Listening to the songs of hers that I dont know and wow, all I have to say is that... I think JoJo is my 2nd favorite female artist of all time. I only dislike 1 song by her so far.

Yea same here I LOVE my 1st 4, they all 10/10, my 5 through I think 15 are ranging from 7/10 to 9/10, then the next few are around 5/10 range, and the final 5 were the only songs I did not really like from her and mostly cause they were boring. But my dead last one is the only one I actually legit hate and don't ever want to listen to ever again.

And now I ask, why did they all flop on radio?

I don't use much from her first album, as it's too tied in the sounds of 2004 that I didn't like at the time and still don't. But holy cow! I need to give The High Road a spin!

I used the preference sorter and still ended up shuffling a couple of songs around before submitting...I had to let go and let God at some point b/c I would be sitting here all day debating what goes where smh

IDK how thrilled I am with my rankings either lol. A couple of new (to me) things have ended up quite high on my list, but barring 'Leave (Get Out)' and 'Too Little, Too Late', 2000's-circa JoJo hasn't exactly lit up my rankings (debut era JoJo in particular, I have no use for).

For me figuring out the 'tiers' of songs was easy - 1-15 is <3, 16-22 is cute but not excellent, 23-27 is bleakness - but then ordering the songs within those tiers was hard. Even my #1, which I thought going in would not be debatable, almost lost its spot to my #2 song.

It makes sense if what they're really saying is "I'm busy and don't have time to listen to 20-plus new songs rn" - I sort of get it. But even then, that in turn only makes sense when you're near the deadline - if you've got a full month it's less "I don't have time" and more "I'm not really interested enough to check this person out." Which is also fine, just a bit more blunt.

Can't say which songs are doing it, but about 4-5 songs keep bouncing around the bottom spot. The fun thing is, every song has super highs and super lows!
