YESSSSSS Big Fat Bass Pt. 2! Some of yβall also need to stop pretending sheβs ok she clearly isnβt. Itβs not just a tap she was running towards him like a crazy fan. He does seem like a douchebag Iβll give you that and the whole thing could have been avoided and/or handled differently. No one wins here, he looks like a liar/douchebag and she looks like a liar/crazy person. What did she lie about? Her account was 100% factual based on the video. Iβm disappointed that you think calling her crazy is acceptable, regardless of whatever mental health issues do or do not exist - with her or with anyone else, including you. Careful with comments like this. The "...including you" was unnecessary. |

Ok, so maybe a controversial opinion, but I think will actually makes great music with Britney. The worst offender in their work together is It Should Be Easy. BUT, we also have Big Fat Bass (which holds up today), Work Bitch, and Scream & Shout (her last legit smash hit). They have the potential to make bops together!

Will.I.Am? Why canβt we ever catch a break. Yeah, its him π im so sorry, i was trying to spare u all of this terrible news. Lol anyway, the name of the song is βMIND YOUR BUSINESSβ Interesting. At least the title is interesting and Iβm sure some stan will be savvy enough to create a version using just her vocals. Still think it was a definite miss not to release a cut of Hold Me Closer with only Britneyβs vocals. Wonder if weβll get a music video for this one. Something in the vein of Scream & Shout could work. |

so, on a brighter note. she has a song coming on the 21st of july....she is a feat. on another artist's song....yay for the song, not so sure about the artist itself... Obs: i have not heard the song, so it may be one of those cases where a sample is so heavily featured that the original artist ends up being credited.  The song has been registered and she's credited as a writer alongside Will and Johnny Goldstein (who has been working with BEP since 2020). So unless it's sampling Someday (I Will Understand), I think it's safe to say it's not a sample but a proper song. Exciting to hear her voice on something new. |

No charges will be filed following a brief investigation of the altercation involving pop star Britney Spears, San Antonio Spurs rookie Victor Wembanyama and a member of the playerβs security team, Las Vegas police said Friday after determining she inadvertently βhit herself in the face.β Spears said she was struck by a security guard as she tried to approach Wembanyama near a restaurant in a Las Vegas casino complex on Wednesday night. Wembanyama said a person, who he later found out was Spears, grabbed him from behind. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said Spears had actually struck herself when someone pushed her hand off Wembanyama as she reached up to tap the No. 1 overall pick. In its investigation, which is now over, police determined that the security guard did not willfully or unlawfully use force or violence against Spears. No arrests were made and no one was cited, the report said. In the report, police said surveillance footage of the event βshowed Britney going to tap the Spurs player on the shoulder. When she touched the player (redacted) pushes her hand off of the player without looking which causes Britneyβs hand to hit herself in the face.β Spears filed a police report after the incident outside the restaurant, alleging battery. On Friday, she posted a reaction to Instagram with a caption that said βEither way Iβm still a huge fan of the NBA player β¦ itβs not his fault his security hit me.β Wembanyama was making his NBA Summer League debut for the Spurs in Las Vegas on Friday night. The 7-foot-3 French teen was the No. 1 pick in last monthβs NBA draft and is entering the league with as much acclaim as anyone since LeBron James in 2003. The altercation happened Wednesday night; Spears said she recognized Wembanyama at another hotel earlier in the evening and when seeing him again entering a restaurant at the Aria Resort & Casino she βdecided to approach him and congratulate him on his success.β Spears said Thursday, βHis security then back handed me in the face without looking back, in front of a crowd. Nearly knocking me down and causing my glasses off my face.β Police interviewed security guards for the Spurs and Spears, both of whom said pushing a hand off someoneβs shoulder is a standard response, according to the report. The security guard for the Spurs said he spoke with Spears afterward, identified himself and apologized. Spearsβ security team said she also apologized, the police report said. Spearsβ attorney in Los Angeles, Mathew Rosengart, did not immediately respond to telephone and email messages Friday about the police report. Spears said Thursday in posts on Twitter and Instagram that the run-in was βsuper embarrassing,β and denied grabbing Wembanyama, saying she only βtapped him on the shoulder to get his attention.β She also said that she was hopeful of getting an apology from the team or the security guard who she said was involved. According to her latest IG post, she has news to share tomorrow. Is she the last artist on the Barbie soundtrack that Mark Ronson hinted at?! Nope, the news came in today officially confirming that its not Britney or BeyoncΓ© as people had hoped for....its Sam Smith lol. The assumption is that its a new aforementioned song with will.i.am., much to the disappointment of even more people. |

Yeah, I'm worried about this too and this isn't the first time that will.i.am uses beats from some (or long) time ago. I mean, "Girl Like Me", the Black Eyed Peas collaboration with Shakira, is one of these examples. Although that song was released in 2020, will.i.am and Shakira started working in that track in 2008 and Johnny Goldstein jumped on it twelve years later. |

Very excited about the book!
Kinda irrelevant but I'm not sure I like the cover though... the design of it looks super cheap. Also, this photo is beautiful but I would prefer a more current image of her.

Oof, that cover is...shockingly awful.
I feel like this is likely to be an absolute mess but no doubt the interest will be sky-high and I hope the mass amounts of excerpts that leak (a la SPARE) are enough to get me to read the whole thing (not a la SPARE).
