This is a more tolerable version of "Part of Me", but it's still mediocre. I can only imagine the frog croaks she'll be ensuing in forthcoming live performances of this.

She will look so good performing it that no one will care if it sounds awful. She absolutely butchered one performance live and when I came online everyone was like OMG SHE IS SO HOT!!!!!!!
Hopefully there will be a heavy back up track and she will be fine.

I'm sure CHR will go nuts with this, but honestly I don't see this being a huge seller. Wouldn't be surprised if it only has a big first sales week and then sells just moderately.

This is a trend with Katy. "California Gurls" was a legitimate ripoff of "Tik Tok," People were also saying that Katy ripped off Pink's "Cuz I Can" with "I Kissed a Girl". |

this is such a big song. I just love the verses. So insanely catchy. That "hooo!" part nestled in there really makes it pop.

It took me a couple of listens to really get into it, but I really like it now. The chorus is the best part. I like the production. I'm noticing the Sara similarities too, but I think it could be beneficial for that song, giving it a second chance to chart if it were to be re-promoted. I don't know if they actually sampled it or if it's similar because of the chords, but I like it.

this is similar to Mariah's Almost Home to me in the sense that nothing really happens until the final chorus and then it's over as soon as it begins. I love love love the runs she puts all over that final chorus,I wish the rest of the song had that much emotion!

The song is good, but so is Brave. And Sara's talent level is way, way higher... so I'll stick with her on this one. Regardless of any possible lawsuits, I still give Roar a big fat zero for originality.

Besides the piano at the very beginning of the song, and the upbeat positive message, I don't really hear any similarities. Especially in the chorus.

Sounds exactly like "Brave" at the beginning but other than that the similarities aren't too distracting. I like "Brave" a lot so get that free promo Sara! Predictable/typical lyrics. A little underwhelmed honestly, but I wasn't a fan of "Diamonds" at first either and it ended up being one of my favorites of 2012. KHIA ✔ @queenkhia

When you guys talked about the song that this is similar to, I thought you were talking about Ke$ha's Blow because the ro-o-o-oar parts sound like blow-ow-ow.
And as for the song itself - I was disappointed a bit but as the song went on I received that summery-autumn-ish vibe that I love so much and I love this.
