I just got around to watching the performance and I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought it was a hot mess. Xtina's voice is really shot. What a shame. She used to be a great vocalist. Just shows what bad technique can really do.

It was messy but in all the right ways! I'm glad they finally sang together. I like how Gaga looks like 2008 Gaga.

ARTPOP drops #13 - #18 on the Billboard 200 and loses it's bullet. However, according to HDD, it actually increased in sales by 1%. It lost its bullet because other titles around it are growing at a faster clip. She will probably see one more bump in sales due to holiday and then experience a huge drop like all titles do right after the holidays.

If it lost the bullet on Billboard, it means it sold less copies through Soundscan than last week. How other albums are doing has absolutely no impact on whether it has a bullet or not. If it sold one less copy than last week (or even the exact same amount), it doesn't have a bullet on the album chart.

Raspy though Xtina sounded at times, I think her voice is far from shot. How many wonderful performed have we gotten of Say Something. On faster tracks she sounds a little messy yes at times. Inconsistent sure. But look to the Dirty Diana performance and more recently the Scream performance on The Voice and you'll see she can sound on point with faster tracks as well.
Pulse has always had Xtina hate. The performance with Gaga was nothing short of fun and overall quite a great spectacle in my opinion.
I really hope it pushes the song.

If it increased 1 copy it wouldn't necessarily get a bullet because other albums increased more, it fluctuates weekly, at least that is how I remember it when reading Billboard magazine years ago. I don't think it has changed but I could be wrong.

Lady Gaga Rules Billboard.com's Readers Poll 2013By Jason Lipshutz, New York | December 19, 2013 4:45 PM ESTLady Gaga Rules Billboard.com's Readers Poll 2013 Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande also scored major wins, but Gaga was the Billboard.com readers' MVP. Put your hands up, make 'em touch: Lady Gaga is the ruler of Billboard.com's 2013 Readers' Poll, which allowed pop music fans far and wide to vote for their favorite albums, songs, videos and performances of the past year. Gaga, who returned in late 2013 with her "ARTPOP" opus, emerged in a superstar-laden field and claimed the poll's top prize: the 2013 MVP. However, the MVP award was just the start for Gaga. "ARTPOP" was voted the readers' favorite album to top the Billboard 200 chart in 2013, while the official clip for "Applause" ran away with the Favorite Music Video category. Gaga's two-song stop on "Saturday Night Live" last month was voted the Favorite TV Performance of the year, and the singer blew away the competition in the Fashion category. And although "Lady Gaga Cancels Tour Dates Due To Injury" won the Biggest Disappointment award, that win just demonstrates how eager fans remain to see Gaga live -- her next tour was voted the most anticipated event of 2014. 2013 was a huge year for Gaga in the Readers' Poll, but Miley Cyrus wasn't too far behind the "Do What U Want" singer. "Wrecking Ball," Cyrus' first No. 1 single on the Hot 100 chart, was voted the best Hot 100 chart-topper of the year, and Cyrus' "Bangerz" career revival was voted the Comeback of the Year. Cyrus' twerk-happy VMAs performance was voted the Most Shocking Moment in music of 2013, and the "Wrecking Ball" online parodies won the vote for the Best Viral moment of the year. Some other winners of note: just like in our mid-year poll, Ariana Grande ran away with the Newcomer of the Year vote, overcoming fellow newbies Imagine Dragons and Lorde in the vote. Taylor Swift's international Red run was voted the Favorite Tour of the year, while Lollapalooza and "The X Factor" won for the year's best festival and musical TV show, respectively. And although we had to remove Beyonce from one of our categories -- "Beyonce Does Not Release An Album in 2013" certainly still can't be an option in the Biggest Disappointment vote! -- Queen Bey gave the Festival Performance of the year at Made In America, while she and Jay Z were voted the Hottest Couple of 2013. Check out the full results below -- including the percentage of the votes that each candidate received: Here are the final results for Billboard.com's 2013 Readers' Poll: First-Half MVP 1. I don't think it has changed but I could be wrong. Yeah, I'm pretty sure the Top 200 is a relative chart. So for example, there are weeks where all albums drop in sales numbers but some are bulled because their drop is less than a certain percentage number, depending on averages and stuff. Other weeks when everything gains, such as Black Friday week, not all sales gainers will have bullets.

Yep, it is definitely relative or done by percentages so it is possible she gained last week and still didn't have a bullet. Though, of course, it is also possible that she did lose a bit, but without soundscan we wouldn't know either way.

I'm surprised at the position for "Gypsy" on iTunes. It's #822. Quite high for a non-single. Definitely needs to be a single.

We still need to figure out whether it'll be for the first concert we have tickets for or the second. We're aiming for the second even that means paying $400 additional dollars to change our flights. But I got a new job that starts in a few weeks so I can afford that now. I'm also trying to convince Mega248 to come again too!

Love the remix! It's not too different from the original thankfully, the added intro is super cool. Also, is it just me or does the chorus sounded a little bit bigger/fuller? The harmony on the bridge is definitely louder than it is on the album version.

Is it true that the tour tickets aren't selling well, or are those just false rumors? Either way I got my tickets :)

Floor seats are general admission, so I can imagine that as many as 3k to 4k will be on the floor.

I'm surprised there are still tickets available for her MSG show in NYC. I just bought my brother and his partner two tickets for Christmas in the 100's section. Maybe she over-saturated NYC with the 7 shows at Roseland in the month before. Either way, she is playing to the equivalent of 2 nights at the Garden. (7 nights @ 3K capacity at Roseland and 21K capacity at one night at the Garden).
Not sure if this means her days of selling out the Garden for multiple nights is over or if it is still just early days.

Am I the only one who didn't realize the spoken part of G.U.Y. is really fun/dirty wordplay?
Also, the title track is now the song I look forward to the most when I listen to the full album.

Let's start speculating: What song is she going to open the tour with? After listening to the album, I think it should be "Jewels and Drugs"! It's such a fun opener!
