Ari has another currently active (newer) single which is also quite high up on the airplay charts, so of course that would eat into the airplay of '7 Rings' which is getting major losses at both Pop and Rhythmic. Halsey doesn't have a follow-up to 'Without Me', and is only getting major losses at Pop (for whatever reason Hot AC isn't letting it go, and in fact it is currently bulleted there, albeit barely).

Without Me probably has lingering/rising AC support, while 7 rings would have barely made an impact on AC/HAC.

This week, that chart is inaccurate. They have ~90% of the songs losing 10%+, Old Town Road down to "only" 54.59M and Uzi at #2 with almost 40M streams.

Without Me probably has lingering/rising AC support, while 7 rings would have barely made an impact on AC/HAC. 

'Without Me' is still top 3 on Hot AC (and bulleted) and is top 20 on AC. '7 Rings' got moderate Hot AC support but appears to be in the middle of peaking in the mid-teens. AC has not touched it - in fact, AC has only played TUN of the three TUN singles, and even then it barely scraped top 30 as the format is still giving more attention to 'Breathin' (which did not get far on the format anyway since every other format has long since moved on and there was no real reason to keep working the song there).

TBH I'm surprised 'Rings' did as well as it has on Hot AC, I'd have thought it was way too urban/trap-leaning for the format, and it would do about as much as 'God Is A Woman' did. Instead it kept on trucking while we're still waiting for BUWYG to even hit the top 40 (once it does, every single from the Sweetener/TUN eras will have officially peaked in the top 40 on all three of Pop/Hot AC/Rhythmic at least on Mediabase).

Don't buy new outfits everyday from companies that slay animals for their fur, don't use up all the water in California for your big ass yards, the fuel burned per passenger is much higher in a private jet than a commercial jet, etc, etc.

It's just a soulless campaign, it reminds me of We Are The World a lot, a big ego boost for every artist involved. You've been recycling? Is that all you do? We're all doing things to kill the planet. Do you drive? Hope not, because you've been contributing to pollution quite a bit. If you're not trying to do absolutely everything to not contribute to issues regarding the environment, it's hypocritical to criticize what they're doing. Commercial aviation only contributes 2% of carbon emissions, so I doubt the business aviation contribution is much. While private contributes more per person, private only has around 4-5 people, compared to the possible hundreds of some commercial planes. How much of them have actually been shown to wear fur? Or is this some irrational hatred of the wealthy, not for any practical reason, but because they're wealthy?

Also, Lil Dicky's taken stances regarding this topic outside the song. It's not some shallow campaign. It's clearly an issue he cares about. And even if you're contributing to those issues, it doesn't mean you can't be against those issues. A lot of our stuff is made by sweatshops in China. I'm sure a lot of people are against how these workers are treated, and how much they're paid. And yet, we still buy that company's products. Because it makes our lives more convenient.

HDD says -32% on streaming which seems pretty accurate considering Spotify (35.7 -> 29.3).. dunno about AM etc though.

It’s also holding up well at iTunes so far in this new chart week.
