Uptown Funk sneaks up one more position, hope it can continue to climb. Glad to see Happy Idiot and Apparently bulleted, hope they continue to climb. Also My Type is nearing the Top 10 , I just started really getting into it so it might match the position on my chart soon. Still really haven't decided my opinion on FourFiveSeconds, it's really odd and I can't decide whether I like it or not. Also would like to see Kathleen, Hollow Moon, and All About It make main chart appearances.

Zebra's Top 100 - February 1, 2015 - Week 88, Week 5 (Repost)
Commentary: "Love Me Like You Do" becomes Ellie's 4th no. 1 this week as it jumps from 8 to 1. She's previously reached the summit with "Lights" (one of the biggest hits ever), "I Need Your Love", and "Figure 8". "Say You Love Me" falls from 1 to 2 after only one week on top. I wish it could've spent more time there, but honestly the chart is far too competitive right now for anyone to hold on to the top for too long. "Uptown Funk" inches from 4 to 3, and it'll likely peak next week. "Gunshot" jumps from 6 to 4. "Froot" slips from 3 to 5 and "Wrapped Up" likewise slips from 2 to 6. "Heartbeat Song" moves from 9 to 7. "Shut Up and Dance" dips from 5 to 8. "Style" becomes Taylor's 3rd top ten hit from 1989 as it moves from 17 to 9. "Doing It" wraps up the top ten as it inches from 13 to 10. It becomes Charli's 3rd top ten hit. 11 songs debut this week, with most of them being country songs. Country songs just have an amazing week in general. Little Big Town's "Girl Crush" debuts at no. 16, becoming the second highest debut of the year (behind "Heartbeat Song"). Jana Kramer has a lofty debut with "I Got The Boy" at no. 36. Elsewhere, Keith Urban and Eric Church debut at no. 53 with "Raise 'Em Up", Dierks Bentley re-enters at no. 59 with "Say You Do", Maddie & Tae debuts at no. 66 with "Fly", Bleachers debut at no. 67 with "Like A River Runs", Wet debuts with "Don't Wanna Be Your Girl" at no. 81, Omi debuts with "Cheerleader" at no. 86, Lee Ann Womack debuts at no. 94 with "Send It On Down", the Zac Brown Band debuts at no. 98 with "Homegrown", and CHVRCHES debuts at no. 99 with "Get Away". "Habits" watch: "Habits" falls from 79 to 83 in its 56th week. Bubbling Under watch: "Talladega" will most likely debut next week. The rest of this group have mixed chances of charting. Recurrents watch: The recurrents section re-expands to 40 songs this week as I've been listening to so much older music lately. Missy Elliott tops the list with "Lose Control". It is fueled by her Super Bowl performance. This is one of my favorite recurrent weeks thus far. "Love Me Like You Do" = HUZZAH! our first shared No. 1 of 2015, and such a wonderful one at that (well, not in the same week, but you know what I mean) although I'm very thankful that it managed Top 20 on the Hot 100, I'll still be kinda gutted now if it misses the Top 10 just because radio won't get with the program. at least it's shaping up to be a MASSIVE-selling No. 1 in the UK! "Heartbeat Song" = glad to see this still inching up. I've gotten back into it over the past week or so, but I still don't see it shaping up to be a massive Paulboard hit (whereas "Mr. Know It All", "What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)", "Catch My Breath", and "People Like Us" were all Top 2 smashes that spent at least 13 weeks on my chart.) I still need to check out the video "Style" = YES! this one has really great momentum lately. go, go, GO! "FourFiveSeconds" = clearly the American public is influenced by your chart, since this ended up in the exact same spot on the latest Hot 100 "Thinking Out Loud" = ha, you weren't kidding about being over this "Outside" = I'm really late to the party on this one - just started getting into it this week! it didn't manage a very impressive peak on your chart, but at least it's had pretty decent longevity (especially for a song that never cracked the Top 40) "Lips Are Movin'" = OUCH! and I thought TOL's drop was bad. oh well, its resurgence was nice while it lasted

I'm so proud of you for all these great debuts and upward movements. :'( That debut for Little Big Town and the jumps for Carrie Underwood and Mickey Guyton. :o Very happy to see Jana Kramer and Lee Ann Womack debut especially, but I like all of the debuts (except "Homegrown" which still needs to grow on me... which I think it will). Also nice to see Ellie @ 1, and upward motion for Ciara, Nicki Minaj, Madonna, and K. Michelle, among others. <3

Wow @ LMLYD! Get that #1 Ellie. Also, love the move up for "Style". "FourFiveSeconds" doing good and "Go All Night", too. Yay! "Snap Out of It" is going the wrong way and so is "Thinking Out Loud" :( Also, you're killing me with "Pray To God" and "Outside" >:( #prayforcalvin Glad to see "Wish You Were Mine" on here - flawless song and I hope it does well for you. Also, great debuts in "Get Away" and "Cheerleader"! Recurrents: FLAWless.

Thanks for all of the feedback, everyone! I really appreciate it. <3 Cheerleader Glad you like it! Thanks, Ryan! I appreciate it. <3 Glad you're enjoying Ellie's reign. Thanks, JL44! :) Shut Up and Dance and Style in the top 10! Little Toy Guns, What We Ain't Got, Lay Low are also high on the chart! Happy Idiot and Say You Do are also charting! All of those keep doing well! Thanks, Daryl! :) So much good stuff on here, but had to comment in particular on your utterly fantastic top three! Thanks, Kurt! I really appreciate it. <3 f**k i jinxed olly >:( but a 1 spot jump and holding at the same spot does not cut it for coldplay, either. >:( He was on the way down anyways. </3 Coldplay manages to make decent jumps with both of their entries. Thanks, Josh! :<3 Yes Ellie! Slay with that beautiful voice of yours! <3 also glad to see Uptown Funk go up! Hoping yet can somehow make it to #1 maybe :/ Glad you're enjoying Ellie's reign! As for "Uptown Funk"'s chances of hitting no. 1, they're looking slimmer with each passing week. Ellie is in the middle of a strong run at no. 1 and "Style" is right on her heels. "Uptown Funk" may manage to sneak a week in, but I can't be sure. Thanks, Mark! :) Great to see Zac Brown Band and Bleachers debut. I also hope Uptown Funk will be number one. Great chart :) They all keep doing well, even if "Uptown Funk" isn't quite no. 1. Thanks, Shoosh! :) Fantastic top 2 and there are many great songs on your recurrents chart, for example "You're Still The One" or "The Edge Of Glory". Good to see "Doing It" doing well. :chuckle: Never got the appeal of the Ingrid Michaperson, but maybe I should check her stuff other than that lowkey hit and I will change my mind. Glad that you're enjoying those, namely the recurrents. "Doing It" will, in fact, keep doing well. :chuckle: I never really understood the appeal of her either, but "Afterlife" is great so I suppose I'm starting to warm up to her. Thanks, Rocky! <3 Recurrents:01 - "Lose Control" - Missy Elliott ft. Ciara & Fat Man Scoop :flawlesslist: Great number one with Ellie Goulding. And like the recurrents for the week especially Third Eye Blind, Michael Jackson, Fleetwood Mac, The Bee Gees, Eurythmics, Adele, Depeche Mode, Celine Dion, Steve Nicks, Johnny Cash, Missy Elliot and more. Glad you're enjoying Ellie's no. 1 and my recurrents. Much love to your continual praise of that section. Thanks, Konami! <3 Yay, Ellie is #1! Great debut by Omi. Glad you're enjoying it! Ellie should at least have one more week at the summit. Omi's is a grower, and I expect it to do reasonably well. Thanks, Flip! :) Uptown Funk sneaks up one more position, hope it can continue to climb. "Uptown Funk" does indeed continue to rise! So do all of the others you mentioned. "My Type" makes the top ten, and I'm glad to see that its success is shared on your chart. "FourFiveSeconds" is really odd but it works imo. "Hollow Moon" sneaks in. "Kathleen" could make it in in the next few weeks. Thanks, Webinator! <3 "Love Me Like You Do" = HUZZAH! our first shared No. No reason to be gutted though, as it made the top 10! Hopefully it'll hit no. 1. It would make up for the fact that "Lights" was robbed. >:( Re: "Heartbeat Song" - Unfortunate to hear that it won't be a massive smash on yours, but I fully expect it to be a top 3 hit for me. Re: "Style" - It continues to have great momentum. Re: "FourFiveSeconds" - Didn't you know that the US public observes my chart to find their next hit singles? Thought it was common knowledge. All jokes aside, though, I wish that the American public would have more hits that would correlate with my chart hits (Never going to happen though. ) and I'm enjoying the fact that it's a hit for her. Re: "Outside" - This is having a crazy chart run, lol. It's currently on the way back up. Maybe it'll manage a top 40 peak? Anyways, glad to see that you're into it. Re: "Lips Are Movin'" - I suppose it's really good for a song that I initially couldn't stand, haha. Thanks, Paul! <3 11 songs debut this week, with most of them being country songs. Most of those continue to do well and even more country songs debut, haha. There's certainly not a shortage of quality country music coming out lately. Thanks, Indulge! <3 Great recurrent chart! Sorry-not crazy 'bout your #1 there--diff'rent strokes... It's no biggie. We all have our preferences. Thanks, DJDaveMick! :) - Ellie! Still not a big fan of that song, tho - Amazing chart as usual! Hopefully it'll grow on you? It kind of had to grow on me. Glad you enjoy the rest, though! Thanks, Hitseeker! <3 Wow @ LMLYD! All of those do well, except "Snap Out Of It" and "Thinking Out Loud". At least they made the top 20? :( Calvin starts to gain ground this week, so hopefully they begin to take off even moreso. "Wish You Were Mine" is fantastic, and I fully expect it to be at least a decent sized hit. Glad you're enjoying my recurrents also. Thanks, Albie! <3

Zebra's Top 100 - February 8, 2015 - Week 89, Week 6
Commentary: I had meant to post this on Tuesday, but it's been a crazy week so here goes. Ellie Goulding holds steady at no. 1 with "Love Me Like You Do". "Uptown Funk" manages to jump from 3 to 2, and it has an outside shot of hitting no. 1 in the next few weeks. "Say You Love Me" slips from 2 to 3. "Style" jumps from 9 to 4, and it looks to be Swift's third no. 1 from 1989 soon. "Gunshot" slips from 4 to 5 and "Froot" slips from 5 to 7. In between these, "Heartbeat Song" manages to inch from 7 to 6. "Doing It" likewise inches from 10 to 9. Two new songs enter the top ten this week. Saint Motel's "My Type" jumps from 11 to 8 and Little Big Town's "Girl Crush" leaps from 16 to 10. Expect both to be sizeable hits. Elsewhere, the chart is rather tame. Last week was mainly spent studying for exams so I didn't have a chance to check out that many new songs. Still, 8 songs manage to debut. Tim McGraw and Catherine Dunn score the highest debut at no. 78 with "Diamond Rings and Old Barstools". Karen Harding manages to debut not far behind at no. 80 with "Say Something". AWOLNATION debuts at no. 84 with "Hollow Moon (Bad Wolf)". It's their first charting entry since "Sail" dropped off in late 2013 after a monstrous run. Eric Church debuts at no. 89 with "Talladega". Fall Out Boy debuts at no. 96 with "Uma Thurman". Broods debuts at no. 99 with "Four Walls" and Caribou debuts at no. 100 with "Can't Do Without You". "Habits" watch: "Habits" slips from 83 to 85 in its 57th week. It appears to be losing steam and it may drop off soon. Recurrents watch: Fleetwood Mac, The Civil Wars, and The Beatles manage to rule this section this week. I've been exploring their discographies. Martina McBride and Deana Carter also have strong entries as I rediscovered some childhood favorites. Ellie continues to slay. Also excited about "Style," "Heartbeat Song," and "Girl Crush" moving up in your Top 10. <3 Great seeing Jake Owen in the Top 20! And yay @ upward movement for "FourFiveSeconds," "Little Toy Guns," "Lay Low," "Better than You Left Me," "Living for Love," "Raise 'Em Up," "Going Out Like That," "Feeling Myself," "Say You Do," "Fly," "Stuck on a Feeling," "I Bet," "Send It on Down," and "Love 'Em All." And I love that "Diamond Rings and Old Barstools" and "Talladega" debuted!

Great to see "Four Walls" debut and I'm really glad to see "Say Something" debut! I need Karen to slay. Other increases that make me happy: "Talking Body", "Wish You Were Mine", "Gotta Get Away", "Won't Look Back", "New Dorp, New York", "Happy Idiot", "Go All Night", "Cheerleader", "Style" and "FourFiveSeconds" - lots of good stuff! I love that you're charting "Gunshot" and "Snap Out Of It" even if they are going the wrong way now. And, of course, "Outside" and "Pray To God" increase! I'm rooting for the following to debut: "Karaoke" (please!!!), "One Last Time", "Somebody" and "Get It (Matt & Kim are my favorite!) Oh, and beautifully crafted recurrent section as usual.

"Love Me Like You Do" = well, I definitely love this song like you do, so I'm glad to see it holding strong! it's probably...definitely...my favorite song of 2015 so far (evidenced by its highly-unusual consistency on my chart: 6 straight weeks inside the Top 5), and I'm really thankful that the public (here in the US, the UK, down under, etc.) is recognizing its brilliance too. slay, Ellie...slay!
"Uptown Funk" = this one's cute and fun and all, but it's definitely not worthy of de-throning Ellie. "Style", on the other hand, would be a very fair replacement
"FourFiveSeconds" = now you need to catch up to Hitseeker and me and send this one into your Top 5 (if not higher...)
"7/11" = I hadn't noticed that this was a multi-week No. 1. I know you love that album, but this particular track is certainly a...strong contrast...to the other No. 1's of yours that I've gotten to know
55 46 08 46 (1) "Feeling Myself" - Beyonce ft. Nicki Minaj: so...is this a typo...or just shade? ;)
"Thinking Out Loud" = tiiimmmmberrrrrr! :'(

It might be my favorite too, but I love all of my number ones this year almost so equally so I can't choose. </3 Seriously glad to see it catching on though! Re: "Uptown Funk" - Probably won't, haha. "Style" is looking like LMLYD's likely successor. Re: "FourFiveSeconds" - Not quite top 5, but will top 10 work? Haha. It'll certainly peak higher. Re: "7/11" - Lol, yeah. I still love it. Zebra's Top 100 - February 15, 2015 - Week 90, Week 7
Commentary: I'm actually on time! Haha. Sorry for bombarding you all with tags in such a short expanse of time. "Love Me Like You Do" holds at number 1 for a 3rd week. It becomes the longest running number 1 since "Your Love" held the top spot for 3 weeks in October. "Uptown Funk" holds at number 2 and it may have just lost its chance at hitting number 1. Why? "Style" advances from 4 to 3 and is looking like my next chart topper. "Say You Love Me" slips from 3 to 4. "Heartbeat Song" continues its slow gains this week as it inches from 6 to 5. "Girl Crush" jumps from 10 to 6. It is also a contender for my next number 1. "My Type" inches from 8 to 7. "Gunshot" falls from 5 to 8 while "Doing It" holds at number 9. "FourFiveSeconds" is the lone top ten entry this week as it advances from 13 to 10. It's Rihanna's first top ten hit since "What Now", Kanye's first since "E.T.", and Paul McCartney's first overall. Seven songs debut this week. The highest debut comes from Florence + The Machine's "What Kind Of Man" at number 13. It is her first charter since "Spectrum (Say My Name)" in late 2012. The next highest debut comes from Years & Years's "King" at number 72. It is Years & Years's first chart entry. Fifth Harmony debuts at number 76 with "Worth It", which features Kid Ink. It becomes Fifth Harmony's 4th chart entry and Kid Ink's 2nd. Fifth Harmony has previously charted with "Miss Movin' On" (no. 35), "Bo$$" (no. 21), and "Sledgehammer" (no. 3), and Kid Ink has previously charted with "Show Me" (no. 89). Nick Jonas scores his 2nd chart entry with "Chains" at number 85 and Alabama Shakes scores their 2nd chart hit (I believe) with "Don't Wanna Fight" at number 86. Smallpools debut at number 89 with "Karaoke". Tori Kelly debuts at number 100 with "Nobody Love". "Habits" watch: HABITS DROPS OUT. It's a sad, sad week. It ended up spending 57 weeks on the chart, debuted at number 1, and became my number 1 song of 2014. I never would have guessed that it would be this big of a hit. Let's take a moment of silence as we reflect on it's chart run: :'( 01-02-02-04-05-06-11-15-15-14-19-23-20-23-27-35-42-51-58-60-50-37-39-38-34-26-25-25-35-43-59-62-82-79-62-57-52-47-53-64-88-48-43-49-48-49-47-46-41-53-56-65-68-84-79-83-85-OUT Slay high. :'( Bubbling Under watch: I'm not sure how many of these will debut next week, but I'm fairly certain that at least "Uma Thurman" and "Right Here, Right Now" will. Recurrents watch: The Mamas & The Papas score a number 1 with "California Dreamin'". The Beach Boys, Bon Jovi, The xx, and Fleetwood Mac also have exceptional weeks. "Love Me Like You Do" at #1! I'm starting to get into now ( really late on this lol). "Uptown Funk" and "Heartbeat Song" in the Top 10! "What Kind of Man" debuts high!! "Wrapped Up" and "Shut Up and Dance" fall. :'( "Happy Idiot" and "Ink" climb! "Apparently", "Feelin' Myself" and "Pray to God" are in the Top 50! "Outside", "Gotta Get Away", "Truffle Butter" and "Talking Body" climb!! Hopefully "Talking Body" can see the big success that "Habits" did!! "King", "Chains", "Karaoke", and "Nobody Love" debut! Happy to see you know "Karaoke"! "Cheerleader" and "Hollow Moon (Bad Wolf)" rise! Sad that "Habits" fell. :'( :'( It had a great run! Hopefully "Uma Thurman", "Lay Me Down", "Desire", "Kathleen" and "All About It" can debut soon! :) Great chart!
