I absolutely would have picked "Get Over Yourself", "Graveyard" and "Miss Me More" as singles. Maybe "I Hate Love Songs" or "High School" as a low-tempo third single.

Obviously hindsight is 20/20 and we realize now that "Legends" didn't move the needle much, but from my personal opinion, I thought it was a good lead single and I love the song, lol. And "I Hate Love Songs" isn't one of my faves, but it's probably going to be huge for her, so I'm thankful for that, but I wouldn't have picked it personally.
For me, I think "Miss Me More" and "Roses" should probably be the next two singles. I feel like both of those would smash. I'd also be more than fine with the title track (my personal fave), "Graveyard," and "Get Over Yourself" as singles, too -- but only in place of "Roses" because MMM has to be a single imo.

I think Kelsea's team has done well in choosing the first two singles. Once "Legends" hit #1, that quieted some of the doubters. I also expect "I Hate Love Songs" to reach #1. Of course, I wish "Roses" had been released instead as the second single, but as long as it's the third or fourth, I'll be happy.
I've had the opportunity to listen to some of Kelsea's newer demos recently, and she has a couple of very strong songs already for potential third album tracks. "I Didn't Stutter" really blew me away and could be a future single. It is very catchy. "Before and After" is also a great song. I think she may have played a clip of that one on Snapchat, but I can't remember.

I remember listening to this, but I don't want to overplay the snippet. Can we expect her new album by the end of this year?  If she will release her next album, she should include Graffiti :'( Still waiting for this song.  I really hope that you guys are right with I Hate Love Songs, cause I still don't feel that song at all. If Roses will not be a single, it will always be her smash that got away. |

Are you kidding me? 440 songs? :'( She could at least give us a song that didn't make an album every now and then or do little EPs with 4-5 songs. I will never forgive her for not releasing Graffiti tho. Was it recorded for The First Time or for Unapologetically? I know a lot of people would like to hear Hit Song, but I would like to hear more ballads and midtempos instead. She really does good upbeat songs, but her ballads are amazing!  |

Kelsea concert in Santa Barbara was fantastic. Had seats in the 5th row. Got a chance to chat with her before the show briefly about unreleased music and told her about my site which supports her rare music.

Just got the album in the mail, been listening to it all day. I was only going to buy "I Hate Love Songs," but listened to "Legends," liked it, too, and just decided to buy the whole album (I do want to support women in country). I'm glad I did. I don't really hate anything on here, even though I have my preferences.
I don't know what they'll pick for singles from here--they have quite a few options--but "In Between" is my favorite. My next wish would be "Unapologetically." (Or maybe switch them around, since she wouldn't want to do a ballad right after IHLS). Looking back through this thread, I'm surprised most people didn't/don't like the single choices so far.
