Of course, there's Ke$ha on Right Round, who, as an unknown, willing gave up being on a massive #1 single - and I think ended up not being paid or something like that. That one is especially odd because she WAS credited, then the label had her credit removed *during* its run at #1. I guess maybe her label didn't want her to be thought of as a backup singer before "Tik Tok" was released? It worked out for her either way... That was the weirdest thing! I think it was her decision if I can remember.

Drake didn't deserve another 1.... And by nature of how credits work, he didn't get one - without going into whether or not anyone 'deserved' anything.

It will be an uncredited #1 for Drake
Another way of putting it: A solo Travis Scott #1 song

From what i've seen in chart history, "Jingle Bell Rock", "Rockin Around The Christmas Tree", "Last Christmas" and Nat King Cole's "Christmas Song" all returned this week in a lower position than their peak. Meanwhile "It's a Wonderful Time Of The Year" and "A Holly Jolly Christmas" both re-entered at new peaks (#21 and #26, respectively)

Well, I only like this because of Drake. Don't talk that about Nicki, she's a rap legend. The word legend is used very loosely So is the word drake

It will be an uncredited #1 doe Drake Another way of putting it: A solo Travis Scott #1 song Period Only according to Billboard via instruction of the labels most likely. But technically speaking, everyone on the song is #1 right now.

Yeah probably - it is a #1 for everyone associated with the song, including the guy that served food at the recording session But otherwise for those buying it - you most likely see 'Sicko Mode - Travis Scott'

I don't think anybody needs the title of the song to say "featuring Drake" for them to know that. Billboard may not recognize it because of label politics but he's there. There's actually no way to deny or ignore that.

The #41 peak after George passed was so close. I think last year it hit #43. Stunned that IAWTOTY is that high. Yes, it's a classic, but something must be driving people to stream it enough to get that placement.

It was mentioned in another thread that Spotify has featured a lot of holiday playlists this year and that has helped streaming a lot. Maybe that song is on a lot of them.

I kinda like Sicko Mode but I REALLY dislike Travis. Don't know how to feel about this week's #1. If he got #1, Nicki deserves it too. Travis Scott is great. Stop hating.

This statement is completely wrong. I mean I'm not a huge fan of it, it's very middling for me, but we've had way worse in the last few years ("Panda", "SAD!")... I love both those songs.
