Britney is the most underrated artist of our time. Not just pre-circus Britney but even now today. She's brilliant. f**k all the live vocals crap. Truth is when she does sing live most people can't tell the difference. She's obviously been working at improving her craft over the last few years to anyone that's bothered to pay attention. Mark my word when all is said and done Britney will undoubtedly known as a legend. I'm over all these critiques of her performances who else is even close to being on her level? Who??? A bit much honey! She is after all Britney Spears and considered a icon and one of the queens of pop of her generation. Unless after all you mean on Pulse she is underrated and if that is the case nobody cares what Pulse thinks. As for you saying when its all said and done she will undoubtedly be known as a legend, ummm she is already. I think you're underselling her. I won't comment on your interpretation of her vocals on stage but you won't be able to convince Coco the sky is yellow and you know what that is alright! basically i agreed with nothing you said but again that is cool! but for your benefit i should add i really did enjoy reading your story this kinda stuff is why i stay on this site, very interesting material even if i don't agree. |

Hey guys this is where you talk about Britney and post instagram photos and blah blah over her not in the song discussions.
My earliest memory of Britney Spears is pure hatred, i hated her entire first album. However somewhere in the mid 2000's i saw her become less crafted to be perfect and more human. I looked at the TV and said Britney is Me. Sweet, cute, talented, tragic, messyboots and not very smart.
love her! so relatable, so real, so southern.

Most people look at her as being a total puppet, which isn't true, considering we know that she often contributes to her music and just doesn't demand credit (unlike some other musicians...ahem). |
