The music is coming... VERY SOON!
She’s currently working on TWO albums as she said in 2017 and then again in 2019 in different magazine interviews. She even alluded to it earlier this year.
All in all, I cant wait and for those who doubt it’s not coming in 2020...

The thing is her brand is what is going to keep her going in the future. I can see why she would put her time and energy there versus creating music. There is no money in music anymore aside from touring, and she never struck me as someone interested in touring as frequently as some other artists that make bank on touring. Honestly, I don't think she will tour again because she seems so hands on with Fenty then Covid is in the mix. She will tour again, but she won’t be touring this year not next year most likely. Regardless of how “hands on” she is with her FENTY empire, there’s no way she’d completely abandon an entire field of promotion and fan-engagement such as concert touring. There were rumours that she was going to begin her stadium in Europe later this year anyway (from various high-profile sources on Twitter etc) but obviously that’s no longer happening now with COVOID-19. |

I don't think she'll ever bother with touring. I mean why should she? It's not like she needs the money and she seems to lost her drive and passion to release music.

She can avoid releasing for 20 years, but pulling a Sky Ferreira and saying the album is coming each year is starting to tick off some fans deservedly. Still, everyone will eventually stream her new album a billion times when it comes out. |

She originally planned to release the album late last year anyhow; she was never lying about that... And then she •BROKE UP• with Hassan Jameel in late October. This is someone who she was in a private relationship with since 2016. That completely threw her off. There’s a reason why we barely got any candids of her or posts on social media from her between November and December. ‘RihannaDaily’ kept alluding to a Q4 release, especially on Twitter, and most of the Navy could read between the lines, before it suddenly stopped which obviously meant something. I wouldn’t be surprised if she completely altered the direction of the album. Now the Pandemic/Lockdown has happened which has just made everything even more awkward. That said, the jokes she makes about the release are tiring now. |
