What was the last instrumental to top your chart? Look at that flawless top 10. Well, except Work - Her album has better.

What was the last instrumental to top your chart? "Propaganda" technically has vocals though. ;) But "I Can't Take It" is very production-heavy, although the vocals are definitely more significant. But I think "MHATLP (HI-LO Edit)" is the answer you are looking for, back in the 11/08/2015 and 11/01/2015 charts. Look at that flawless top 10. ikr? :'( Well, except Work - Her album has better. don't be so mad at your work

Week of 03-27-2016"Dangerous Woman" gains 1 spot to reach the top, becoming Ariana's 6th #1, tying her with Coldplay for most #1s. However, 1 of hers is a feature, whereas all of Coldplay's are lead, so they have the most #1s as lead artist, and also have more than double the weeks at #1 of Ariana, with 31 weeks to her "only" 15. "I Could Be" flies 9 spots to #2 while last week's #1, "Propaganda," drops 2 spots to #3. This is Shane's 2nd and Nadine's 1st top 3, Shane's 4th and Nadine's 1st top 5, and Shane's 4th and Nadine's 1st top 10. Nothing else new enters the top 5 or top 10. 2 new songs enter the top 20: "Lose Control" up 23, the greatest gainer, to #11 and "Best for Last" up 22 to #13. This is Hedley's 1st, The Knocks' 3rd, and WALK THE MOON's 2nd (1 lead, 1 feature) top 20. This is also Hedley's 1st, The Knocks' 3rd, and WALK THE MOON's 3rd (2 lead, 1 feature) top 30. Besides "Lose Control" and "Best for Last," 2 new songs enter the top 30: "Hymn for the Weekend" debuting at #25 and "Lost and Found" up 4 to #27. This is Coldplay's 14th and Ellie's 9th (8 lead, 1 feature) top 30. This is also Coldplay's 15th top 40 and song to chart. Besides "Hymn for the Weekend," 4 new songs enter the top 40: "Misery" debuting at #33, "Break Up In a Small Town" debuting at #34, "YOUTH" up 6 to #35, and "Somebody to Love Me" up 2 to #40. This is Gwen's 5th, Sam's 4th, Troye's 3rd (2 lead, 1 feature), and Tryon's 1st top 40. This is also Gwen's 5th and Sam's 4th song to chart. Besides "Hymn for the Weekend," "Misery," and "Break Up In a Small Town," 5 other songs debut: "All My Friends" at #41, "Close" at #43, "Welcome to the Show" at #46, "iT's YoU" at #47, and "Hold Up, Wait a Minute" at #49. This is Snakehips' 1st, Tinashe's 5th (4 lead, 1 feature), Chance's 2nd (both features), Nick's 8th (7 lead, 1 feature), Tove's 7th (5 lead, 2 feature), Adam's 6th, Laleh's 1st, ZAYN's 2nd (solo), ZHU's 9th (9 lead, 1 remix), Bone's 1st, and Trombone's 1st song to chart. Dropping off are "House Party," "Kamikaze," "Work from Home," "The Original High," "Make Me Like You," "As Crazy as It Is," "Everglow," and "Hey Friday." As mentioned above, the highest debut is "Hymn for the Weekend" at #25. Also mentioned above, the greatest gainer is "Lose Control," up 23 spots to #11. The biggest dropper is "Formation," down 15 spots to #44. In its 36th week, "Run Away With Me" gains 3 spots to #37. Slow certification week, although there is 1 really big certification. Gold: "I Could Be" and "Never Sleep Alone"; Platinum: "Classic," "Not a Little Bit," "Propaganda," and "Testarossa Music"; 9x Platinum: "Adventure of a Lifetime." "Adventure of a Lifetime" is just the 4th song to reach 9x Platinum. Since it is still in the top 10, it stands a very good chance to be the first song to reach Diamond status. Great #1! Also yay for 7, 25, 41, and 43! Nice to see AOAL score that 9xP ranking also. That reached 6xP over on my end. I'm a little shocked to see no one reached Diamond or even the fact only 3 others reached the nine mark, I'm guessing the points system is very strong on the top end and weak on the lower half? Either way, impressive. Good chart this week.

ikr? :'D Also YASS at Ariana What are her other five #1s? She was #1 as a lead artist with "Problem" for 3 weeks, "Break Free" for 3 weeks, "Love Me Harder" for 4 weeks, and "Focus" for 1 week, plus also now "Dangerous Woman" for 1 week (so far?), plus her feature on "Popular Song" for 1 week. Yayyy "Hymn For The Weekend", so flawless :'( ikr? :'D Great #1! Also yay for 7, 25, 41, and 43! Good chart this week. Thanks! For points, the #1 song gets about 10x the points of the #50 song. When I was making my certification system, I wanted it to have similar results to US digital sales. I would say it has turned out pretty close, with the top selling songs being somewhere in the 8 million range, maybe making their way to 9 million eventually. :)

YES Coldplay!!! Hopefully they keep going! They do! And great to see Carrie and Kelsea debut! I know you're not much of a country fan, but those are two of my favorites this year so great choices! Thanks! :) oooh go "Lose Control!! hope it can hit #1! It has a good chance! It's very competitive at the top right now, though, so no guarantees. Youth and Close make big moves Dangerous Woman is already out of #1? >:( Yep. Competitive chart + kind of overplayed it already I think lol Just finished my latest chart. It's *this* close to diamond. Next week for sure, unless it drops to like #40 or something lol Hurry up and make Hymn #1. Maybe. So competitive. I approve of all songs moving up in the top 20. Me too! New chart finished and being posted now. :)

Week of 04-10-2016"I Could Be" holds at #1 for a 2nd week, giving Shane a total of 4 weeks on top. This breaks a 3 song streak of 1 week #1s: "I Can't Take It," "Propaganda," and "Dangerous Woman." Not only did "I Can't Take It" and "Propaganda" only get 1 week at #1, they also dropped very quickly after peaking. "Dangerous Woman" has dropped 1-4-8, which is pretty fast for a #1 song, but not nearly as fast as those two songs. The rest of the top 3 remains the same as last week as "Lose Control" and "Best for Last" hold at #2 and #3, respectively. "T-Shirt" and "Hymn for the Weekend" both enter the top 5, up 33 spots, the greatest gainer, to #4 and 1 to #5, respectively. This is Thomas' 2nd and Coldplay's 9th top 5. This is also Thomas' 2nd top 10, top 20, and top 30. Besides "T-Shirt," 1 new song enters the top 10: "TRNDSTTR (Lucian Remix)" up 32 to #6. This is both Black Coast's and M. Maggie's 1st top 10, top 20, and top 30. Besides "T-Shirt" and "TRNDSTTR (Lucian Remix)," 1 new song enters the top 20: "All My Friends" up 5 to #17. This is Snakehips' 1st, Tinashe's 3rd (2 lead, 1 feature), and Chance the Rapper's 1st top 20. Besides "T-Shirt" and "TRNDSTTR (Lucian Remix)," 3 new songs enter the top 30: "YOUTH" up 9 to #22, "Close" up 9 to #23, and "untitled 07 | levitate" up 18 to #24. This is Troye's 3rd (2 lead, 1 feature), Nick's 6th (5 lead, 1 feature), Tove Lo's 5th (3 lead, 2 feature), and Kendrick's 7th (6 lead, 1 feature) top 30. This is also Kendrick's 8th (7 lead, 1 feature) top 40. Besides "untitled 07 | levitate," 5 new songs enter the top 40: "iT's YoU" up 8 to #33, "Say You Do" up 10 to #35, "Music to Watch Boys To" up 6 to #38, "Be the One" debuting at #39, and "I'm In Control" debuting at #40. This is ZAYN's 2nd, Sigala's 2nd, Imani's 3rd, DJ Fresh's (2 lead, 1 feature), Lana's 10th, Dua Lipa's 1st, AlunaGeorge's 6th (4 lead, 1 feature), Popcaan's 1st top 40. This is also Dua Lipa's 1st, AlunaGeorge's 6th (4 lead, 2 feature), and Popcaan's 1st song to chart. Besides "Be the One" and "I'm In Control," 4 other songs debut: "I Found a Girl" at #42, "Make My Love Go" at #43, "Don't Give Up (On Love)" at #44, and "One Call Away" at #49. This is The Vamps' 11th, Jay Sean's 1sth, Sean Paul's 1st, Blinkie's 1st, and Charlie's 2nd song to chart.. Dropping off are "Marvin Gaye," "Faded," "Lowkey," "Somebody to Love Me," "Under Ytan," and "Welcome to the Show." As mentioned above, the highest debut is "Be the One" at#39. Also mentioned above, the greatest gainer is "T-Shirt," up 33 spots to #4. The biggest drop goes to "Not a Little Bit," down 18 spots to #46. In its 38th week, "Run Away With Me" gains 2 spots to #37. A little slow this week for certifications with only 10 songs certified, but there is a nice spread for only 10 songs. Gold: "Misery," "T-Shirt," and "Unstoppable"; Platinum: "Best for Last" and "Lose Control"; 2x Platinum: "Dangerous Woman," "Gangsta Walk," "Never Be Like You," and "Propaganda"; 4x Platinum: "Hands to Myself." Damn, Ariana is dropping like a stone :( But Close and Youth are still charging up - future #1s for both pls. I feel cheated by the lack of Diamondness >:( I like most of those debuts - never heard of Blinkie and meh at Charlie Yay for 2 weeks for Shane. :) Here is another sentence with yet another smiley!

Week of 04-17-2016"TRNDSTTR (Lucian Remix)" takes over the top spot, up 5 spots from its position of #6 last week. "I'm In Control" flies up to #2, up 38 spots from last week, the greatest gainer. Due to these 2 gainers, "Lose Control," "Best for Last," and "T-Shirt" are all pushed down 1 spot each to round out the top 5. This is both Black Coast's and M. Maggie's 1st #1, top 3, and top 5. This is also AlunaGeorge's 4th (3 lead, 1 feature) and Popcaan's 1st top 3; AlunaGeorge's 5th (3 lead, 2 feature) and Popcaan's 1st top 5, top 10, and top 20; AlunaGeorge's 6th (4 lead, 2 feature) and Popcaan's 1st top 30. Last week's #1, "I Could Be," drops 5 spots to #6 due to the super competitive chart. Regardless, it racks up quite a bit of points due to an extremely high multiplier, thanks to the aforementioned super competitive chart. Besides "I'm In Control," 1 new song enters the top 10: "Be the One" up 31 to #8. This is Dua Lipa's 1st top 10, top 20, and top 30. Also, "Adventure of a Lifetime" spends its 23rd week in the top 10, extending its record. "Slow Down" has the 2nd most weeks in the top 10 with 21 weeks. More on "Adventure of a Lifetime" in a little bit. ;) Besides "I'm In Control" and "Be the One," 4 new songs enter the top 20: "Make My Love Go," up 32 to #11, "YOUTH" up 4 to #18, "Close" up 4 to #19, and "untitled 07 | levitate" up 4 to #20. This is Jay Sean's 1st, Sean Paul's 1st, Troye Sivan's 3rd (2 lead, 1 feature), Nick Jonas's 4th, Tove Lo's 4th (3 lead, 1 feature), and Kendrick Lamar's 7th (6 lead, 1 feature) top 20. This is also Jay Sean's 1st and Sean Paul's 1st top 30 and top 40. Besides "I'm In Control," "Be the One," and "Make My Love Go," 3 new songs enter the top 30: "I Found a Girl" up 20 to #22, "Hold Up, Wait a Minute" up 4 to #28, and "iT's YoU" up 3 to #33. This is The Vamps' 5th, ZHU's 8th (7 lead, 1 remix), Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's 1st, Trombone Shorty's 1st, and ZAYN's 2nd (solo) top 30. This is also The Vamps' 8th top 40. Besides "Make My Love Go," and "I Found a Girl," 4 new songs enter the top 40: "Don't Give Up (On Love)" up 10 to #34, "Be Alright" debuting at #35, "Bruk Bruk (I Need Your Lovin')" debuting at #36, and "Crush" debuting at #37. This is Blinkie's 1st, Ariana Grande's 16th (13 lead, 3 feature), Dillon Francis' 4th, Yuna's 1st, and Usher's 8th (6 lead, 2 feature) top 40. This is also Ariana Grande's 16th (13 lead, 3 feature), Dillon Francis' 4th, Yuna's 1st, and Usher's 11th (9 lead, 2 feature) song to Chart. Besides "Be Alright," "Bruk Bruk (I Need Your Lovin')," and "Crush," 2 other new songs debut: "Everywhere You Look (The Fuller House Theme)" at #46 and "Ain't You" at #50. This is Carly's 18th and K. Michelle's 2nd song to chart. Dropping off are "Testarossa Music," "I Can't Take It," "Not a Little Bit," "Don't Wait Up," and "Your Type." As mentioned above, the highest debut is "Be Alright" at #35. Also mentioned above, the greatest gainer is "I'm In Control," up 38 spots to #2. The biggest drop goes to "Propaganda," down 23 spots to #44. In its 39th week, "Run Away With Me" drops 6 spots to #43. Pretty good certification week. 12 songs are certified and there is a nice spread. Gold: "All My Friend," "Close," "I'm In Control," "TRNDSTTR (Lucian Remix)," and "YOUTH"; Platinum: "Hymn for the Weekend" and "Lost and Found"; 2x Platinum: "Acquainted," "Classic," and "I Could Be"; 9x Platinum: "Papercut"; Diamond (10x Platinum): "Adventure of a Lifetime." With this, "Adventure of a Lifetime" is the 1st song to reach Diamond status. Coldslay. :'( LW TW PP WOC06 01 01 003 “TRNDSTTR (Lucian Remix)” Black Coast feat. M.
