[Doc Indie Party Rock]

DIAMANTE pretty much dominated the month of August at #1, but as we enter the month of September we could have one of the "Pretty" bands take the crown. We also have "Youngblood" as this week's only upward moving song in the top 10,and new K-pop from Weki Meki scoring their first top 10 on my chart with my favorite "funbomb" of the week "Dazzle Dazzle" . A lot of great vocal fun going on this song, and it could turn out to be my favorite K-pop song of 2020? Moving on to the week's debuts. We start it all off at #60 with newcomers Drab Majesty and their hit "Elipsis". We also have some new Swedish Psychedelic Metal from LUCIFER coming in with "Midnight Phantom", and the highest debut going to the two man band I DON'T KNOW HOW BUT THEY FOUND ME. They make their second chart appearance with the new single "Leave Me Alone". More action in this week's chart with songs from Nightwish, Armored Dawn, Saint Motel, and the biggest move going to Nickelback's new rendition of "The Devil Went Down To Georgia" . HOT LIST: Daughtry - World On Fire.  "I'm Alive" reminded us of his vocal talent and now he is back again to set the Rock formats on Fire.This one is sure to set my chart ablaze very soon. My next add is the first of two 80's icons amking thier chart return. The first is the Canadian rock band Honeymoon Suite. Their new single "Find What You're Looking For." is The most 80's they have sounded in a while. Great sounding AOR.  The next add brings on some cute Dancepop from Cristina Quesada. She charted earlier this year with the SAW inspired  "Think I Heard A Rumor" ,and she just released the MV for "Dancing Tonight", but I wanna give a chance to her previous Wonderpopjam  "Love At Third Sight" and see what that one can do on my chart first. Its a very nice song with that late 80's Bananrama vibe to it. last but not least is the return of The original Go-Go's. They are back with the hot new single "Club Zero".

There has been a lot of movement on the chart since we last checked. We have Band-Maid strong at #1 with "The Dragon Cries", Bad Wolves quickly going top 3, and the latest rock jam from Corey Taylor already in the top 5. My former entry in the Rock tournaments from BLUES PILLS makes it Psychedelic Metal chart debut this week. and yes they are Swedish. In This Moment also have a new single titled "As Above, So Below'. Much better than the first one. It makes it debut at #9.

New week and a new #1 as Pretty Boy Floyd score a third #1 off their 2018 album Public Enemies. This one comes with its own fanmade Music Video that is partly the reason it finally reaches #1 on this chart. We also have ItaLove breaking the top 5 with their latest ode to Italo Disco titled "Hold The Line" ,and Angels & Airwaves finally score a Top 10 song on my chart with "Kiss & Tell". I really love this song and it sounds like everything that was great in the early 2000's. Getting into the week's debuts. They are all from female music acts and all from different music genres as well. At #60 we have Cristina Quesada with a little 80's SAW NRG vibe for her hit "Love At Third Sight". Miley Cyrus returns to my chart with another 80's retro sounding song, but more from the dancepop side with her catchy new single "Midnight Sky". Stand Atlantic dropped off the chart , but return with a new single "Jurassic Park", and finally the highest debut going going to "Stuck" my favorite song off Echosmith's latest album 'Lonely Generation'. As always Red= Debuts, Purple = Big Move and () signifies the songs highest peak to date.

HOT LIST:  With a release off their new Hits Compilation album 'The Rock Album" Whitesnake returns with a new song recorded for 'Flesh & Blood" titled  "Always The Same". The Royal Concept is a Swedish Indierock band I have charted a few times. Most notably for the singles "Gimme Twice" which charted on U.S. Alt, and "Need To Know" from late last year. Another single off their Asia only release 'The Wake Up' caught my ear for it's almost "Hysteria' sounding guitar works. This one is titled "Up All Night". My mystery add this week is another track off 'Weather" . It's the third Huey Lewis and The News song I'm charting this year. This one even has a little 80's Prince Funk in it. My favorite new ad of the week is "Remind Me Why I Love You Again". This song really capitalizes on the brass magic of the band.

New Metal Music Chart:
This week's chart brings a new debut from a first time charting band on any of my music charts. It's from the Deftones, and their new single "ohms". Truth be told I liked "Sextape" and I like Chino's Crosses side project, but this "ohms" is the most melodic I've heard this band yet. They kinda sound like a harder Smashing Pumpkins. We also have a brand new #1 song from Bad Wolves which should also be cruising over to the top 60 in the weeks to come. The rest of the top 5 holds steady, with the new Swedish Psychedelic Metal jam from BLUES PILLS is ready to set the chart on fire.

[Doc Indie Party Rock]

Hello, and welcome to the only chart in town where a 30+ year old song can go to #1 in 2020. This song was also a first time listen for me in 2020, and being a huge fan of 80's sophistipop I knew It would eventually become one of my crown songs of this year. More trivia for the bands at #2 and #3. Pretty Boy Floyd ,and Diamante have both worked with Howard Benson. He was the premier producer of Pretty boy Floyd's 1989 debut album "Leather Boyz with Electric Toyz" and he is also the sound mixer for Diamante's "Obvious". Enough trivia. Getting on with the chart Echosmith goes top 10 with "Diamonds", and we have 3 new songs grabbing a slot in the top 60. Starting off the action is ex Wonder Girls Sunmi with her second appearance on my chart as a solo artist. Her latest Electrobop is titled "pporappippam(보라빛 밤)". Also debuting this week is the latest from 80's pop icons The Go-Go's. They return to the music charts with "Club Zero". Our highest debut comes from one of Rock's most promising bands of the 2000's. After a small hiatus Daughtry returns to form with this week's highest debut "World On Fire".  As always Red= Debuts, Purple = Big Move and () signifies the songs highest peak to date.

HOT LIST: let's start off this week's HOT music adds with a brand new "apocalyptic disco" jam from the iconic Smashing Pumpkins. Everyone has an idea of what the song's title "Cyr" could mean. From Dark Overlord to acrobatic device to "the best". Funny enough all those meanings kinda fit the song when you watch the music video. It's great to have the Pumpkins back in form and on the charts. Also back on my radar is the Danish pop band Alphabeat. They return to my HOT LIST with the bop "Shadows".This song has won a couple of awards too. It was named Radio Hit of the Year' at the 2019 Danish Music Awards ,and On May 15 2020, it was announced that "Shadows" had been nominated for a second award, the "Most Played Song of the Year" at the Carl Prisen Awards. Now let's see how well it does on my chart?. My last add is no strangers to the top 60. I'm cruising over the latest Metal masterpiece from Band -Maid titled "The Dragon Cries" from my Metal chart to my all genre chart. I really don't see why a song like this couldn't cruise over sees to the U.S. Active charts.  It's very much like The Pretty Reckless jam and it's sung in English.

Bringing this week the latest from DIAMANTE. It's a cover of the classic Goo Goo Dolls song "Iris" which she says is her favorite song ever. The song also features a cameo from Breaking Benjamin's Benjamin Burnley. Together they sound great and I think she did the song some major justice.

I actually have been rediscovering a lot of songs in the 80's Rock rds, but I'm sticking to songs I never charted before. I think I might just go "Cars and Girls" next.  Looks like I'm going to discover other prefab song on Alt '85. too.

This week's chart continues a strong 1988 theme as Prefab Sprout hang on for a second week at #1 with "The King of Rock 'N' Roll". We also have Swedish Glam Metal from Crazy Lixx scoring their 4rth top 10 on my charts and first from their latest album "Forever Wild". It's also interesting to see that they have their very own Wikipedia page which had to be created by a big 80's Metal fan, because it does a great job in praising their Glam Metal sound. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crazy_Lixx. There is also big action from Rick Springfield, Armored Dawn, and Grand Design as their new songs all crack this week's top 20. Moving to this week's debuts we have another female power invasion with three new songs from my favorite genres. First is new Eurobeat from Elena Ferretti with her new song "Lady Shy". Elena is responsible for the vocals for such Italo NRG acts as Sophie, Rose, one half of Gipsy and Queen, Queen Of Times, and many others, and her new song is on Eurobeat's newest label GR Eurosound . Our second debut is from one of Spain's most popular Porock bands of the 90's. La Oreja de Van Gogh return with "Te Pareces Tanto a Mí
". The highest debut goes to J-Metal sensations Band-Maid for their new song "The Dragon Cries". This song is getting all the buzz for being a Tony Visconti production. The rest of the chart is filled with action and big moves from Echosmith, Erasure, Neon Trees , and Mister Wives who should crack the top 10 next week with "Rock Bottom". As always Red= Debuts, Purple = Big Move and () signifies the songs highest peak to date.

HOT LIST: So with the unexpected success of their very first single on my chart going to #1 I decided its only proper to bring on another single. from Prefab Sprout, and just like their album era did back in 1988 I'm choosing "Cars and Girls" another single with that same irresistible Sophistipop vibe that seems to be my rediscovered genre of the year.  Next in line is the indiepop group The Naked and Famous. It's been a while since I charted this band, but I'm really digging their latest upbeat synthpop bop "Everybody Knows" ,and finally my mystery add for the week is the high octane big rock single from Bad Wolves titled "Learn To Walk Again". This one has already made it's mark on my Metal chart. Still waiting for a music video to feature the original Wolf Tattoo babe Angela Mazanti.

Metal chart flashbacks:
I just learned that two of my favorite rock songs of 1985 didn't make the top 100 we are ranking. The first is Y&T with the bands best Van Halen impression. Dave Meniketti had Sammy Hagar's vocal tones and David Lee Roth's screams. Simply priceless. "Summertime Girls" was the perfect song for that summer. It even snagged a slot on the Hot 100 at #55. The music video is Glam Metal iconic with all the delicious cliche's we wanted in a rock video. The second is one of my favorites from Autograph. Everyone knew "Turn Up The Radio", but if you loved the  genre than you had to know  "Blondes In Black Cars" . Another perfectly cliched Glam Metal jam that either made you hate the genre more or love it more. You know where I stand. Both of these would have gotten top 30 ranks from me. With a possible Top 10 for "Summertime Girls"

Third week at #1 for Prefab Sprout, and after previewing more Sophisitipop wonders from them they might just became regulars on this chart? We only have two debuts, but that doesn't stop the chart from having a lot of movement. I will make a big clean up next week, but for now let's get to those debuts. We start it all off at #60 with Alphabeat's award winning song "Shadows". My highest debut is also one of the heaviest songs on my chart. Making it's ferocious debut at #55 is "Learn To Walk Again" from Bad Wolves. A few more chart highlights include Weki Meki scoring their first top 5 hit with the insanely catchy "Dazzle Dazzle". Erasure is looking for a spot on the top 20 with their new single, and I also have a brand new song from them in my week's HOT ADDs list. MisterWives grabs another top 10 hit with "Rock Bottom", and last but not least lets not forget the new single from Tokyo Motor Fist. They are so close to the crown song position they are already getting fitted for a custom made one just for them. We got two 80's icons, Two 80's Metal icons, and one very 80's Hi-NRG sounding jam. Let's start off with my favorite pick of the week from Erasure. It's the New Remix for "Shot A Satellite", and I dare say it sounds even more 80's than some of their 80's hits. The second comes from New Order for their new single "Be A Rebel". To have new music from Erasure Pet Shop Boys ,and now New Order all in one year is simply amazing. Moving to some Metal icons. Janet Gardner(Vixen) returns with the title track from her album "Your Place In The Sun". I like this new heavier sound for her. Next Metal icon is Tokyo Motor Fist. I decided to give an early push to my current Metal chart #1 from the band so I will soon have three TMF songs in my top 60. She has actually been around since 1982 doing Spanish Pop Ballads, but recently jumped on the Hi- NRG comeback train. She is now on Around My Dream Records and singing on a track produced by Mirko Hirsch. Originally in Italo Disco fashion the song "Open Up Your Heart" has gotten a new Hi- NRG remix by Digimax giving the song that late 80's NRG sound you would find in Taylor Dane or Company B. songs. Simply breathtaking.

NEW METAL MUSIC CHART:
Since we last checked in I have 3 new songs on the chart.  One from the immortal Blue Öyster Cult. They are now signed with Frontiers Records. The new album is titled "The Symbol Remains', and the first single is "Box In My Head". This is definitely their sound and the band sounds great as ever. Another 80's Glam Metal band finds themselves on my chart at #9. Stryper are one of Metal's premier Christian Metal bands . They are also on Frontiers Records with a new album titled 'Even The Devil Believes, and they still look great in the Yellow and Black. You may also have noticed that I have a new DIAMNATE song already in my top 5, but the crown this week belongs to Ted Poley and the guys in Tokyo Motor Fist. The band has been performing Danger Danger songs all over Europe so it looks official. TMF is the new Danger Danger and I'm not complaining one bit.

I went to see B.O.C. (I'm a huge fan) on the Friday before the pandemic starting closing things down back in March. Such a great setlist. They still got it. Really liking the new material.

TMF was already to receive the crown this week when DIAMANTE decided to drop the official music video for "Obvious" ,and so she took the crown song for another week making her stay at the top 6 nonconsecutive weeks. Looks like "Youngblood" will have to wait it out for at least one more week. New to this week's top 10 is Dave Rodgers with a Eurobeat triple threat E.P. containing three great Eurobeat songs including the new for 2020 "Euro Beats Covid The Virus". The Rolling Stones also crack my top 10 with "Living In A Ghost Town". The last time they were in my Top 10 was in 1981 when they went to #1 with "Start Me Up". We also have a big chart clean up this week. I couldn't quite get seven , but I did get six songs to leave giving me a bunch of free slots for new music that has been sitting in the HOT LIST for weeks. This list of debuts include s new music from Smashing Pumpkins, The Royal Concept, Pearl Jam, Fitz and The tantrums, Janet Gardner and the highest debut from Canada's very own Honeymoon Suite titled "Find What You're Looking For'. The rest of the chart features big moves from all your favs including a nineteen slot leap for The Bad Wolves "Learn To Walk Again". Once again Red= Debuts, Purple= Big Moves and () will be the song's highest peak to date.

New Music Metal Chart:
Holding on for a second week at #1 are Tokyo Motor Fist with "Mean It". Up to #2 is DIAMANTE's latest single "Ghost Myself", and the biggest jump in the top 10 comes from the iconic Blue Öyster Cult. They take a three notch move up to #5. Our only debut comes this week from Janet Gardner's newest album 'Cynergy'. This time it's credited to her and husband Justin James. The first rocking single off that album is "Wounded".

I went to see B.O.C. (I'm a huge fan) on the Friday before the pandemic starting closing things down back in March. Such a great setlist. They still got it. Really liking the new material.

They sure are sounding better than ever. Frontiers Records has recently been picking up a lot of 80's icons for the label.

DIAMANTE's new video for her #1 hit helps her keep the crown for one more week. We have two new songs in the top 5. Echosmith with "Diamonds", and "Rock Bottom" from MisterWives. Both female lead bands have consistently been my favorite indiepop acts since they first hit the music scene. The latest from White Reaper titled "Real Long Time" slides into the Top 10, and we have three new debuts. We start it all off at #60 with lovelytheband's "buzz-cut". Whitesnake slithers into #54 with their new song "Always The Same" ,and my highest debut actually makes a last minute appearance. It's the brand new, already setting the airwaves on fire cut from AC/DC. This one is aptly titled "Shot In The Dark" and it's getting off to a great start at #36 making one of my highest debuting songs of 2020. The rest of the chart brings big moves from Janet Gardner, Armored Dawn, Rick Springfield and The Smashing Pumpkins who are uploading a lot of tracks off their 'Cyr' album ,and I'm hearing a lot of potential singles. Hello everyone, and welcome to this week's chart where we finally have a brand new #1 song. A little bit of Trixter, a whole lot of Danger Danger, and a whole fistful of great uplifting hard rock. I'm loving this album from start to finish, and "Youngblood" is just a taste of the big arena rock style of Tokyo Motor Fist. We also have The 1975 breaking the top 10 with their new song "If You're Too Shy (Let me Know). This song has some great tasting 80's vibes. Getting on to out three new debuts. Of Monsters and Men are back with a catchy new single titled "Visitor". We also have the return of Enuff Z' Nuff on Frontiers Records with a new single "Fatal Distraction". This new song has a really cool Cheap Trick power pop vibe to it. The highest debut this week goes to The Struts with a little help from The Strokes' Albert Hammond Jr. on a new song titled "Another Hit of Showmanship". They also have a new song with Joe Elliot that I'm showcasing on my New Music Metal chart. . I've been wanting to chart another song from the band for a while now, but I decided to bring on the ballad "if You Love Me Leave Me" instead. I feel it features Grant Joshua Kendrick using stronger vocals than he did on "Listen To Your Heart". I'll leave "Doubt" for the Metal chart.  My surprise add is a Trans-X remix of a 2011 Tobias Benrstrup's "Videodrome". The song already had a Trans-X Space disco vibe to begin with so why not get Pascal Languirand to remix it and share vocals. . The remix is finally out on  Around My Dream Records The leading Italo Disco label of the moment. Tiziana Rivale , Mirko Hirsch, and Gianni Durante also appear on the label.

New music metal chart:

Big news in this week's chart with three debuts, but first DIAMANTE may be off the #1 slot on this week's top 60, but she is back at the top on my Metal chart with new single "Ghost Myself". TMF fall to #2 and will probably hang around the chart until I debut them on the top 60 which should be soon enough. let's get to the debuts.
Leading the pack are The Struts together with Joe Elliot on a big fat Glam Rock chorus for "I Hate How Much I Want You". This is some serious Party Rock here. AVATAR are either on my Big Music chart or my Metal chart. Their new song "Colossus" is ultra fierce and sounds more like Marilyn Manson than some of Manson's new material. Some of you are gonna love my highest debut. I think this one will cruise over to my Big chart. It's the new single from Powerman 500. Loving this darkwave Billy Idol meets Type O Negative vibe of "Black Lipstick" . Also the music video is spectacular. This band that looks like Siouxsie & The Banshees  2020 performs the song on stage. Loving that concept.

Metal chart flashback:

Looking back on the Danish hard Rock band Vandenberg. They are most known for "Burning Heart" from their 1982 debut album. In 1983 they followed up with "Heading For A Storm' . Their leading single off that one was the Friday night party rock banger "Friday Night". I must of heard this song once back then, but that didn't stop me from getting the 45'. This is the music video. The song sounds like a lot of the AOR Metal currently coming out of Sweden from bands like Crazy Lixx, White Widdow, Midnight City and TMF. You know most of them from my charts.

Welcome back to another looks like it could have been compiled in 1988 music chart.  Let's get right into the action. Tokyo Motor Fist hang on strong to #1 with "Youngblood", but they have MisterWives hot on their trail with their new Indiebop "Rock Bottom". That's just a taste of the action on this week's Top 10. Songs move down as songs move up and ,we also have Crazy Lixx scoring their first top 5 on my chart with "It's You". Neon Trees are back with another easy trip to my top 10 with "New Best Friend" and look at AC/DC at #11 waiting patiently for a top 10 vacancy. This week we say hello to three new songs. All from different genres and a couple with some Halloween vibes. At #60 we have some 80's retro new wave meets Goth from Vandal Moon's 'Black Kiss' album. The first single I'm charting is "Dead". Next up at #59 are Playa Limbo back with their ode to Lycanthrope disco with their single "Feroz", and Jass brings on the sexy to the music video. The highest debut goes to K-Pop sensations BLACKPINK. No Halloween vibe, but a damn good pop vibe on "Lovesick Girls". The rest of the chart falls into place nicely with big moves from Bad Wolves. LODVG, AC/DC ,and Echosmith takes honors for biggest jump for "Stuck". This week for Halloween season orange/black =debuts. Purple = big moves, and () is the song's highest peak to date.

Welcoming all the ghouls and witches as Halloween is one day away. It's my favorite day of the year, and it's evident with my highest debut being the hot new goth rock single from The Dark. Coming in at a perfect #31 is the first single (love this title) "Hollywood Grindhouse". Also coming in high at #43 is "Black Lipstick" from Holly Holly and the Black Cloaks Powerman 5000 with their most Billy Idol sounding single ever. Also holding strong at #1 are Tokyo Motor Fist with "Youngblood". TMF also have a second single nearing the top 10 as "Monster In Me" grabs two more slots up to #15. Armored Dawn score a third top 10 hit with "Zombie Viking", but the big news in the top 10 is AC/DC jumping to #5 with "Shot In The Dark". We will see if this Australian Hit machine can keep MisteWives from reaching to #1 in the weeks to come? HOT LIST: We start off this week's action with new music from Def Leppard Stardust - "Can't Stop Lovin' You". Danish Rock band Bringnin' on the perfect 1988 rock vibe. It's very reminiscent  of "Stand Up (Kick Love Into Motion)". New Metal Music top10:
DIAMANTE holds on strong to #1 with her brand new music video for "Ghost Myself", and she looks ,and screams fantastic. We have one debut and one song returning to the top 10. First at #10 is the Norwegian Glam Metal band Wig Wam. They are best known for their Eurovision entry "In My Dreams". They are back on Frontiers Records with a new album and single titled "Never Say Die". Finally back at #9 ,and with a new music video is IN THIS MOMENT with "As Above, So Below". The song never sounded better than with this imaginative concept video. The effects with the puppets is amazing.

[Doc Indie Party Rock]

Getting right into the first week of November we have MisterWives one of our premier Indiepop bands dethroning TMF with their new bop "Rock Bottom". AC/DC takes another leap into the top 3 with "Shot In The Dark, and we have two songs crashing the top 10. At #9 are 80's synthpop icons Erasure with their latest single "Hey Now (Think I Got A Feeling) , and at #10 is one of Sweden's most popular Glam Metal bands of the moment with their single "Right Away". November also brings us four debuts that have been warming up the bench for a few months now. The oldest song from my HOT LIST is "Energy Czar" from The Zolas. That one starts of the fun at #60. Through Fire's "If You Love Me Leave Me" has also come and gone from my Metal chart. This week they make their top 60 debut at #59. The latest from The Naked and Famous "Everybody Knows" checks in at #58 and this week's highest debut goes to Huey Lewis and the News for "Remind Me Why I Love You Again". The rest of the chart features a lot of upward movement including the biggest leaps from last week's Halloween Themed debuts "Black Lipstick and "Grindhouse Hollywood". As always red =debuts. HOT LIST: For my first add we go to Sweden and grab another great sounding AOR track off Crazy Lixx "Forever Wild" album. The album is actually a year old and it took me time to warm up to their AOR sound as opposed to their earlier Glam Metal sound, but lately I'm really diving into the hard driving melodic sounds of the genre, so I'm adding the very Night Ranger sounding "Silent Thunder" to the list. My second add as the latest single from In This Moment. I liked the song from the start, but once it finally got its official  music video I started to really appreciate all the different melody arrangements the song has. Those aspects really become amplified with the different scenes of the video. My last song is yet another track off Echosmith "Lonely Generation" LP. I did say I was planning on charting a lot of songs off that record. The song "Lost Somebody" has a nice simple melody that really showcases Sydney's  angelic vocals, but it also has a catchy poprock hook giving Noah and his bass guiiatr center stage.

The original line up includes lead singer Jaime St. James who was also lead singer for Warrant when Jani Lane was absent ,and Tommy Thayer who is now Kiss's lead guitarist. Both these song's are from their eponymous album 'Black 'n Blue'. The first song went straight to top 5 on my weekly music charts while the second AOR style tune went top 20. In 2011 they released the album 'Hell Yeah!" of which I charted a few songs from. The current Lineup of the band with Jamie back on lead are inactively on Frontiers Records label roster. Hopefully they will release new music soon enough.

Met the guys backstage briefly in the Summer of '88 on their "In Heat" tour, when they opened a triple bill that also featured Yngwie J. Malmsteen (who headlined) and Lita Ford. Those four BnB records on Geffen were damn good hard rock albums across the board.

That's awesome man. I have an autographed copy of the first album. Unfortunately I found it in the 10 cents bin on a vinyl store close out, but an autographed copy is still cool to owned right.

That's a very cool find! Love the debut. Part of that amazing wave of American Hard Rock releases in 1984.

MisterWives hang on for a second week at #1 with their very contradictory song title "Rock Bottom", but up another notch to #2 is AC/DC with this year's comeback single "Shot In The Dark". The Brazilian Metal band Armored Dawn score another top 5 hit with "Zombie Viking". Two songs crack the top 10. Nightwish who patiently ,but surely got there with "Noises" , and "Stuck" from Echosmith making a nice leap to #7. Getting on to our three debuts. We have new Metal from the British band Passion with "Intensity", A hot new synthpop number from New Order at #59, and my highest debut from In This Moment coming in high at #35. I can't believe I was letting "As Above So Below" slip through my fingers. It's easily the most melodic and less electravestic sounding song they have released in quite sometime. As always red =debuts. Purple = big moves, and () is the song's highest peak to date.

HOT LIST: A quick run down of this week's top adds. DIAMANTE just released "I Love Myself for Hating You" so I'm falling behind again. Which means I'm adding "Ghost Myself" because it's bound to be a future crown song on my chart. Next up is David Lee Roth. He is back with a very nice dedication to one of Rock and Roll's best Guitarists ever Eddie Van Halen. There is two versions of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow Bar and Grill". The original and the Electric version. The electric version is a bit messy in mixing Dave's vocals, but still has a good Eddie Van Halen vibe in the guitars. This week's chart begins with MisterWives holding strong for week three at #1. AC/DC have strong lock at #2 and we have Echosmith jumping up two notches to score another top 5 single off 'Lonely Generation". Two new songs enter the top 10 as Grand Design returns to #9 with "Right Away". Tokyo Motor Fist get another top 10 hit this week with "Monster In Me", and both songs carry a strong Def Leppard style vibe. Getting on to this week's debuts. We have Royal Blood returning with "Trouble's Coming at #60. At #55 we have new Latin Hi-NRG from Tiziana Rivale with some help from Mirko Hirsch on "Open Up Your Heart", and our highest debut is "Somewhere Over The Rainbow Bar and Grill" the brand new song from David Lee Roth in memory to his long time friend Eddie Van Halen. This one has a little Styx and Jefferson Starship flair.  My next add comes from STARBENDERS.  A hot new Glam Rock band from Atlanta, Georgia.  Their new album is Love Potions and the first single I'm charting will be "Something Ain't Right". They sound a bit like Guns N' Roses meets Joan Jett and The Blackhearts. Very cool. My last add needs not introduction. It's Greta Van Fleet with "My Way Soon". We finally have a new #1 as ACϟDC takes the crown from MisterWives with their new single "Shot In The Dark". We also have two new songs crashing the top 10 with Saint Motel moving up three slots to place "Preach" at #10, and DIAMANTE replaces herself in the top 10 as "Serves You Right" moves in and pushed "Obvious" out to #11. This week we have one band with three songs on the chart. Tokyo Motor Fist have "Youngblood" dropping to #5, and "Monster In Me" moving up to #7, and as we get into our four new debuts we run into them again at #54 with the new single "Mean It", and once again with a mean Def Leppard vibe. .
