#4: Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded Nicki Minaj*Does not include The Re-Up songs* Listen to the full album here. (Not deluxe but oh well) General thoughts: This is an amazing album, imo. I was so psyched when she announced the title, because I LOVE her Roman songs on Pink Friday: "Roman's Revenge" and "Did It On 'Em." Idk if there are others, but those are two of my favorite songs of hers, ever. Then came "Roman In Moscow" which was meh (not on the album) and "Stupid Hoe" (better but still not on the level as the other two songs), so I was getting disappointed. Then came "Starships," a great song, but straight dance-pop. Wtf Nicki... I loved it, though, but burned on it. I was quite disappointed with this at first, because it didn't meet what I was expecting at ALL. However, she had a bunch of great, albeit generic, pop songs. And some of the urban ones were great too. Several grew SO much on me, as well. "I Am Your Leader" and "Pound the Alarm" are probably my 2 favorite songs, urban and pop. Then there's the amazing "Right By My Side," which is pretty R&B, not the straight up hip-hop/rap Nicki usually does. An amazing song, one I would love to see her do more songs in that style. Overall the album has so many amazing songs, but also several duds, though. It definitely way under-performed, and now she's in the WORST position with both urban and pop radio. Great album, A+. Best Song(s) (imo): Come On a Cone I Am Your Leader Beez In the Trap Right By My Side Pound the Alarm Whip It Va Va VoomWorst Song(s) (imo): Roman Holiday Sex In the Lounge Fire Burns Gun ShotSongs that I charted: Pound the Alarm (peak: #1 (1 week), charted 19 weeks) I Am Your Leader (peak: #1 (1 week), charted 15 weeks) Beez In the Trap (peak: #12, charted 12 weeks) Va Va Voom (peak: #17, charted 11 weeks) Starships (peak: #39, charted 1 week) *Again, the album came out too soon, ruining several chart runs Nick stays his miserable 1 for 6 for his top 9 prediction. Slizzard also stays 1 for 5 for his new top 8 prediction. Codex starts off with a 0 for 2 for his top 4 prediction. lmao 3 votes. Not too bad. You know I love me some Nicki. :)

I'm such a fail. I told you that I'm gonna do a recap yesterday, but I didn't. However, it is here: 8. Loreen - Heal: I haven't listened to it. I will do later. 7. Dev - The Night the Sun Came Up: I haven't listened to all the album, but Dev has some good songs. "Bass Down Low" is such a great track, as well as "Booty Bounce", "In the Dark", which I really like the sexual innuendo on it, and "Naked" with Enrique Iglesias. I didn't know much about the problems she had with the album releases, but this really was a mess. How is it possible that The Night the Sun Came Up doesn't have a US/Canada physical release? Expecting to listen to her second album, but I hope it doesn't have the same fate (problems with the releases) as it had. 6. Carly Rae Jepsen - Curiosity: I heard the EP has a different version of "Curiosity" and I prefer the original version with the leaked video :) More about Carly Rae Jepsen (I'm not going to use the acronym because it reminds me a explicit word in Spanish) when you revealed where Kiss is ;) 5. One Direction - Up All Night: I heard "What Makes You Beautiful" and "One Thing" only. I like those songs (I don't think they are great, but they are good), but as you know, I prefer your favourite group The Wanted over them 4. Nicki Minaj - Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded: Same as Heal. I listened to "Starships" and it's good, but it burnt so fast on me. Red One did a generic production on it. Predictions:3. Zedd - Clarity 2. One Direction - Take Me Home1. Carly Rae Jepsen - Kiss

#4: Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded Nicki Minaj Not a great album. The only tracks worth listening to imo are "Starships", "Pound The Alarm", "Va Va Voom", "Marilyn Monroe", "Whip It", "Beez In The Trap" and "I Am Your Leader", which is like 30%.

#3: Take Me Home One DirectionListen to the full album here.General thoughts: Lol at me charting over half the album, most of which are just album tracks. Anyways, amazing album. Soooo sooooo good. I didn't think I would like it more than their debut, but I do. Which is an amazing feat. It's got some plain bad songs, but overall it's pretty amazing. I don't get the Target bonus track hate. I actually really like 2 of the songs, although "Truly, Madly, Deeply" is pretty terrible lmao. "Summer Love" is definitely my favorite song. It's just so damn flawless. :'( Everyone needs to buy this album right away. Idk what else to say other than it's just so damn flawless. :'( Clearly deserves an A+. Best Song(s) (imo): Kiss You Heart Attack Rock Me Back for You They Don't Know About Us Summer Love She's Not Afraid Magic IrresistibleWorst Song(s) (imo): Little Things Over Again Truly, Madly, DeeplySongs that I charted: Summer Love (peak: #2 (3 weeks ), charted 11 weeks) Kiss You (peak: #4, charted 12 weeks, still charting) Heart Attack (peak: #6, charted 8 weeks) Live While We're Young (peak: #10, charted 9 weeks) Rock Me (peak: #10, charted 7 weeks) Irresistible (peak: #21, charted 3 weeks) Little Things (peak: #33, charted 4 weeks) Back for You (peak: #29, charted 1 week) They Don't Know About Us (peak: #32, charted 1 week) She's Not Afraid (peak: #36, charted 2 weeks) Still the One (peak: #38, charted 1 week) Too many predictions to keep track of. 4 people originally thought this could be #1 though.

Still a disappointing album imo. In a sense, yes. I was hoping they would expand more. But when they make more of basically the same, but it's flawless, I can't complain.

#2: Clarity ZeddListen to the full album here. (It's not really the real album but it's the best I could find and too lazy to make a playlist. Point is if you like some of the songs actually on the album, just buy it. ) General thoughts: So, Like Azealia and Kendrick, I checked out Zedd because of Gaga working with him. At first I just tried "Spectrum," which I found decent, but then it really grew on me. I checked out the rest of the album and started falling in love. It's even still growing on me, as you can tell by it moving 10+ spaces up in my countdown. "Spectrum," "Clarity," and "Lost At Sea" are my favorites, with the first 2 being great single choices. The performance of "Spectrum" on radio is an atrocity, and "Clarity" will hopefully do way better. Amazing, flawless album, and got me sooooo excited for ARTPOP. :) Flawless album, flawless grade. A+. Best Song(s) (imo): Hourglass Spectrum Lost At Sea ClaritySongs that I charted: Clarity (peak: #2, charted 14 weeks, still charting) Spectrum (peak: #5, charted 19 weeks, still charting) Lost At Sea (peak: #17, charted 10 weeks) Only 1 vote for this being #1. Good at the time of the poll, but it's grown on me immensely since the poll closed lmao.

#1: Kiss Carly Rae JepsenListen to the full album here. (I think missing one US Deluxe song, but close enough) General thoughts: UGH. This album was my LIFE for several months. I still spin it like crazy. Just a fantastic, amazing, near flawless album. It's just SO SO SOOOO good. She really needs radio to pick up on "Tonight I'm Getting Over You" so they can get to the real smashes (minus "Call Me Maybe") on the album. The album deserves to go 10x Diamond, imo. The album may be full of lots of generic pop songs, but they're just so good and so catchy generic pop songs that you don't even give a fuck that they're generic! Barring the Justin feature and the iTunes bonus track, all the songs are amazing. The international bonus track "I Know You Have a Girlfriend" is amazing, and the Japanese bonus track "Melt With You" is pretty great, too. Amazing album, one which everyone must get ASAP. My favorite album of 2012, and one of my favorite albums in quite some time. Suchhhhh an easy A+. Best Song(s) (imo): Tiny Little Bows Call Me Maybe Curiosity More Than a Memory Turn Me Up Hurt So Good Drive Wrong Feels So Right Sweetie I Know You Have a GirlfriendWorst Song(s) (imo): Beautiful Almost Said ItSongs that I charted: Call Me Maybe (peak: #1 (2 weeks), charted 33 weeks, still charting) Good Time (peak: #1 (2 weeks), charted 18 weeks) Hurt So Good (peak: #3, charted 9 weeks) This Kiss (peak: #16, charted 23 weeks, still charting) Tonight I'm Getting Over You (peak: #13, charted 5 weeks, still charting) More Than a Memory (peak: #20, charted 6 weeks) Tiny Little Bows (peak: #22, charted 5 weeks) Turn Me Up (peak: #25, charted 4 weeks) Wrong Feels So Right (peak: #38, charted 2 weeks) 7 votes, tied for most votes. You all are SO SMART. ;)
