God forbid this becomes a hit. Is it just me or did Blueface kinda die down right after Thotiana got hot? I haven't heard anything from him since. I'm definitely not willingly playing any Blueface song, that's for sure.

God forbid this becomes a hit. This actually sounds good though😂 I can definitely see it hitting the top ten maybe even number one.

Hoping for the new Joji song to chart. It just debuted at #17 on Spotify yesterday so if it doesn’t fall off hard it’ll probably debut on the Hot 100!!!!

All these new entries (3 probably) will most likely wave goodbye to Sunflower.

The Barbz are destroying Lil Nas X on Twitter and Instagram for daring to release the same day as their queen. The kii when all the focus will be on Lil Nas X on next Friday and not on Nicki, the stills of her music video with her grinding on her boyfriend who has been in jail before doesn't sit that well with me. I hope the music is at least good.

Nicki needs to take a break from music to focus on other interests. Make some movies or something. Engage the audiences that ACTUALLY care to support what you do. Right now, that isn't music. When your features can't even debut in the Hot 100, EVEN with a music video, you know it's over.

Even without it, Nas still would be at the top. Do they really think she's able to debut at #1? lol (it's my first post here!! hello everyone )

Truth is, yes, Nicki has been falling off the radar, but Queen was a good album. Why do you expect features to chart regardless of who the lead is and what the song is? Even Drake has some features that missed Hot 100. Did Cardi B's career end after Rita Ora's "Girls" failed to chart? I think this is a great opportunity for Nicki to swoop in and correct her path, especially since Cardi's been underwhelming lately (Wish Wish is her best release this year and it's on DJ Khaled's album).

Interesting that iTunes users are not really finding the two Drake tracks. He used to do pretty well on digital sales (God's Plan, for instance).

Upon first listen, any person would know that they're not legitimate singles. I doubt any of the two songs he released last night get music videos/major push on radio. Fans can just stream the songs for as long as they wish to. A proper single would perform much better on the digital sales front.

The first day rolling numbers on spotify globally for the Drake tracks were a little underwhelming, Omerta's number are decent for the type of track it is at 2,280,820 but Money in the Grave's are 3,381,747 which is not bad but not great. However if I remember Drake's song on Spotify are always growers, for example God's Plan debuted with 4 million globally and then by the end of the week its was doing 8 million globally. Nice For What also started lower and grew and even No Guidance last week started at around 1.5 million streams globally and grew to 2.5 million streams globally, so I guess it likely the numbers for Money in the Grave go up.

I think this is a great opportunity for Nicki to swoop in and correct her path, especially since Cardi's been underwhelming lately (Wish Wish is her best release this year and it's on DJ Khaled's album). Since the streaming era, every single song Drake has dropped has charted on the Hot 100. That's why his chart entry numbers are so damn high. I didn't say what I said about Nicki to be mean and her putting out a good album doesn't matter in any way considering the fact that the album massively under-performed. I'm just saying that it isn't hard to tell when the GP isn't on an artist's side anymore and Nicki has never had the kind of fanbase she could rely on to support her enough to the point where it didn't matter what the GP thought about her/didn't support her. Taylor, Ed Sheeran and Adele have that kind of fanbase. Rappers like J. Cole, Tyler the Creator and even Kanye, have that kind of fanbase. Nicki doesn't. When Nicki took that break before coming back with Chun-Li and Barbie Dreamz, she had the chance to start the new era off on a clean slate, but instead she ruined herself by herself with all her social media shenanigans and trying to start up unnecessary beef with Cardi and we literally watched her chop at her public appeal till people got tired of her and moved on. It's the same thing that happened to Azealia Banks. When you're that ''messy,'' especially for a female artist, the GP can move on from you quick, especially when they don't have enough reasons not to already. I'm rooting for Nicki. I still think she's easily the most talented mainstream female rapper and that hasn't changed since she broke out in 2009, but over the past several months, she's done things to turn people off of her and me admitting that isn't me being mean or writing her off. We'll see how her new single performs, but I'll bet a $1,000,000 dollars that it performs the way all her other singles have performed - poorly.

Those aren't underwhelming numbers, especially for two songs that are clearly loosies and aren't legit lead singles. Even if the official numbers are lower than that, that's still great for songs that were released not just on a Saturday (which is one of the weakest streaming days), but were released 3 hours past midnight on Saturday. They weren't even available on Spotify till 4 AM because I use Spotify and I had to listen to the songs on Apple Music for a whole hour before Spotify finally released them. We'll see how they perform for the rest of the tracking week, but if I had to make a prediction, I'd say Omerta's figures either stall or start to dip as the week goes by while the figures for Money in the Grave increase or remain stable.

You Need To Calm Down already fell to #2 on iTunes and Spotify... May rise after Taylor releases the music video though. Drake debuted at #1 in US on Spotify, but not with crazy numbers (less than 2 million). As someone said earlier, his songs are growers there, so a lot can change.

Taylor is going to release her music video tomorrow. So she is definitely going to a top 10 debut!! Nicki Minaj is great she has more than 100 songs on the hot 100 and still not 1 number one song (James Brown has something close to that🤔🤔🤔). poor nicki.
