I wonder if we’ll get some kind of single edit or remix to the instrumental to bump streaming numbers a bit. There's already a single edit of the song, which was sent to French and Spanish radios. The length is 2:35 and I assume it will be available on DSPs too (probably as a 2-track with the album version this Friday?). However, I hope there's a new edit because that one is too short. It sounds like it probably eliminates the strings at the beginning and ends after the first bridge, doesn’t it? 2:35 is WAY too short. I hate radio these days.

It sounds like it probably eliminates the strings at the beginning and ends after the first bridge, doesn’t it? 2:35 is WAY too short. I hate radio these days. Not exactly. The strings at the beginning are still there, but they are shorter, like the outro. For example, the intro is 0:34 in the album version and the intro is less than 0:10 in the single edit. The structure is almost the same, but these are the differences: • Album version: Verse / Verse / Pre-chorus / Chorus / Verse / Pre-chorus / Chorus / Refrain / Bridge / Refrain / Chorus • Single edit: Verse / Pre-chorus / Chorus / Verse / Pre-chorus / Chorus / Refrain / Chorus The fact that they cut the bridge is a blasphemy because it elevates the song in my opinion. However, the single edit works smoothly and it doesn't seem to be forced.

I'm surprised Cool wasn't chosen as the next single. The song would have been perfect for the summer. They even use summer aesthetics/imagery for its lyric video. Not that Love Again isn't a good single choice in general, but Cool feels like the more appropriate choice for summer.

I listened to the whole album a few weeks ago and it was clearly the catchiest song remaining.

A new track from Dua called "Can They Hear Us" will be featured in the Gully soundtrack.

I'd suspect that "Love Again" will just be pushed in the international markets, and they'd go with "Cool" in the US after Levitating peaks on CHR.

I don't really get or understand the video. A cowboy themed video? Okay, I guess. A clown/circus themed video? Sure, why not. Both? Not so sure about that. She looks great and hopefully the song will be a big hit, but I'm not sure what exactly they were trying to go for here.

I think she was going for a rodeo theme and those are rodeo clowns. I mean, the video is still nonsensical af, but it makes the cowboys/clowns make sense.

I thought maybe she was trying to do more by combining those two themes than just making a rodeo clown themed video because of that giant egg and her being a regular cowgirl until the end, when she turns into a clown. But yeah, I may just be trying to find logic and/or symbolism in this when there isn't any.

"Rodeo eggs"/rodeo breakfast skillets are a sort of common recipe in some places, so it looks like she actually went super straightforward with the rodeo idea. I'm not that familiar with rodeos so I never would have picked up on this on my own.

I LOVEEEEEE the new music video. Love when pop stars get all artsy fartsy w their visuals and elevate the music even more. This is like Madonnas Don’t Tel Me and The Joker had a baby. From the preview clip, I thought it was mimes and I’m really glad I was wrong.

The struggle to twerk to "Boys will be Boys" made the whole video worthwhile.

"Levitating" officially hits No. 1 on Pop radio! 🚨🚨🚨 Future Nostalgia joins this very exclusive list of pop albums to collect at least three chart toppers:

This would be an amazing stat if we weren't only 18 months into this decade.

so, i would like to point something. I live in a really poor neighborhood here in chile, latinamerica. its a fact here that rich areas tend to hear more international-anglo music and poor areas JUST hear reggaeton 24 hours per day and very very loud, you can hear across the streets a lot of speakers, radios, people playing bad bunny or ozuna. but...i've listened a lot of Dua Lipa music, especially Levitating. a lot of people that don't listen english music at all are loving Dua Lipa, its crazy !
I think the last time that a non reggaeton was so much played here on my neighborhood maybe was Uptown Funk or Gangnam Style.

More pictures from this photoshoot. I'm loving the 80s gothic rock vibes. It's insane how she can effortlessly pull off so many different looks.

I lived for a few months in Santiago and I was always shocked at how much Chilean people love their old reggaeton. I think every single time I walked into some public office they were blasting "Gasolina" or something like that.
