The trend stopped at 2017 when Post Malone/Quavo's "Congratulations" finished at #10. Returned in 2018 with Maroon 5/Cardi B's "Girls Like You" (#22 in 2019) Then a non re-entry notched #10 last year in Jonas Brothers' "Sucker" (although interesting to point that #10 was close to placing a reentry in Travis Scott's "SICKO MODE" being #42 in 2018) The achievement they're talking about is songs that placed at #10 1 year and were re-entries the following year, so Sicko Mode wouldn't have counted and it's still possible (and likely) that Sucker could continue the trend by making the 2020 Year-end. Uhh Sucker is not likely to make the 2020 YE list at all

The point was "SICKO MODE" was a reentry, while the others were eventual re-entering songs.

1975 started with 14 different #1 hits in 14 weeks. Oddly enough, Elton John both started and ended the streak with Lucy In the Sky With Diamonds and Philadelphia Freedom, respectively.
Furthermore, Philadelphia Freedom's run at #1 coincided with the Philadelphia Flyers repeating as Stanley Cup Champions.

The only 2 years the Flyers won the Stanley Cup were the only two years Philadelphia was in the title of a #1 song.

Neither funny nor a coincidence but there is staggering variety in capitalization in this week's chart.
Most titles and acts use Title Case (first letter of each word capitalized, the others lower case).
But this week we have: all uppercase titles: BELIEVE IT, BOP, BEST ON EARTH, WHAT"S POPPIN, OUT WEST, and technically, B.I.T.C.H. and B.S.
- all (or almost) lowercase titles: everything I wanted, death bed
- sentence case titles (only first word capitalized): You should be sad
- all caps acts: NAV, H.E.R., SZA, AURORA
- all lowercase acts: blackbear
- and completely random capitalization: SAINt JHN, BiA

Can we talk about how the biggest hit released in 2020 so far (chart run and total consumption), during the pandemic year is called 'Life Is Good'.

"Blinding Lights" officially hits #1 this Saturday April4. It is the "official theme song'" for this year's Wrestlemania, which will take place starting Saturday April 4. First time Wrestlemania has ever partially taken place on a Saturday. Late to realize though, that the chart date of "Blinding Lights" is the same one as Night 1 of WrestleMania 36

^Considering the alternative, currently I'd say Life is Decent.

"This Is America" spent more weeks at #1 and peaked higher on the Year-End chart on the Canadian Hot 100.

Two songs right next to each other on the Hot 100 this week are "Sasuke" (#65) and "Godzilla" (#66), two fictional characters of Japanese origin.

During both of Lil Baby's biggest album bombs (Drip Harder, My Turn) there has been a Lady Gaga song at #5.

Harold Camping predicted that the world would end on May 21, 2011. Oddly enough, "Till the World Ends" by Britney Spears reached its peak earlier that month.

The top 2 songs dating December 11, 1982 were songs that are common female names, Mickey and Gloria.

On this week’s Billboard 200 chart (5/23), we have 3 “Lil’s” and 2 babies in the top 10. Can’t say I’ve ever seen that before!
4. My Turn - Lil Baby 5. Just Cause Y’all Waited 2 - Lil Dirk 6. Blame It On Baby - DaBaby 8. Eternal Atake - Lil Uzi Vert

"22" by Taylor Swift did not peak at number 22. Instead, it peaked at number 20. However, her next single "Highway Don't Care" did peak at number 22.

This week Whiskey Glasses and Tennessee Whiskey are both charting in the Hot 100 Recurrents? I guess there was no room for Beer and Tequila.
