I hope Stressed Out can somehow manage to return to top 10 soon (if Stitches can somehow miraculously pull it off then why not this one?) since MM&I and My House are falling Hi, Mark! You alright? yes

Who thinks Panda will be #1? Maybe not this week, but I definently think "Panda" will reach #1 at some point. In fact, I actually think it will reach #1 next week (5/7/16). Desiigner just moved ahead of Lukas Graham on iTunes with both versions combined, and he's already stomping him on streaming, so I doubt the airplay difference is going to matter.

The one thing Panda has going against it, as with a lot of other dance-memey songs, is its low airplay. I know things are different now with streaming being higher and counting more, but these types of songs almost never get high airplay...Gangam Style, Harlem Shake, Nasty Freestyle, Watch Me... If the threshold for #1 now weren't so low, Panda could very easily miss the top spot.

What Do You Mean dropped out last week from #41, wow.. Now it's barely #65 in decade-end so far and likely to end up missing the list. Love Yourself just outperformed it last week.

About 36,000 points for no.1 is insanely low.. which makes the EXTREMELY HIGH TOP 10 THRESHOLD even less sensible (like, it reached about 27,000 for top 10 a few weeks ago). That's why Panda can pull a 14->5->1 and leave everyone tongue-tied.

If panda does get #1 this week, it would be truly amazing that a song like panda can jump this much this quickly.

Anyone thinks One Dance could be a contender for #1? Not too sure tbh. Maybe if sales rebound and the video goes viral like Hotline Bling (except this time with the views actually counting) then it has a chance

I think "One Dance" will be the song of the summer tbh (unless it's too early for that)

Wow, 7 Years will be blocked by Panda from #1, just like it was with Take Me To Church, Anaconda and Thinking Out Loud.

At least I'm hoping for NO to reach #2 peak. Why it has so low streaming? It's so catchy and fresh!

One Dance is gonna perform like Hotline Bling most likely unless he puts the vid on YouTube first, but with all the given competition it might still just perform like Hotline Bling and fail to outpeak it.
I'm ok with 7 Years not going to number 1, Panda I guess is fine not the worst of its kin so I'm fine with wherever it goes as long it doesn't end up being a long running number 1.
Out of the current songs for the fight, I'd take NO as the number one but thats not happening just yet.

With a week as close as this one, I wouldn't be surprised if that small difference changes everything. Right now it's almost a 3 way tie down to a double digit point difference. Every little bit counts this week. Oh I feel very confident 7 Years will not be #1 this week. Yes I know that it's a close race, but I also know from past experience that these scenarios literally never work out in my favor at all so based on that I would be willing to bet that 7 Years isn't going to be #1. Mark my words. I just hope it's Panda and not Work at #1 this week, though I would not be in the least surprised if that wasn't in my favor either. Just soothing myself by telling myself Work won't get 10 weeks at #1 (which is how it seems). Honestly, I think Panda can end up #1 this week. I've been under-estimating it throughout its chart. (When it jumped to #14, I picked it to be #16. I picked it to be #6 last week, but it was #5. Earlier this week, I picked it to be #3) Something tells me Work will barely give up the #1 spot to Panda, which will leave 7 Years stuck at #3 :( Yeah, I think I'm waiting for the Billboard top 10 video this time. Such a close battle which seems like 7 Years last chance to ever get to #1. The only shot I think it would have is because of the 3 million AI gains. But I don't think it's enough.

Credit to: www.kworb.net/airadio*** indicates that the song dropped or added a format ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Pillowtalk" is still getting some great gains and "Cake By The Ocean" is so close to #2! "Work" (which has now, already, slipped to number 5 ) and "Hands To Myself" are still falling hard. "7 Years" is still getting the 2-3 million gains :) We are also seeing "Panda" continue its rise with another 1 million+, nearly 2 million, AI gain.

That means on an individual week a #10 (27,000 points) is about 75% as "big" as a #1 (36,000 points), so it's not actually that big of a difference!

Fifth Harmony should release an acoustic version of WFH. That'd give them a push to #1 on streaming.

It seems Panda is indeed getting #1 this week. Streaming should a bit higher than I initially anticipated, and so will be the airplay.
Without rounding off any numbers:
Panda - 90-31-29.1 = 37350 Work - 53-97-25.7 = 37000 7 Years - 104-105-17.6 = 36700
It is still very close.... but if I had to bet, I'd bet on the final order coming like this.

C'mon 7 Years, pull through! It will need even bigger jumps on Airplay (along with Work falling harder and Panda having smaller gains) plus another 2-3k sales advantage to get through. BTW if it doesn't get it this week, I doubt it will again have the chance. Next week, Panda will have a big lead on 7 Years. 1. Panda - 105-40-30.0 = 40,700 2. 7 Years - 100-115-17.0 = 36,800 3. Work - 45-85-24.0 = 33,500 I am predicting at least 5 weeks for Panda at #1, this week included.

Whoever becomes #1 this week, I don't think I would mind. They're still big hits regardless of whether they're #1 or not.
