->

That performance went well. Kim's scratchy-ness made Whitney's seem less out of place, and she's in a better place vocally than at the beginning of the ILTY era.
