When Desiigner's "Panda" music video will come to YouTube and Vevo after released it already on Tidal, is it chance to bring back to number one to extend its chart run at #1 this week or next week? When is it gonna be on YouTube? I wouldn't be surprised if it never goes on Youtube. I don't think the music video to Nicki Minaj/Beyonce - Feeling Myself ever went on Youtube. As for Meghan Trainor, I think they're still going to try and market her to younger people, because it's extremely important that teenage girls know it's okay to be overweight, and Meghan Trainor is a useful tool to do that since she's already famous. However, if Meghan Trainor can't do it another celebrity will be used to push the message, so it'll be okay in the end. Frankly, I think AATB already did a good job. Adele and Elle King have helped too but like Meghan they're also more popular with older people and not as much with young people. Also, I agree with everyone saying Justin Timberlake's song is disappointing. Before anybody gets angry, the key word in that sentence is "agree", because it's an opinion, so calm down... lol. I was hoping for a song as good as Rock Your Body, Signs, SexyBack, Take Back The Night, My Love, etc.

"it's extremely important that teenage girls know it's okay to be overweight" I can't tell if you're being sarcastic. If girls don't feel self conscious of their body and appearance, it'll be harder for companies to sell products to make them look better. But Trainor could still be a good thing because as long as the focus is on the body, somebody will be making money off of female self esteem issues. Totally off topic though. i.makeagif.com/media/5-21-2015/R-zjc-.gif

Is songs from this year's Eurovision will bring back to Hot 100 this week or next week or coming few weeks? The last Eurovision song was from 1997, "Ooh Aah... Just a Little Bit" by Gina G. After that, there's no Eurovision songs from 1997 onwards, pass by into 2000s... until now. Eurovision has never been that popular or well-known in the US. I know it's being shown on the Logo channel this year, but I can't imagine the ratings will be that high. If Euphoria couldn't be a US hit, I wouldn't expect anything else to do it lol.

The airplay week means JT's updates won't give him as high a debut as he could have had on airplay charts, but this song is doing ridiculously well. Wow.

Both are possible at the same time. I do it myself. I've learnt to be happy with my body and confident with my appearance, but at the same time I go to the gym almost every day for an hour to improve myself and I diet accordingly too (mainly try and eat a lot of protein and take creatine, multivitamins, etc.). Meghan Trainor (and feminists in general) seem to focus on the first aspect only and not the second. They tell girls what they want to hear (e.g. men find overweight women beautiful, you can't control your weight so just live with it), rather than telling them the truth (most men prefer thin girls, you can control your weight, but to lose weight is VERY, VERY difficult and will be painful and is a process that takes years). So, to sum up, I hope Meghan Trainor doesn't get too popular with young girls. I think the US already has one of the highest obesity rates in the world? It's only going to increase with feminists saying being overweight is better than being thin. It's different with Adele because she doesn't really go around like "Look at me, I'm so sexy", Adele is one of those women who has learnt to be comfortable with her appearance (which is very good), but she doesn't go around encouraging other girls to gain weight. Adele also seems to have lost weight in the past few years so she's exactly like me! She's confident with her appearance AND works to improve herself. :) Adele is a better role model for girls than Meghan Trainor.

Meghan Trainor (and feminists in general) seem to focus on the first aspect only and not the second. Funny, because I wouldn't consider Meghan Trainor to be a good feminist at all, especially after the horribly sexist "Dear Future Husband".

There are good conversations going on about Meghan in both her Artist Discussion thread and the CHR/Pop thread specific to "Me Too".

Need to ask a question that is almost embarrassing at this point:
Does Streaming - in the sense of the term that BB measures - cost money?
When I watch a Vevo or Youtube video or audio clip, it's free. When I put on Pandora, the songs are free.
These enormous album cut debuts that we are now getting on the Hot 100 - from Drake to Kanye to Beyonce & Bieber - are they primarily coming via Spotify? And that's $$ subscription based, right? Why are we getting them now so much as opposed to 2 years ago - did the formula change?

^ Justin already debuted at #27 on Radio Songs this week so he won't surpass "Born This Way" which debuted at #8 on AirPlay.

Why are we getting them now so much as opposed to 2 years ago - did the formula change? Not quite - Beyonce's are all from Tidal and Drake's are all from Apple Music. Lemonade and Views aren't available on Spotify yet. Spotify has both a free version (which plays ads every 5 or so songs), and a premium option where you pay $9.99 a month to eliminate the ads. Streaming has just EXPLODED in the past two years and is still growing. The current #1 on Spotify has 3 times as many streams today as it did exactly 1 year ago.

They make money on advertising and paid subscriptions (I imagine very few paid with YouTube). (Apple Music just happens to have cut out any advertising and based their model solely around paid subscriptions.) Streaming is simply way more common now, and a more significant part of the Hot 100 equation. People forget that Spotify has only been in the US for 5 years, and it's been growing rapidly since.

I think only reason 'Euphoria' never did anything in the US it's because nothing was ever done to release/promote it there. We have no way of knowing what it would or wouldn't do since they never tried anything with it lol. Off the top of my head IDK what of this year's Eurovision songs might possibly work for the US market.

Yeah, my mama she told me "don't worry about your size" She says, "Boys like a little more booty to hold at night" At the end of the day it's all about pleasing men and giving them what they want, right? I would hardly call Meghan Trainor a feminist...

According to Billboard, One Dance got 37.4M streams (How, I have no idea. It got 17.8M from Spotify and none from Youtube.) However it was so, One Dance will have 35M+ streams this week too. That means, if CSTF sells 350k, it can go down to the wire!
Can't Stop the Feeling - 350-70-15.0 = 58,400 One Dance - 160-105-36.0 = 58,300
See how it goes........

When Desiigner's "Panda" music video will come to YouTube and Vevo after released it already on Tidal, is it chance to bring back to number one to extend its chart run at #1 this week or next week? I think it will come to YouTube and vevo soon like 2 or 3 weeks. However coming back to that #1 may be difficult

^ oh - that's considerably less than kworb's latest estimate. boooo. It's up to +350k: :) JT: A POWERFUL "FEELING" (UPDATE)"Can't Stop the Feeling," Justin Timberlake's bouncy new single (from the forthcoming DreamWorks animated feature Trolls) remains in the #1 perch at iTunes after a splashy debut last week. Not only that, but the song has already sold 250k+ downloads since bowing on Friday and is on track to surpass labelmate (and fellow ex-lad-band star) ZAYN for the year's best-selling single debut; it could move 350k+ by week's end. "Can't Stop" is also storming the U.S. and global Spotify charts. How big will this song get?

JT is killing it at radio and sales ....
While the normal 8th day drop will be substantial, by the time radio numbers settle by Monday AM .... He could still have 90 M ......
I'm hearing video will premiere Tuesday of next week, so that will help week 2
