Revised predictions: Rank | Song | Sales | Airplay | Streams | Points | 1-3 | Panda | 90 | 30 | 28.5 | 36,750 | 1-3 | Work | 54 | 95 | 25.5 | 36,750 | 1-3 | 7 Years | 105 | 105 | 17.5 | 36,750 | 4 | NO | 105 | 90 | 11.0 | 29,800 | 5-7 | I Took A Pill in Ibiza | 75 | 95 | 12.5 | 28,300 | 5-7 | Work From Home | 80 | 65 | 15.5 | 28,300 | 5-7 | PILLOWTALK | 65 | 90 | 14.5 | 28,300 | 8 | Love Yourself | 40 | 135 | 10.5 | 26,700 | 9/10 | My House | 65 | 85 | 10.5 | 24,400 | 9/10 | Me, Myself & I | 40 | 95 | 12.5 | 24,400 | 11 | Stressed Out | 40 | 100 | 11.0 | 23,600 | 12/13 | Cake By The Ocean | 45 | 100 | 9.0 | 22,500 | 12/13 | One Dance | 135 | 25 | 6.0 | 22,500 |
* WOW! I have never seen such a close race for #1....... any of these three songs can be #1... nobody can be sure (but if streams have higher weightage than the formula I have been using, then the order will probably be as mentioned). I am rooting for Panda, which is the least bad song out of the three. * Similarly, there is another close 3-way fight for the #5 spot..... I hope ITAPII gets it. * Love Yourself is breaking the record....(and should stay in Top-10 next week even). * One Dance probably won't enter Top-10, but I'm not 100% sure (needs 8M+ streaming to make Top-10). wow I was sure Drake would be top ten... but then again, it didn't get much streaming due to not having a full week on Spotify. 5/7 it'll have a full week on Spotify so it should be top ten at that point. Maybe even top 5

But I can't wait for the top 3 reveal on Monday. Idk if I should attend the periscope stream or wait for Billboards top 10 video

Maybe even top 5 Sales estimates for "One Dance" were revised downwards.... otherwise I too was thinking that it would make Top-10. I'm not sure about next week either. Both Airplay and streaming should increase, but sales will see a significant drop (90-100k)........ (although it would be slightly easier to get into Top-10 next week since all the songs in the bottom part of the chart are declining, so staying flat in terms of points should be enough).

Um, One Dance is definitely going Top 10 next week. iTunes is helping it alone. It might, but not likely IMO. Sales are not THAT high.

A 30k-40k sales decrease should easily be offset by the major radio and streaming gains it'll make (next week will have its first full week of Spotify availability)

Wow, I think CBTO might be able to steal #2 for 1 day before 7 Years takes it. Lots of last minute shuffling going on here. I think it might get more than just one day tbh. Yeah, looks like DNCE will peak at #2 both on pop and overall airplay :( so close, yet so far...well okay on overall aiprlay it wasn't that close but still On a side note, it looks like Work will probably stay at #1 this week unfortunately. The loss in airplay will be mostly made up for by the Lukas's loss in sales (they both fell in sales, but 7 Years fell significantly more). Also, 7 Years lost more plays on Spotify than Work this week. Not too sure about YouTube streaming but I'd be willing to bet that the gap there barely closed if at all. That being said, I knew I just wouldn't be that lucky to see Work finally be dethroned this week. One month ago it somewhat felt like a #1, but now it most certainly does not. It's only #1 now because of the video. I think you got the Spotify stats reversed. 7 Years lost 342,697 weekly streams, while Work lost 485,844.

Oh I was looking at the 7day+ section I think the 7day+ section is just for comparing the growth/loss that day compared to the same time the week before. Like, this would mean Work lost 60k streams compared to Friday last week. Not quite sure, though.

But still, a 140k difference in the Spotify streams gap is very marginal and won't really help 7 Years IMO.

With a week as close as this one, I wouldn't be surprised if that small difference changes everything. Right now it's almost a 3 way tie down to a double digit point difference. Every little bit counts this week.

Yes I know that it's a close race, but I also know from past experience that these scenarios literally never work out in my favor at all so based on that I would be willing to bet that 7 Years isn't going to be #1. Mark my words. I just hope it's Panda and not Work at #1 this week, though I would not be in the least surprised if that wasn't in my favor either. Just soothing myself by telling myself Work won't get 10 weeks at #1 (which is how it seems). Sorry if that sounded like a rant.

I wish Work takes its 9th week and then Panda ends the non-American streak, as for 7 Years, go find some friends and leave the no.1 spot alone!

I hate that Work's airplay is so awful, reminds me of Thrift Shop and Radioactive. I was dreaming about it getting 12 weeks at no.1.. I wish they drop 1-2 good remixes of Work to lengthen it's reign

I'm rooting for 7 Years, but if it can't be #1, than PLEASE PANDA. Just-I'm tired of Work at #1. It just fell 2-7 on my chart because if that. Why is "Here" taking random huge gains and huge freefalls?

I hope Stressed Out can somehow manage to return to top 10 soon (if Stitches can somehow miraculously pull it off then why not this one?) since MM&I and My House are falling
