It's still riding high from being the most recent promo single last Tuesday. Blank Space and Style are the real winners here. I'm pleasantly surprised to see Wildest Dreams right outside the top ten!

Correction, Wildest Dreams is now inside the top ten. Bad Blood now up to #13! Could we see SEVEN songs in the top ten?!

"Bad Blood" now up to #11. Three songs inside the top five, still sitting at six inside the top ten. "Bad Blood" should pass "Trumpets" any moment to secure Taylor a seventh top ten from this album! As this is happening, "All You Have to Do Is Stay" is about to pass "GDFR" to become the album's eighth top 20. No track from 1989 is currently lower than #43, "I Know Places." Taylor has the strong chance of having all 13 tracks reach the iTunes top 40 upon initial release day of the album!

Nah, in a few days they will be decreasing. Some may linger in the top 100 for a while, but their time in the top 10 is limited. However, with all her promo, if she performs a song other than SIO repeatedly, that could make top 10 again.

It's gonna take longer than a few days for the chart to return to normal. They may have started to leave the top ten but they are still top 20, top 30, top 40 etc. essentially pushing middle ranked songs down 10+ spots or so.

Damn, the Halloween songs are kicking ass this year! Monster Mash is about to enter the top ten! Has that ever happened before? Thriller's almost top 20 as well.

My guess is the fact that Halloween is on a Friday this year is really helping. All of the Halloween parties are on the same night instead of sporadically throughout the end of the month.

that's crazy! I checked last night and they were like #90 or something. I was remembering a few years back when it would almost creep in the top 10 but I think the last year or two it started to fade. Cool that it is back!

I'm not sure what you're looking at because "Werewolves of London," like all the other Halloween songs, are regressing currently. It's down to #85. It also made the top 100 just last year: kworb.net/pop/archive/20131031.html #78


Also, interesting to look at the list last year. "Monster Mash" and "Thriller" peaked so much lower than they did this year. #16 and #18 respectively, versus #8 and #9 this year!
