I don't think there is an actual correct version of T.I.'s lyrics in that song because it is very difficult to understand what he's saying in it.

Solitaire is a Neil Sedaka cover. Clay sang it during "Neil Sedaka week" (yes, there was such a thing.) on American Idol. I'm so glad all those hours I wasted on American Idol has led me to this moment.
Also, I can't believe it's been ten years since Maroon 5's first top ten.

And now it's time for our weekly look back at the Billboard top 10 singles charts of exactly 55, 50, 45, and 40 years ago this week.
March 30, 1959 (for week ending April 4, 1959)
TW LW WK 01 01 08 Venus - Frankie Avalon (4 weeks at #1) 02 06 04 Come Softly To Me - The Fleetwoods 03 02 09 Charlie Brown - The Coasters 04 04 10 It's Just A Matter Of Time - Brook Benton 05 05 10 Tragedy - Thomas Wayne 06 03 07 Alvin's Harmonica - David Seville And The Chipmunks 07 09 06 Never Be Anyone Else But You - Ricky Nelson 08 11 07 Pink Shoe Laces - Dodie Stevens 09 07 10 I've Had It - The Bell Notes 10 17 05 It's Late - Ricky Nelson
The week of April 4th, 1964, as if they hadn't already set enough records, the Beatles set yet another one when their brand new single, "Can't Buy Me Love," which had entered the Hot 100 at #27 the week before, super leaped all the way into the #1 spot, giving the Beatles domination over the top 5 of the Hot 100 that nobody before or since has ever been able to equal. In addition to #1 with "Can't Buy Me Love," they also held the #2 position with "Twist And Shout," the #3 slot with former #1 "She Loves You," number #4 with "I Want To Hold Your Hand," and the #5 position with "Please Please Me."
If that weren't enough, they also replaced themselves at #1 for a second time, when "Can't Buy Me Love" succeeded "She Loves You" in the top position. Again, something that no other artist has ever accomplished. And if THAT weren't enough, they also occupied the #31, #41, #46, #58, #65, #68 and #79 slots on the same chart; 12 entries in all, which would remain a record number of Hot 100 entries until the following week when they would add two more giving them a total of 14.
With pre-orders equaling almost 1 million, it wasn't too surprising when the new Beatles single smashed right out of the gate. It would be another 38 years before another artist would manage to break the Beatles record #27 to #1 jump that they set the week of April 4th, 1964.
April 4, 1964
TW LW WK 01 27 02 Can't Buy Me Love - The Beatles (1 week at #1) the Beatles 3rd #1 song on the Hot 100 02 03 04 Twist And Shout - The Beatles 03 01 11 She Loves You - The Beatles 04 02 12 I Want To Hold Your Hand - The Beatles 05 04 10 Please Please Me - The Beatles 06 07 07 Suspicion - Terry Stafford 07 08 08 Hello Dolly! - Louis Armstrong 08 16 06 The Shoop Shoop Song (It's In His Kiss) - Betty Everett 09 09 06 My Heart Belongs To Only You - Bobby Vinton 10 10 08 Glad All Over - The Dave Clark Five
April 5, 1969
TW LW WK 01 01 10 Dizzy - Tommy Roe (4 weeks at #1) 02 04 05 Aquarius/Let The Sunshine In(The Flesh Failures) - The 5th Dimension 03 03 09 Time Of The Season - The Zombies 04 12 06 You've Made Me So Very Happy - Blood, Sweat & Tears 05 08 06 Galveston - Glen Campbell 06 06 08 Run Away Child, Running Wild - The Temptations 07 10 06 Only The Strong Survive - Jerry Butler 08 02 09 Traces - Classics IV Featuring Dennis Yost 09 09 08 My Whole World Ended ( The Moment You Left Me) - David Ruffin 10 05 11 Proud Mary - Creedence Clearwater Revival
April 6, 1974

Katy is really dominating Vevo. Dark Horse is still doubling the #2 song both Worldwide and in the US. Roar is still top 5 both worldwide and in the US, even though the video was released half a year ago.

less than 1M update for Happy?! :O I guess it might not get to 300M AI...well at least it beat the record that Blurred Lines had for about 7 and a half months (for now, until something else dethrones it in the future lol)

Demi Lovato's Let it Go #5 in on US Vevo? I assumed the Idina Menzel would be much higher, both domestic and worldwide.

April 8, 1989 05 11 Like a Prayer - Madonna
One of the greatest songs, of any genre, ever. :'( And that video.
Incidentally, it was listed at No. 1 on the year-end Cashbox chart.

Prediction:
1. Happy (no sh*t, 40% lead at least) 2. All of Me (very tight race between 2 and 3...guess it all boils down to streaming) 3. Dark Horse 4. Talk Dirty 5. Pompeii 6. Team (yeah, looks like this isn't gonna make the top 5...mainly due to poor streaming) 7. Drunk in Love 8. Counting Stars 9. The Man 10. Let It Go (sales resurgence)

this was discussed in a previous thread...Idina's version is on the Disney account and it gets more views, it's just not under Vevo...I think...or there are multiple versions that get more views...something like that...but yeah Idina's version definitely gets more views But Idina's version still gets the streaming points even though it's not on Vevo, right? Or only Vevo videos count towards billboard? Non-Vevo videos absolutely count for Billboard
