You're almost 40. I'm moreso second-hand embarrassed.... Lighten up sis it's not that deep. It has been an ongoing thing that Skinny likes to try and shit on and come for Dua whenever she slays and releases and his favorite cannot and will not be able to match that greatness today, tomorrow, or the next day.

Wow what an amazing album. Other then the already released tracks my favourites are Cool, Hallucinating and Pretty Please. Though all the songs are great. Even boys will boys is good and has a great message. Kind of think it does what "The Man" was trying to do but doing it so much better. Even the title track has grown on me! 10's 10's 10's! She deserves all the success she gets. Give her, her Pop Vocal Grammy now.

¡Ay, qué rico! This was everything I was expecting and so much more! شكرا
Imagine if someone took Donna Summer's Bad Girls, Kylie Minogue's Fever and Light Years, and Madonna's Confessions On A Dance Floor albums and then got some 18 inch rainbow and mirrorball encrusted dildoes (ooh that's good pipe!) and then had this like big ass drunken orgy with like 40 buff mostly straight and sometimes gay people in the balcony at the Sound Factory (the 46th St. location, not the original at the warehouse at 27th and 10th or the imitation I used to sneak into on Harrison St. in San Francisco) with lots of poppers, crystal meth, and Viagra you would have this album and its overall aesthetic.
It is a truly magical, euphoric experience, like if one had just gotten high for first time and that stuff wasn't tainted with some lesser stuff. As I said in the RT topic, I haven't been this excited for an album since 2005 when Mariah Carey and Madonna released AMAZING albums that year. I managed to avoid any leaks of this one even though I saw here and all over the interwebs it had surfaced earlier this week, though I couldn't find it.
Every single one of the songs is thoroughly enjoyable and several are extraordinary. It's rare when an album is produced so tightly and succinctly. "Cool", "Levitating", "Hallucinate", "Love Again" and "Good In Bed" are my favorites in addition to "Physical" and "Don't Start Now." "Future Nostalgia" is the only track that I like a little less.
"Physical" sounds fuller and richer here than it did during its single release (remastering?). This is still everything. It's one of the best things she has put out in her entire career.
"Levitating" reminds me of Christina Milian's club classic "AM To PM" (which was remixed to perfection by Hex Hector) especially during some parts of the verses.
The "Your Woman" violin samples in "Love Again" are perfect. They blend in perfectly with the "Spinning Around"-esque production. The Light Years vibes this one has are all the right ones.
"Hallucinate" is peak hour dancefloor mayhem. You want to rip off your shirt and stuff if into your back pocket and dance like no one is watching. Do your thotty dance. No one is going to judge you.
"Good In Bed" makes me want to go out, if it weren't for the Covid19, and bring some beautiful man home with me to spend the night and the morning with me. It is the ultimate thot anthem for 2020.
"Boys Will Be Boys" is the perfect ending. It's the Sleaze/Morning Music finish for the end of the evening as your libations of choice begin to wear off and you realize you need to make better choices based on the wobbly way you are trying to do the walk of shame you are doing past cathedrals, synagogues, and brunch spots with your eyes red, your once pomaded hair disheveled, your expensive PUMP or Andrew Christian underwear missing, and you are feeling paranoid that everyone knows that your underwear is missing and why it's missing. Maybe it's the come down of the drugs, maybe it's a shred of that shame you say you lost when you were 14. Good times.
Overall, this is a solid, outstanding album. It is easily one of the best releases this year and one of the best purposeful Dance/Pop albums in a long time. This should easily get some Grammy love next year. Dua is one of the main pop gurls now.

I haven't been this hyped up for an album since "thank u, next" and I am beyond pleased because my expectations were met. This is a really solid album, the best of the year so far. The only tracks that I would probably skip based on my first listen are "Pretty Please", "Good In Bed", and "Boys Will Be Boys"; everything else is spectacular. Besides the tracks we've gotten so far "Cool" and "Levitating" are my favorites, especially the latter.

This is #3 on US iTunes behind Pearl Jam and 5 Seconds of Summer.
I underestimated Pearl Jam. Their previous studio album went #1 but that was 7 years ago.

Ughhh. Pearl Jam won't have strong streaming tho will they? I think Dua can debut higher than them.

This is a great album, it's by NO MEANS 5 star album but brilliant nevertheless, maybe 8.2/10 from me. The singles are just too strong for rest of the album to keep up with. Hope it does well on charts everywhere!

My thoughts on Dua Lipa's Future Nostalgia-
Nearly all of the songs are good.
Highlights- Cool Hallucinate Love Again-This one is too good. It works well with the sample. Pretty Please
This is one album with no skips, you can listen all the way through.
Fun fact that I do not know was that Dua Lipa has a co-write on every song on this album. That is nice, shows that she is here to stay.
Much better than her debut album.
I rate it 10/10

this is a fantastic album. i can't even pick my favorite moments of the album or the best 1-2 punch because the whole damn thing is fantastic. i can't believe my album of the decade already comes out in the first quarter of the first year of the decade

From top to bottom this album if flawless... favorite album of the year, by farrr. Ranking soon...
On first listen, the songs I've not heard up until the album...
1. Cool 2. Levitating 3. Good in Bed 4. Love Again 5. Boys Will Be Boys 6. Hallucinate 7. Pretty Please
But all of them are at least 9/10. Pop perfection. AOTY.

I L.O.V.E. this album. I don't normally give albums 10/10's but here we are. Hallucinate is my favorite.

Wow I really like this album, Levitating is phenomenal. That’s how you do pop music folks, 2nd favourite of the year behind the obvious one.
