With how long you've kept us waiting Au$tin, you'd better have a fiancΓ© by the time you get back to this.

f**king I picked up a few extra work shift for some more $$$, so everything got pushed to the side for a bit. I have the write up done for #2, but not #1. If I wake up early enough tomorrow before my shift I can finish it and have it posted! Of not tomorrow morning, then tomorrow evening for sure. Love you all for being patient! At least it's not the Dixie Chicks rankdown.

Right about now, is where I'd be asking for that refund. Right about now, my hand would be doing all the work. We may as well pick our own #1. Let's choose Doc Indie Party Rock . I'm With You or My Happy Ending? "My happy Ending" would be a happy ending in more ways than one.

02. I'm with YouAVG: 7.342857143 MED: 4 STD: 7.851350042 FINAL SCORE: 4.092697372
Album: Let Go Songwriters: Avril Lavigne, Lauren Christy, Scott Spock, Graham Edwards Producers: The Matrix"I'm with You" was the third single from Avril's debut album, Let Go. It was the first ballad Avril released as a single and continued the streak of hits from her debut, also being the third to be produced by The Matrix. The song peaked at number four on the Hot 100 and became a top ten hit in several other countries, including Brazil, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Scotland, the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands. It also peaked at 18 in her homeland of Canada. Shockingly, the track was not an official single in Australia. It also placed at number 18 on the 2003 Year End Hot 100 chart. The song also managed a cool feat in the US. It was her third number one hit in a row on the pop airplay chart, making her the first solo artist to place her first three singles at number one on that chart. The only group to do that before Avril was Ace of Base. Since Avril, only Lady Gaga has done this. The song has received praise from fans and critics alike. KidsWorld called it "the perfect song to drown your sorrows to when that guy from your class breaks your heart." Some fans and even some people at RCA Records thought this track should have been her debut to establish her as a more mature artist from the start rather than third after "Complicated" and "Sk8er Boi." The track has been used in several references. It was featured in TV shows and movies such as Scrubs, Smallville, Bruce Almighty, and the Brazilian soap opera Mulheres Apaixonadas. It was also featured in the video games Karaoke Revolution Volume 2 and Singstar Rock Ballads. Lastly, it was heavily sampled in the 2011 hit Rihanna track, " Cheers (Drink to That)" in which Avril even makes a small cameo in for the music video! #01 Az Paynter#01 bat1990#01 bboat11#01 Juanca#01 Libra#01 @mirza #01 Normi#01 Snowbeast#02 alexcuse#02 Choco#02 Sambalada#02 Juan Carlos#02 Leaf#02 Au$tin#02 toomuchboy#03 rgreen0625#03 β ealsΓΌnset#04 β

Album: Under My Skin Songwriters: Avril Lavigne, Butch Walker Producers: Butch Walker"My Happy Ending" was the second single from Avril's second album, Under My Skin. Despite not being her biggest hit, it is for sure a massive staple in her discography, being one of the biggest and most well-known hits of the mid-2000s post-grunge era, possibly second only to the Green Day hit "Boulevard of Broken Dreams." It peaked at number nine on the Hot 100, number five in the UK, number 11 in Canada, and number six in Australia. It was also a top ten hit in Scotland, Norway, Spain, Ireland, Italy, and Austria. It placed at number 54 in the 2004 Year End Hot 100 chart. The track is also one of Avril's most sold digitally prior to The Best Damn Thing (which was released during the digital era). It has sold 1.2 million digital copies in the US. Avril performed the song at the closing ceremony of the 2010 Witner Olympics, which were held in Canada. #01 austin#01 ry4n#01 james518#01 born#01 Juan Carlos#02 Who The Hell Is Leo?β#02 @mirza #02 Snowbeast#03 alexcuse#03 CF15#03 Doc Indie Party Rock#03 nick64#03 Juanca#04 castleoblivion26#04 Choco#04 Sambalada#04 Leaf#04 rgreen0625#04 zaclord π#04 β ealsΓΌnset#05 @quirkyfarang #05 Au$tin#06 Az Paynter#07 bat1990#07 bboat11#07 .indulgecountry#08 Libra#08 Super Rose Bros.#08 toomuchboy#08 YotamTS#09 aerodynamite#10 β

Oh wow, I didn't even realize that "Cheers (Drink To That)" sampled "I'm With You". I guess it really has been a while since I heard "I'm With You" in full. Great winner!

Didn't expect MHE to win at all. I thought for sure it was gonna be Complicated or IWY! Not mad though, MHE, IWY, Complicated and NH were all deserving winners. She'll likely never reach the level of quality of those four songs.

Love both songs! This is one of the most incredible top 3s in any rankdown yet, imo. So happy "I'm With You" managed to be the first runner-up!!!!!!

Also, I just have to say it is pretty impressive that "I'm With You" and "My Happy Ending" just happened to be the two Avril songs that Cassadee Pope covered on The Voice. With taste like that, the fact that her career hasn't blown up yet is absolutely criminal!

The Top 4 is amazing. Wouldn't complain with any of them being #1 but will say that "My Happy Ending" is definitely deserving and I am really happy it is the winner if "Nobody's Home" couldn't take it.

Can't be sad with either outcome. Both are great, solid, mature songs, and classic staples from the early 00s. Still, I prefer IWY though Great job, Au$tin, with the info provided for each song. Thanks!!

^ I'm so hyped for Demi, but I feel like all the pre-Unbroken songs are gonna get slaughtered, I love like all those singles like Don't Forget, Here We Go Again, Remember December, etc
