Revised sales forecast from Billboard.com (looking lower than estimated):
As reported earlier this week, Lady Gaga's "ARTPOP" album seems destined for a No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200 chart next week, securing the diva her second chart-topping set.
Presently, industry sources forecast the album to sell around 240,000 to 250,000 by the end of the tracking week on Sunday, Nov. 17. That's down slightly from its 260,000 projection on Wednesday (Nov. 13).
Though Billboard is predicting a #1 ranking, they also note that on Nielsen Soundscan Building Chart which tracks Monday - Thursday she is sitting at #2 behind Eminem.

I hope she performs Gypsy in its entirety (no mashups) and plays the stripped down version. It was so moving hearing it on Howard Stern. Especially the ending! (Made me tear up a little)

I liked "Gypsy" from the start, but it's grown on me immensely. Definitely a Gaga favorite. I'm loving this album so much, thank you the powers that be. It's my favorite song from the album by far. By the way, she is performing "Gypsy" on SNL tonight. |
