It's nice to have the advance long clips available. Landslide sounds really pretty. Granted, most of us fans just bought This Feeling a few days ago, but I don't mind buying it twice for Kelsea. Tbh she should've ended the era by releasing Roses and release a new album in Q4 2019. Only two new studio songs and one of them is already out there as a demo version. I'm more than disappointed. She should've either put We Were Like, Naive, Miss America and Fun & Games on the deluxe or could've released them as a cute mini ep together with Graffiti and Hit Song, but this deluxe edition is a disaster. :( Now my hopes are gone to ever hear the studio version of We Were Like and my loved Graffiti. This era is the best example for how to ruin a great debut era. |

I love "Miss Me More." It has energy that neither of her previous singles did. Honestly, I wish she had released "Roses" already cause I think "Miss Me More" works super well as a third or fourth single for the album, but hopefully "Roses" can just follow.

I would honestly have preferred Unapologetically to Legends to lead, but I still think they messed up this era...I think they had plans to release High School at some point as well but obviously that changed, and I think if Miss Me More isn't a hit (top 5 at least) we might not have another one from this album
About the Deluxe edition, it's really hard to not be massively disappointed, I actually think Fun & Games sounded a lot better in earlier mixes, a live cover is a waste of space even if it is a nice cover, and the collab sounds ok, but hardly anything to write home about. That leaves "I Think I Fell ..." which to me it's a nice enough song, but sounds massively dated, so we could have done with literally any other song...

Interesting development in the trading world (which I'm not really apart of) that I heard about today.
A source told me that Kelsea sent the following 4 songs to a fan:
Hit Song (2017)
Boy Meets Girl (2018)
Daredevil (2016)
Love Is a Fast Car (2018)
These are all studio tracks and Boy Meets Girl is an alternate version of the one I already owned. But the fan proceeded to share the tracks with friends and now they have all leaked into the trading world and been spreading like wildfire.

I have no proof of this, but I think Kelsea might be sending out most of the songs that have been getting out to the trading world. Which is why spreading them might be exactly what she wants if the management is not letting her release the material she would like. So in that sense I think the fan might be doing the Lord's work by sharing them.
Also, there is a 5th song going around I believe.

Ugh, again no Graffiti  I'm so disappointed that she never released a studio version of the song, you guys don't understand.:'( She has so many unreleased tracks and I bet a lot of them are really great. I don't want anything bad to happen, but I really hope unreleased tracks will leak. Disposable and Aftershock alone are great. |

To answer my own question, "Ride or Die" (a 2018 studio track) was the 5th song that leaked. The origin of the leak is unknown at this time.

She has been posting about a Tour video/documentary (Unapologetically Tour) on her social media...Probably to be released with deluxe edition?
Also, she has been announced as a performer for a holiday show and that's got me thinking that even though she has released a couple of holiday covers (Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, My Favourite Things) it would be wonderful to actually have some Holiday themed original songs from her...She writes so much that I think she could actually produce an interesting result. Obviously not for this year, but maybe during the next album cycle.

Fun and Games is awesome. I wish they were going to go with that as the single if they had to ignore “Roses” because “Miss Me More” is so awful in every way.
I don’t care for the new ballad - how many songs do we need about her falling for her husband immediately and people/Morgan doubting the love? I’m over that, we already got an entire album about it.

This era has been a mess - I definitely appreciate getting new music, and I get the team/Kelsea doesn't think We Were Like doesn't fit Unapologetically, but to be honest neither do the two new deluxe if you use the same criteria. I would have released a 5 song EP in between Unapologetically and KB3, but I guess that by releasing Miss Me More they don't want to move on from this project. Hopefully it will be successful but anything other than a top 5 finish for Miss Me More and I would be moving on to the next album.

We Were Like is so good! Such a refreshing song. In my opinion it would've been a much better summer single than IHLS.
Now I only need a studio version of Graffiti and I'm the happiest boy in the world.

The Miss Me More Tour is not coming to the west coast. So I'm going to have to skip that one. But I do get to see Kelsea perform at the Ryman in Nashville in November.
I was hoping there would be a HQ download link for We Were Like, at least for fan club members.

iTunes let me buy the three Deluxe edition tracks that I didn't already have without having to buy the whole album again. So that was helpful.

Got to see Kelsea perform tonight at the Ryman and it was incredible. What a great experience. And Kelsea did a last-second meet and greet and album signing before the show, so I was able to get my Deluxe Edition CD cover signed.
