Heard from a close source that a major CondΓ© Nast publication had a feature of hers coming up, but it might get pulled bc of the controversy. Anna Wintour is now the Chief Content Officer for CondΓ© Nast and has close ties to the DNC, even ran multiple fundraisers for Harris.
I honestly wanna fight somebody.

Another case of someone misinformed. nowadays people get "news" from feeds and often things that are messed up and not "news". I love reading the New York Times to just get news.

Never thought Janet's Stella era would come from inside her own family. (Or that she'd have one at all)

Glasgow on the 13th of October is canceled. Still waiting for Randy to be fired. I love Janet but Iβm so disappointed in her.π€¦πΎββοΈ There's nothing wrong with that. Just because we support her doesn't mean she's free of fault and we follow her every word. I went to the Birmingham show with a Kamala shirt on! I love Janet, but when someone is wrong, it's OK to call them out and hold them accountable. Humans aren't perfect and they are going to make mistakes. ...so what the fck is really going on lol? Welp they fired the only one who seems to know what they doing. His identity is questionable. No one seems to actually known who he is. Also, you shouldn't make statements for your boss without their approval. And to Buzzfeed? Why not directly from Janet's social media or to a news source? Janet has NOT spoken publicly since Tito's death. Perhaps she will address this once the Europe leg is over. I would have let PR or publicist handle this, not her given the circumstances.

Well whoever the hell is responsible for her legacy needs a good talking to. The fact this woman has essentially all but vanished from mainstream consciousness in the last 10-15 years with a career as absolutely massive and successful as hers is downright unlawful and ungodly! She should be in the same breath as your Madonna's, Celine's, Mariah's, yet here we are. I know one nip slip didn't do all this! We need a huge celebratory honoring or some tribute concert or something to remind people what's what.

Why was the show cancelled? Glasgow was always gonna be a hard sell. Not sure why Live Nation chose that city and many were speculating from the beginning that out of all of the European dates, the Glasgow date would be the one most likely to get cancelled due to low ticket sales. I think changing the original date (September 30) also didn't help but I understood why Live Nation moved it when they added the second London date to the lineup. Probably should have just scrapped the Glasgow date when the 2nd London show was added as it would've given fans more time to choose one of the other UK cities like Manchester.

We need a huge celebratory honoring or some tribute concert or something to remind people what's what. Responsible for her legacy is a loaded statement (theres no guide book on how to restore a career and name), but Janet is managed by her brother and she's also got a say in her career. I understand many fans (myself included) want to see her do more on the level of her contemporaries, but she's pushing 60 and independent. She would have benefitted from a stronger management team, but she's been able to tour and get some flowers even with the mediocre management. Music would be nice, but the way things are set up with her current team, they don't even want to release music and I have concerns that they aren't competent enough to promote her or a rollout for another album. Why was the show cancelled? Glasgow was always gonna be a hard sell. Not sure why Live Nation chose that city and many were speculating from the beginning that out of all of the European dates, the Glasgow date would be the one most likely to get cancelled due to low ticket sales. Probably should have just scrapped the Glasgow date when the 2nd London show was added as it would've given fans more time to choose one of the other UK cities like Manchester. The Europe leg to me could have been handled better with more dates and promo. As well as dates more spread out. They've promoted the tour in the UK a lot, but the Glasgow date was originally scheduled for September 30 and would've had Janet performing five shows back to back, which is ridiculous. The original date was selling just OK and there were no discounts for the new October 13 show.
